Somebody had a 3 million share bid for awhile today at 2.1 cents a share. Then they took it down. Crazy.
I’d be happy to admit I was wrong if I saw any proof whatsoever. There’s always a trail of money so I am open to seeing that proof. I am not willing to accept something just because someone says it happened. This stock went down all by itself after years of producing little or no revenue.
Must not have anything to brag about.
You’re welcome, Sweep, Also agree that something is going on that is strange. Can’t sell now.
Especially if they don’t exist.
So we now can all agree that there never was a massive short. Anyone posting about one was only kidding. Glad we finally got that straight.
I have shown that throughout the last 12 months there has been no large CurAegis short position. Until someone shows written proof by any stock exchange, I refuse to believe there ever was such a position. I challenge anyone out there to prove my assumption false. Someone is buying large blocks of CurAegis stock. It is clearly not to cover a short position.
What? No comments?
For all the short interest conspiracy folks.

Someone seems to want to buy millions of shares. I hope they know what they’re doing and that it’s not just to finish wallpapering a bathroom.
I agree. I didn’t used to agree, but I do now.
Someone had an offer to buy 2.5 million shares earlier at a little over 2.2 cents a share. They took it down after awhile.
There it is. A million shares traded today.
Glad you’re amused.
As one of the little guy investors in CRGS, I think we are owed an explanation as to what they are working on. Why are they getting paid? What are they trying to accomplish? We all know they’re losing money. That’s no surprise. I bet TG and the BOD’s get an explanation. We deserve one too.
For the short sale theorists.

I understand you not giving details of your conversation. Can you tell us if you were encouraged after speaking with him?
Thanks for posting that, Overthehedge. It just gives me one more thing that makes me wonder what’s REALLY going on. I will be staying tuned.
Sorry. I didn’t get the attempt at humor.
PPP money is given out if you have a payroll. Ten months later they can file for loan forgiveness. At that point, a decision would be determined if they qualify for loan forgiveness.
We all know that the stock price sucks but recent little things make me wonder. 1) The CEO LinkedIn post and his “excitement” about the upcoming launch. Launch? 2) Someone bought 100,000 share block today at 5.5 cents and another offer to buy 150,000 shares at that price. Admittedly not huge money (only $13,750) but it’s not pennies either. Somebody wants the stock however they appear to want it cheaply. They never raise their offer over 5.5 cents. 3) A new marketing person was recently hired. Why hire a marketing person if you have nothing to market? No conclusions. Just stating some observations that make me wonder.
If a corporation is controlled by a few stockholders, they can agree to have a filing of the annual meeting in lieu of actually having one.
Let’s hope there isn’t a failure to launch.
.....”very excited?” How about sharing the excitement, Jim?
Ok.Thanks. I was hoping to see some sort of job description.
Can someone post the new hire Linkin information please?
Is there going to be an annual meeting this year or are they going to skip it because there’s nothing to say?
Maybe it’s a previous stockholder getting back in.
I can see them having a virtual annual meeting this year.
Thank you, Mr. Golisano.
Gleasman obit says DOD May 29, 2010. Kaplan resigned from Pictometry August 1, 2010 and was appointed as CEO of Torvec on October 5, 2010. If he was, in some way, connected to Torvec prior to May 29, 2010, I could not find information stating that.
CurAegis is entitled to it. They got it. End of story. Glad they did. Hope they get more in the next batch.
The PPP program wasn’t set up based on stockholder wealth. Your statement was stupid and you were called on it.
It would be stupid not to take it. I’m sure he takes legitimate tax deductions too. Just because he’s rich doesn’t mean he’s not entitled to what every American or every American company is entitled to. PS I thought this ihub Board was just for stockholders.
The exact PPP loan amount is $ 227,700. It was reported in their 10Q filed in May.
Whoop is not a competitor of CurAegis.
Seems there is some renewed interest. For those that want to cut and run, someone is offering to buy 200,000 shares at 8 cents.
You might want to call Brandon Hudson at CurAegis. He’s very bright and should be able to answer your question.
