at all. Read the post again. I don't
know what is going to happen. Reading
the CEO and the BOD backgrounds are
very impressive. If anyone can pull
it (Songbird) off, it should be them.
imho.

But then, I'm not a business person.
So I don't know what's going to
happen. I do know if they are in
contact with the SEC and telling them
what they are doing....the SEC will
be understanding and do nothing in
good time.
