Was this the perfect storm today? A big buyer ran into a big seller?
This “news” is 6 weeks old. A lot has happened since then. Big volume in early trading. Somebody wants in.
10-q out tonight.
I don’t agree about the ABC News comment. That’s exactly what we need. FOX Business News would be better but I’ll take any national exposure. Then they can put that into the marketing plan. ....”as seen on ABC News.” It would help sales and probably the stock price.
There is no market except current shareholders. Wall Street never heard of this company. Maybe the PR firm will change that.
It doesn’t have to be him. But, you’re probably right. I think there might be a problem with SEC if he owns more than 50% of a publicly traded company.
There’s those on this ihub that cry when there is more dilution. In answer to your last question, why sell more debentures until the money is actually needed? Sell them a little at a time like they’ve been doing.
I’m ignoring this post because we’re just arguing about a sales projection definition. Don’t know if DK has taken a new product to market. Maybe Pictometry. I heard that he has had numerous successes. Some of them huge. On your other post, I give you high marks. That was good information on short sales.
If you’ve ever run a business, you would know that projections are not always met. Especially sales projections that rely on everthing going perfectly.
So what was your post # 30745 for if it wasn’t to insinuate a guarantee? Hope does not mean guarantee. We all hope they are successful. I rest my case for the third and final time Good night.
“On schedule”.....”incredible potential “......You guys WANT to see guarantee in there somewhere but it is not. Again....I rest my case.
Neither. And that’s a poor way of saying that you can’t show us any guarantees. I rest my case.
Show me where any of them were guaranteed.
Hey LAX, you need to understand that the estimates that DK states are simply that....ESTIMATES. Ballpark, roughly, goals, possibilities, etc. If you want guarantees, you should buy treasury bills.
Slightly over $27,000 worth of stock traded today. Chicken feed.
There are only two times when price matters. When you buy it and when you sell it.
The ISO was dead end. The watch has potential. Sometimes you have to cut your losses.
Really? So let’s sell the iso tech patents for those millions. Good luck with that.
If there are no sales, how much will the technology be worth? If there are sales and the stock goes up, they convert the debentures to stock and the company’s debt disappears. Cheap way of funding the company if you ask me. What’s the alternative, run out of money? I’ll take dilution and survival any day.
They are temporarily lending. They would rather have the stock go up.
Is it better to run out of money? You don’t know what you’re talking about. Directors are buying. That’s good news. Many of us are happy to see their confidence in the products and in the future of the company.
Maybe it’s time to move up a set of tees.
Only 5 cars in the lot? Maybe some of them went out for lunch with the new accounts receivable girl.
It will be up to the sales and marketing team to point out the operating and expense comparisons of the two systems. That would be a great question for the annual meeting which, I assume, will be in June. Actually, I hope the differences are discussed in the media way before then.
Here we go again. I said I BET the Cura system is better. Key word there is BET. I did not say it WAS better. Let’s see a cost comparison, ease of use comparison, and productivity comparison. I bet the Cura system is better. My initial IMPRESSION is that their system of videos looks expensive, is cumbersome, and appears not to have a drowsiness score.
How much and how good is their system? I bet the Cura system is better and cheaper.
The shares DK bought are not that low cost. He’s paying above market. I’m happy he’s putting his money where his mouth is.
Finally getting some better volume today. The barber shops are going to be crowded.
$22 less commission.
For those worried about self driving vehicles being used instead of MyCadian watches, the reporters at the press days at the New York Auto Show were told that recent accidents will push back autonomous cars and trucks by 8 to 10 years. The reasons are government regulations, insurance company and re-insurance companiy liability, hacker possibilities, and weather. Weather can’t be controlled. What do autonomous vehicles do in a snow storm, sand storm, or downpouring rain? They’re only as good as the camera technology.
8K out this morning.
Absolutely. How about the only defense that Greyhound has is that they rely upon the drivers to tell the company that they are tired? Like... if they don’t tell us, how are we supposed to know? I can’t help but see MyCadians in their future. Go CurAegis!
USA reported that a Greyhound bus carrying 60 passengers from Phoenix to Dallas was “taken over” by the passengers after they witnessed the driver falling asleep. They finally got her to pull over in New Mexico but not without her almost tipping the bus over. They called the US Border patrol which escorted them to a safe location and the driver was replaced. The bus arrived in Dallas 7 hours late. Greyhound said that “our drivers are in regular contact with the dispatch office and if they state that they are feeling tired or fatigued, they are immediately removed from the schedule for at least 12 hours to allow them to get some rest.”
I read it at the time it was printed. It was just a rehash of a quarterly report. As we all know, if you merely look at the financial reports, it always looks discouraging. The watch technology and the pump are the real news. Hopefully the PR firm will be explaining that in the future.
Welcome. It never hurts to have a rich pal. Can I ask how you learned about CRGS? Was it the RBJ article?
Correct. The real selling feature appears to be the ability to monitor the drowsiness of the wearer in real time by a third party. If you were in charge of hiring a charter bus for an overnight trip, wouldn’t you get one that monitors the driver for sleep deprivation? Let’s hope the world finds out about this product soon.
Another tragic bus accident this week in Alabama. 5:30 am a few days into daylight savings time. It will be investigated thouroghly but I’m betting lack of sleep was the issue. Company use of MyCadian watches could have either prevented it or, at the very least, ruled out drowsy driving as the cause. There is an obvious need for MyCadians.
Don’t get too excited. Some Bozo just lowered the asking price down to 40 cents.
Perhaps you didn’t notice my question mark. That means that I’m saying that drowsy driving was a possibility; not a certainty. Having stated that, the fact that it was at 2:44 am gives credence to the possibility of drowsiness as was the motor vehicle charge of careless driving. Noticeably absent was any charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Maybe he was texting someone at 2:44 am in a different time zone but I would guess he was just plain sleepy. Don’t forget, the AAA study said that just under 10% of all accidents on the highway are caused by drowsy drivers.
Truck carrying about 60,000 pounds of Busch beer overturns - NY Daily News
He wandered out of his lane and over corrected back to his lane at 2:44 am. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. Drowsy driving?
