Southwest didn't have its first flight
for years because of law suites.
Founded 1967
commenced operations 1971
I'm holding onto my BLTA shares.
It's tough starting a business.
So we shall see. I just hope we
get good news before any kind of
a r/s and not after.
No. BLTA never did use those engines
from Logistic Air.
I think the only hold-up on the
financials is that Tony may want
Songbird in this upcoming filing.
imo
I also believe Tony has been talking
with the SEC on intentions in order
to keep BLTA from being delisted.
As long as the SEC knows what is
going on they are understanding.
imo
For the deal Songbird had to offer
on the table I would think they would
jump for the 6.5 million. If there's
a hold-up I don't know what it would
be. Another thing. There should be
plenty of planes for lease better than
N417XA. imho
Why not make Songbird a subsidiary, and
at the same time go back to Plan A for
Stewart International Airport flights.
Keep Songbird in Florida.
Maybe Songbird will become a
subsidiary of USGlobal?! Based on the
article saying, "restarting." But
restarting as Songbird or another?
Who knows.
Superman, the page is not dated if
you noticed. Also, remember, that's
second hand information and not
confirmed anywhere else.
Anvil, where have you been the last
3 monthes? Tony has been in negotiations for
a take-over of the Smithsonian to get the
Wright Bros. plane.
No one or any document says Tony
is leasing the Songbird plane, does it?
If this turns out to be a failure,
then when the SP drops to .0001, I'll
just spend 100.00 dollars for a million
more shares, and wait until next time
another team comes and has a go at it.
And sell when the SP is up no matter
what is being said and by who.
That's my Plan B. Plan A is just about
scratched.
I think there are and has been people
and stockholders that are keeping this
thing going and away from the SEC's axe,
somehow.
No one from USGlobal said they
were leasing Songbird's plane. There's
no November 31, 2017. It is true that
all of us here don't have a clue as to
what shall be the next move by USGL
will be.
So we profoundly need news.
I was thinking about the same thing.
More BS. Why?
ebysure--he did not say bad news
at all. Read the post again. I don't
know what is going to happen. Reading
the CEO and the BOD backgrounds are
very impressive. If anyone can pull
it (Songbird) off, it should be them.
imho.
But then, I'm not a business person.
So I don't know what's going to
happen. I do know if they are in
contact with the SEC and telling them
what they are doing....the SEC will
be understanding and do nothing in
good time.
I went to my Schwab account and on the
BLTA page they deleted all the posted news.
It was there yesterday.
Cheer up. Things could get worse.
Tony might PR us tomorrow with a 1 for 50
R/S effective now. And tells us he's going
after another dead-beat xyz airline. And
one more black-out lasting who knows when.
SUPERMAN is trying to be funny
again. If this deal doesn't come through,
then I'm moving to Alaska, live in a log
cabin a 100 miles from town, and go fishing
and hunting forever. I might even get me
one of those cheesecake blondes from one
of those Russian dating sites I visit
often.
the source, please? NM
Maybe they were in late negotiations
with the new man coming on board.
No telling how many shares he's
getting or what deal.
Put your hands in your pockets,
sat down and be still....candy shop is about
to open.
"because I could not stop for death, he kindly
stopped for me" by: Emily Dickinson
You shall be rewarded, sir.
For what its worth, I found a SEC
Form 3 dated 2-16-16 showing Tony holds
16,962,453 common and family hold 1,750,000
common shares. Signed by, Tony's power-of-attorney,
Albert Lewis.
Can hardly wait for 10Q, 10K to come out. So
much to learn.
planespotters.net has n417xa pending
for USGlobal Airways, for lease.
Is there anybody still questioning the
future and planning and objectives of
USGlobal's CEO/BOD in relations to
Songbird?
Elite Airways
Portland, Maine
-Founded 2006
-Received part 121 on 2012
fleet size: 11
It took Elite Airways 6 years to fly.
The last thing anyone on here wants
to hear is what you just said, "if it
takes a few more months!" Let us don't
start that kind of pessimistic stuff.
If the deal is not done by Oct. 31 as
stated then this stock will be like
holding a hot potato.
imho. I think the auditors have got
the books updated, and now have been waiting
for Songbird closer to be added to the books.
And therefore until then will become public.
So maybe this is the reason financials
are taking so long to come out.
For those unaware, the status of N417XA

N417XA, USGlobal Airways, delivered date: due.
-leased from (hidden).
If Mr. Chu bought half the company, then
the CEO would surely not return any assets to
Box Ships, unless by force. I just hope Mr.
Chu is directly corresponding with CEO's law
firm. Best thing to do is bring in the SEC
onto CEO and BOD. Pressure of this sort can
change dishonesty and make things right.
The PPS, as it is now, with 200 dollars I could
cut my average-per-share in half. I have 18,000
shares at .62 cent a share. But what shall be
the total dilution and the future of Box Ships?
If anything Mr. Chu asked from the shareholders,
I for one is willing to do.
Because its Halloween, Peter.
Come dressed in your best Red Baron
costumes, flying a 737-400 over
Stewart International Airport.
The only thing I have to say is
that the extreme high risk here better meet
the earned reward. Which means Tony should
let the SP run for a few pennies before any
R/S. And when it does happen, I hope it is
not the 1 for 50 as possible, as stated by
him in an earily 8K.
About the audit. We don't know for
sure when CBH CPA first went to work
on Baltia/USGlobal's history books.
Maybe much later than what we believe.
All will come well.
From and after reading and researching
the backgrounds of those who are on the BOD,
it would be folly to believe USGlobal is a
scam and/or unable to finance the take over
of Songbird as a means to jump start USGlobal.
They have reputations to protect. They would
want to know first from the CEO if the money
is there for this venture, otherwise, they
would've never joined. And I think this is
also true with some of those with in the
management team.
Very strange indeed. NM
It's Virgin American starting Nov. 2017
out of Stewart.
Here is a formidable list of Airlines
flying out of Stewart Airport, and also,
those starting to fly out of Stewart in
November 2017.
-Wow Air
-Norwegian
-Allegiant
-Spirit
-Jet Blue
-Virgin
-Delta
-Alaska Airlines
-United
Now, I wonder if Tony knew about Norwegian
before he committed to USGlobal and Stewart?
I sure hope so b/c that should mean he had a
plan to meet the competition. Or did he see
what is coming at Stewart and redirected for
Songbird and only for charter business, with
Stewart in the future? Two of these airlines
starting out of Stewart in Nov. have flights
going to Florida.
More questions as each day goes by. We need
the big dog to talk.
I'm not changing my underwear until
the first flight and first meal is served.
I just hope they got some turnip greens.
I may even get a USGlobal tattoo.
In all seriousness, I don't know what Tony
is going to offer that other airlines don't
have.....it better be significant.
Didn't I say in my post that
Box Ships has a law firm working for them?
Lawyers who do this work (business law) for
a living. Are you a lawyer in this field of
business, are or you just another stock
market investor with a street knowledge of
the market rules therein?
I wonder if he's paying off some
of the individual dividend holders with common
shares. He could do that, you know. He's got
lawyers working and there are so many avenues
he can take. I don't care what he does as
long as he doesn't throw up his hands and
walk away from the thing.
What about the A/S? Can the CEO
use them freely? The number is huge, why?
While I'm not a defeatist like toxic
Avenger, I am surely no Pollyanna. I think
the truth is somewhere in between with Box
Ships. Since you're so deep into TEUFF, have
you made any efforts in contacting Bodouroglou
or his lawyers or any members on the board?
Munhoi, have you contacted him to learn what
Mr. Chu may be doing?
They can raise cash (revenues) with ships
brought online. And the CEO has plenty of
them, 2 belong to Box Ships. And yes, we
all know about the unpaid dividends. The
bottom line, is this company will fall or
continue based on the character of the CEO.
I don't see conclusion as you do. For sure
he's having to rethink since the r/s coup
didn't go his way. So we shall see.
When the audit is done in who's name
will it be in; Baltia or USGlobal?
Just asking. I would think Baltia
since they must clear that up first.
And a 10Q for USGlobal 3 months
from now. Is that right?
Couldn't be said any better. Company
appears to be dead, but is not dead. It
exist somewhere in the twilight zone.
And the CEO is appalling with his
silence. But he is capable to bring
ships back online anytime. And making
money.
I have 18000 shares at 60 cent a share.
Been thinking for weeks to buy 18000 more
just to cut my average down. But every
time, I wonder if I'm throwning good
money at bad. At a penny a share that
would be only around 200 dollars.
