RDK1953: Yep. Many believed him. He's struggling for survival.
mtc591: Well Said.
Grumman: Good to hear from you. Yes, once (if) the boots from the Italian Designer hit, the stock should go up. Let's hope. All the best. George
It's pretty clear to me: The company has struggled
to survive for years now. The company simply couldn't pay the rent in Hollywood.
Hi, Grumman and Lucretia. Newton's false bravado
ruined the stock and our investments. If Newton has acted toward others in the business world as he acted toward us
(his shareholders), he has raised false hopes and expectations
with his business partners, and the consequences of this cannot be good.
The company is now down to 1 good store in NY. Can it grow from here? Maybe, but as Lucretia says, I'm looking for value elsewhere.
Looks like this well has gone dry. We probably bet on the wrong horse, simple as that.
Other than BLYM, hope all is going well.

Where is the new BOOT Line, with the famous designer?
Wasn't that supposed to launch sometime this fall?
Billy Martin's USA and Valerio Giuntoli Launch "DEADWOOD" Boot Line
Monday February 12, 2007 9:45 am ET
LOS ANGELES, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 12, 2007 -- Billy Martin's USA, Inc. (Other OTC:BLYM.PK - News) announced today the launch of its new men's & women's boot line, designed by world-famous Italian boot designer, Valerio Giuntoli, and inspired by the highly acclaimed HBO TV series, "DEADWOOD," after which the boots are named.

The boot line is one category of products being developed by Billy Martin's USA in collaboration with HBO Properties. A launch of the apparel division will coincide with the airing of a 2-hour "DEADWOOD" special on HBO next season.
Footwear buyers from across the globe received a "sneak peek" preview of the "DEADWOOD" line at the Luxury & Designer Showcase section of the show, known as "the Collections at WSA," from Feb. 1-4, 2007 in Las Vegas, NV, which featured many of the world's top footwear brands.
A dozen "DEADWOOD" styles were on display at the show. One style -- known as the "Joanie Stubbs" model -- was selected from over 100 designers, for inclusion in the news program distributed at the show, drawing attention to the line's new and appealing "eclectic Victorian western" style.
"I am not surprised how well the professional buyer welcomed our 'Victorian western' collection," said Lorenzo Dalla Vedova, managing director of the new line. "There is simply no one better than Valerio to reinvent such an elegant era every other season."
Also in attendance at the show were Doug Newton, CEO of Billy Martin's USA, Inc., and Valerio, himself, whose well-known signature boot collection, El Vaquero is widely distributed in high-end boutiques across America and Europe.
According to Newton, "The 'DEADWOOD' line is something to behold. It represents a combination of the design talents of Emmy-Award winner, Janie Bryant, costume designer of the TV series, together with the boot making expertise and design creativity of Valerio Giuntoli.
Newton said, "The men's and women's boots are the hottest I've seen in my 28 years in the business."
At the end of the Las Vegas show, Leslie Gallin, director of the Collections at WSA, (www.thecollectionsatwsa.com) said, "The 'DEADWOOD' product is amazing. You really have something here."

RDK1953: Good Post. Newton's tough assertive
talk -- hyping the developments underway for his company
and actively encouraging people to invest -- appears to have been a hollow and shallow attempt to keep his company alive and PAY HIS RENT.
I guess folks who believed him, and fell for his bait, were just unlucky investors.
Those who listened to and believed Sam Walton were lucky investors.
Haven't heard from Grumman lately.
Where is Cowboy Newton? Fled Town?
Rip Van Newton Still asleep in 1 yr. nap
wally: Thanks
Has trading been halted for BLYM?
Thanks for any replies.
Cisco: Doug Newton has been made aware of these things
for years.
From me and many other shareholders.
Why he doesn't get an eCommerce web site is mindboggling,
mystefying, and makes one doubt seriously his business and common sense abilities.
He has thrown away all the value in his stock with millions upon millions of shares to people/ventures none of which has done anything concrete to develop the company.
When I see your comments, they remind me of my thinking, years ago, when I personally spoke with him many times.
He simply is frozen/trapped/blocked in by whatever set of circumstances prevent his mind from realizing the value of an eCommerce site.
He is prone to hype is stock in a big way. Now that he has
destroyed the value in his stock, he has grown quiet and doesn't respond to many eMails.
It is as if he is frozen in time as of about 10 years ago.
wally_street: Thanks for Level 11
LetHerRun: Could you share level II, please.
Thanks, George
RDK1953: Thanks for the info.
I was going to try and sell some shares this morning,
but your post will make me hold off.
All the best.
Playerguy: Thanks very much.
There were 4 blocks of .0002 on Friday.
Anybody have level II they can share?
Thanks alot.
I picked up a good#, some at .0001, some at .0002.
If you do the math as I did (and maybe incorrectly) you
must focus on the PPS after the 95% buyback. If the PPS goes up 19 times (5% is 1/20 of the outstanding) from .0003 bid
(where it was before the news), the PPS then becomes .0057.
Say you bought 10 mil at .0001 for $1000, after the buyback the shares you own are 500,000. 500,000 X .0057 = $2,850
(a profit of $1,850).
Say you bought 10 mil at .0002 for $2000, after the buyback the shares you own are 500,000. 500,000 X .0057 = $2,850
(a profit of $850). That's 42% profit in 2 weeks.
This is probably why someone bought 100 million shares.
Good luck to all.
Level II anybody? Thanks.
Thanks ndsmarket! Looks like 8x.0001 4x.0002
Low volume this morning given the news.
Could be basing here.
I doubt the .0001 bid will disappear.
Anybody have level II? Would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Does anyone have Level 2 blocks they can post?
Thanks so much in advance.
George
papadedavid: Good find. These boots are getting more press in Italy than in the US. The Italian bootmaker seems firmly behind the promotion. PPS should start to move as the boots hit distrubution channels. Maybe this will start in 6 months - who knows.
heh, lucretia: How are you? I'm still stuck in the mud
here in Billy Martinsville.
Stock should start to show some signs of life
around July 2007. I would think.
If Billy Martin's can piggyback on what appear to be the powerful, worldwide distribution and marketing channels already established by El Vaquero, AND FINALLY START TO MAKE SOME REAL SALES,
THE STOCK SHOULD RECOVER and .0001 ask should disappear.
Grumman, you may do very well afterall.
Now, I'm once again starting to think that .0001 may be a real buying opportunity.
Go to google and do some searches. El Vaquero is promoting this Deadwood bootline. Perfect.
Seems to be more web promotion in Italy than in the US at the moment. This scenario appears not to be on almost anybody's radar in the US.
4.7 billion outstanding is less than I thought the ouitstanding was going to be.
I'll keep my eye on all of this.
Best of luck to everyone.
This guy, El Vaquero, is big - very big.

I'm starting to think there may be something here afterall.
The more I look into El Vaquero, the more impressed I am.
Hold on everybody, I'm detacting some signs of life.

even: Yes it is SUPER frustrating.
Thanks for the info, Grumman.
Thanks, Grumman. Only plans to SELL/DISTRIBUTE
these boots/other products on a larger scale beyond his 2 stores will move this stock.
Certainly, a new line of boots designed by a top designer is a nice accomplishment and product.
I guess the new Deadwood season will start August 2007,
SO THAT IS ONLY 7 MONTHS AWAY. ONLY 7 MONTHS. 7 MONTHS IS AN EASY NAP FOR RIP VAN WINKLE.
Well Grumman: Looks like a long wait ahead.
We finally get some good news and the market is not interested.
Pathetic volume.
We will need some news of action to actually SELL these boots or distribute them in stores - and evidence of new revenue to move this 100-ton jellyfish called BLYM stock.
We may have to become Rip Van Winkles and wake up in 5-10 years with our fingers crossed.
Thanks, Grumman. Any estimate of outstanding?
Do you think it is close to the 6 Bil authorized?
I would guess outstanding is 5 BIL or maybe closer to 6 Bil?
I added more shares Friday after I noticed (and was surprised) that 4 MMs left the ask of .0001 after 27,000,000 volume. Seems to me the float may be drying up. NITE is sitting at .0002. I always take note of where NITE jumps to, as he is a major player.
Will be most interesting to see the effect of news, if it finally comes, on the PPS.
It is encouraging that there has been no reverse split so far.
Will be interesting to watch Monday and see how many shares it takes to eat up the last 2 MMs at .0001. UBSS is one of them, and if I am not wrong, he has had beaucoup shares in the past.
Would be nice to see a success story here, after so many disappointments, and it would be nice to see Mr. Newton finally succeed after so many years of work. I guess he is about 62 years old.
Best of luck.
Anybody know the current share structure?
Wonder what the estimated outstanding and float are.
Also wondering what the authorized is? Did it go up to 10 Billion?
Thanks for any reply.
Interesting Action. 4 Blocks of .0001 disappeared
with only 27,000,000 volume by 9:40.
This could indicate supply of the available float is decreasing.
February 15 is 3 weeks from 1/25. Let's see if
anything happens.
