I love these guys that tell us we're idiots and say they're leaving and not coming back, and 10 days later they're at it again. Unbelievable.
Congrats Poch
Good answer mc67...eom
Thanks for giving us a break from your posts until Sept. Enjoy your time away.
Agreed Ned4. To be in early on something with this potential is very cool.
Easier said than done here with LWLG, FJack...but you're right.
This section of the presentation from HG Genuine reveals independent confirmation that another company is using a LWLG product.
You may be correct th6565. LWLG is very conservative with wording of information. One thing...in the recent investor presentation by ML...he spoke about organically moving to a higher exchange...He has spoken about it before in that way so it's nothing new, but I don't think he would repeat it if he wasn't fairly certain it's possible.
I'm not here to provide you with a sense of security or a path to making money on LWLG. Do what you will. Probably best for you to sell and move on. I'm secure in my vesting in LWLG...you're obviously not.
I agree 100% FJack. Odd to have to explain the obvious to seemingly smart individuals. The only conclusion is that they have ulterior motives and what you said goes in one ear and out the other.
Thank you for passing this summation along.
Alright then GP...YOU can take ME, golfing in Ireland...
I agree that the web meeting caught me off guard. Once I thought it over, I pictured all of them at home. They decided prior to have ML prepare a presentation, took care of their live business, (voting), and let ML take it away with his prepared presentation. I think that under the virus circumstances it made sense.
I was also under the impression there would be a live Q/A.
I agree, the communication regarding the format of the ASM was really poor and left many of us wondering what was going on. I place blame directly on MNGT, especially TZ and JM, as they led the meeting and let this miscommunication occur. MZ?...I have no idea what they bring to the table...my feeling is that if MNGT reviewed the format of the ASM with MZ and MZ didn't vehemently disagree then they are at serious fault too as this is their expertise.
I enjoyed the presentation ML gave, however.
ML said he is happy with MZ, which I found odd, given we haven't really seen any fruits of their labor. Maybe it's behind the scenes...
Good for them and you if you're invested. Maybe enjoy their message board for a while??
I'm not sure what those of you asking about testing are trying to discern from potential answers. My questions to you...If they said testing of XYZ is complete and meets all standards...what would you do? If they said it's complete but there are 2 variables they need to address...what would you do?
My point is that I'm not sure what the information would mean to you or most here. As, X and Juenke said, there are many alliterations going through various testing. That's what they do. I believe Lebby himself said they seek data...and more data.
Let's say testing of XYZ is complete and meets all standards...When does it go to market? Will it go to market? Those are the next questions.
If testing of XYZ needs addressing, then what? Many alliterations are/have been tested. Did they all pass with flying colors? Probably not. They learn and adjust and improve.
Unless you have ALL the information mngt is privy to, I don't think you can make accurate decisions on your next moves. They won't provide all the information, so having a little positive taste, doesn't really help or do anything except give you a false sense of security.
You're clamoring for answers to questions that I don't think you'll know what to do with if you got them.
Jeunke22 addressed this question from Tante already.

Tante, you are not doing yourself and the board here any service to keep referring to this 5000 hours. What reliability testing you are referring to? Material? What material, there are several. Modulators ? Which ones, 10, 50 or 100 GBPs? P2IC’s or hybrid solutions ? What will it be? There is no 1 answer. Lebby referred to Telcordia and mentionned that for the latest new material they have to invent new standards, because existing standards are not even suitable.
First of all LWLG has many different prototypes at various NDA customers. No serious company would accept a prototype if it did not live up to the highest reliability standards. Certainly not for polymers, given their reputation from the past. There are different materials, existing and new. All are in different stages of reliability testing. The newest are still tested as we speak , Lebby confirmed that even the newest material for 1310 nm was already tested for months. Transceiver companies will test their products ( discrete devices, integrated devices) including LWLG material and/ or modulators again. This is normal operating practice and customer interaction process ( ruled by NDA no doubt).
As for the personal stake, part of their pay/ compensation is shares. We and them will strike it rich, if they deliver. If they do not.... they lose this. They are all accumulating, nobody is selling. That is a good sign as well!
Just look at WalterC message today , that will give you - hopefully- a morale boost!
I think they plan commercialization. If someone strolls in with a offer, they'd have to consider it, but I believe the only way for them to act responsibly as a company is to put all efforts into bringing the tech to market, themselves.
It will have to be golfing in Ireland. Rambos can take you fishing.
Well, let's agree that the two of you are at both ends of the spectrum. Most likely both wrong. What most here believe is the final outcome will be somewhere in the middle...leaning to PH's side. Anywhere in that range is a large profit.
By the way, I didn't mean for "Don't push your luck" to come across as threatening. I meant to put a haha after it. I'll miss you one day GP...I hope you'll stay in touch when this hits big.
Not missing the point. You provided a theory that PH offered and then used it as a negative. Like I said, it's not hard to understand why they did it like this. I enjoyed the presentation and though it was positive. And GP, I already complimented you once today...don't push your luck.
They're working form home. They figured this format would suffice. Dr. Lebby prepared his main presentation to be viewed after the short, vote web meeting. Really not hard to understand GP.
I sincerely don't care about the questions and answer session. I'll explain why...I really don't think they are going to come out and give answers at this stage of the game. It's the same as seemingly innocent questions on this board, among members. (which quarter do you expect revenue??) Those questions are meaningless, as there is not an answer that can be given.
If I was in there shoes, and I knew what we had and how good it was, I'd evade all direct questions as well. The product will speak for itself when the time comes...the revenue will speak for itself. This is not a company with existing sales that you can ask why they've diminished and they can provide a reason...Anyone asking "When will there be sales?" is asking for the Holy Grail date of when to buy shares.
Developmental stage...if it works, we're rich...if not we lose every dime.
Some here state it's a paycheck scam...if that's the case then I guess I'll get scammed. I don't think that's what it is though.
I'm still watching it, but this is no surprise to me, good or bad. I appreciate the update and will defer to some of the more tech savvy posters here to offer their opinion. When faced with this stock purchase, many years ago, I regarded it as an all or nothing buy anyway. While I'd prefer the pps to be higher, I'm not looking to sell at any level. I have faith that this will work and come to fruition. (or I lose my money)
Are you watching the Lebby presentation?
thank you
I expected a presentation from Dr. Lebby. I also don't understand there not being any business related questions??? The only excuse, I can think of for the briefness of this meeting, is that they have something to unveil in the short term that will make this meaningless.
They must have a 12:30 tee time at Cherry Hills GC....
There's a text box on the web meeting to "Ask a Question"
Sandbox chsmoke.
I don't try to understand the movement of the stock, as it relates to MM's, traders, shorts, press releases, etc. We either will have a secure, highly profitable, world changing investment...or we won't and will lose most of our stakes. I see it as a just about, all or nothing. What the pps is or has been, has nothing to do with what it can be. Smart investors here would say that faith is not a sound investment strategy...they're right, but here they are on an OTC message board.
No one is in this stock for 80 cents...or a dollar...or 1.50. Someone recently said the current pps is irrelevant...yes, we'd like it to be higher, but unless you're actively trading it, you're in it for 10.00 or 20.00 or 50.00. I don't believe much can be deciphered from pr's and 10-q's, except to fuel both sides of this message board. As Walter said, one morning...wake up...get coffee...check news...BIG SMIlE.
Go play in your sandbox, chsmoke.
Gram's not a sore loser...she said she'll get em' next time.
Well, Gram Gram generated some revenue recently...she told me this morning she's going to fire up the eMachine and spend some of it on LWLG, later today after her nap. Gram Gram's riding the wave!!
Invoking the almighty to negate Pit...haha...maybe that will work!
haha....good ol' Glum!
