Ditto, eom.
Tree resin/amber....I knew it! eom
Agreed, Messi. Well said. To all you you guys, Happy Holidays and New Year.
ML and Mngt spoke about uplisting, "organically"....now at top tier of OTC.
It'll be interesting if this firm adds. eom
Thx Rambos...see noblynx, you're keeping me from chopping wood!
Certainly a $570 investment in LWLG is not meant to produce a profit for the firm.
Their options were to DD it, and buy none.
DD it and purchase heavily, although I'm not sure they are allowed to with a OTC penny.
Buy a token amount, with or without DD and track it to have it in portfolio, in the event they choose to add in future.
As you say, it could be analysts are given 10k a year to spread out and see if anything good happens and this is one of those.
I just don't understand the purchase. It has to be some sort of combination of 3 and 4.
I wonder what brought LWLG to their attention.
Well that could certainly be the reason for the high volume of internet traffic.
What I was wondering is why does an investment firm buy 1000 shares of a penny stock? They are in a hotbed of internet traffic/defense contactors/laboratories/Intelligence agencies/etc. Does their location have anything to do with their purchase? Did an analyst hear something at the local coffee shop/bar?
Why such a small purchase? Is it to spreadsheet and track?
Probably nothing...but interesting.
Northern Virginia is the busiest Internet intersection in the nation,[69] with up to 70 percent of all Internet traffic flowing through Loudoun County data centers every day.[27] It is the largest data center market in the world by capacity, with nearly double that of London, as well as the world's fastest growing market in 2018.[70][71] Loudoun County expects to have 6,500,000 square feet (600,000 m2) of data center space by 2021.
I'm not sure what your point is. In my post, I said I'm not sure why a firm that has millions invested in other companies, is only buying 1000 shares of LWLG. (this purchase was a few months ago)
I postulated that they wanted to add it to their portfolio and track and DD it.
Northern VA is ripe with DefCon, Intelligence, Military, Gov't. (Sharp guys)
Sell what you need to, and play with house money. It will lessen your anxiety.
Thanks for posting that W vdm. eom
I understand it's a tiny position...not sure why a firm that owns millions of dollars worth of other companies would buy 1000 @ .57. Maybe just to get it in their portfolio. They have realized a steady increase in SP since the purchase, so perhaps they'll buy more, or at least do greater DD. At any rate, it's nice to see a firm purchasing LWLG.
NVWM paid .57 per share for 1000 shares in 3Q2020. They should be happy with it and hopefully buying more. I wonder what put LWLG on their radar. (Those boys in N. Virginia are pretty sharp, btw.)
Few of us were looking to sell at $1.10 anyway, right? Some made quick money...good for them. This changes nothing regarding our end goal.
If LWLG had dropped a name and this happened it would be more concerning.
Everything in the last 6 months has been very promising. That should continue. All part of ML's master plan.
As big a deal as potentially curing breast cancer is, I think LWLG's tech would cause a greater stir, once it's impact is known.
I have conflicting numbers on our float...somewhere in the 81-92 percent range. However, with many shares held by longs, the true float here is much less. I know I won't be selling so my shares won't be available.
Forgive me for speaking out of turn, but the float on that stock is only about 9%. Ours is much higher than that. (81% I believe)
9% only of shares available for trading makes for a feeding frenzy. Not that it couldn't happen with us.
Those of you with greater market knowledge, please comment if this is incorrect.
Agreed about the share price. No worry. Not looking for 1.20, 2.20 or 3.20 anyway. I believe he's developed a persona, which he thinks allows him to interject with these inane comments. Not sure what he thinks it can accomplish. He likes to feel under the radar and discounted as a goof. Just doesn't add up but maybe it's me.
Yes, it was decent. eom
Trust me, I noticed...ha eom
I hope so, SS. Just nice to see a run up. The mood within LWLG is positive and seems to be on track. Regardless, have a good holiday season!
Are you excited xsxs? 500k+ eom

Agreed but it works both ways. The 150 was only 1/2 cent lower than the 25k buy. VWAP was 91.0809 anyway, which is more indicative perhaps.
I don't agree with the buyout opinion. I believe ML knows what they have and him being the Steve Jobs of the future, isn't out of the question.
I think a buyout will be attempted...not sure if they will accept.
Just an opinion on my part.
That's how I view that release. BOD demanded an announcement...anything at all positive. No reason to feel chicken-little-ish.
I especially enjoyed the diagram on page 10 (Figure 5 Proliferation of devices and applications in the Internet of Things (IoT)3).
We all know how all-encompassing the internet is, but this really brings into perspective how pervasive it really is...and it's only going to get bigger.
We only see, less than 1% of the internet. 99% is deep web, where much of the items in this diagram is located. (password and permission protected)
As we move along, almost everything will be connected. (perhaps not your garden rake, but almost everything else) It's not just user demand for streaming movies...it's the engine that is beginning to run everything we do.
This has to be one of the most comprehensive market/tech analysis' we've seen so far. Seems the World is serious about and ready for, LWLG tech.
I'll save this to frame, one day.
VWAP was $ 0.842720
Nicely said...Sad that many super long investors won't be around to see the fruition of LWLG tech, but hopefully their families can enjoy the fruits of their labor. A toast to them will be in order at the investor party.
I'm with th6565! eom

All in at 190,000 shares at .65 cost avg. Bring it home Mr. Lebby!
Insightful. eom
"Man in the Arena" is a great speech
Let me add, if it happens at all. My feeling is we are much closer than we were one year ago, but who really knows?
Shazam1355, it's probable that your interpretation would be the initial stage, then ramp up quickly. I do think the move from Stage 1 to Big Bang will be happen quickly.
I just think our current PPS range is meaningless, other than to new buys and traders.
Let's think about this...do we really want the PPS to slowly increase? What would that mean? Some small deals or licensing agreements with limited revenue? Is that what we want?
If the PPS slowly rose to a few dollars a share, due to these factors, what would it do for us? Maybe NASDAQ? Maybe some could get out from underwater, sell and make a profit?
I think what is more likely and possibly a vision of ML and MNGT is a total adoption of this tech by the industry. This will be a Big Bang and not a slow fizzle, trickle up.
XSXS...My thinking is that I don't believe the PPS is slowly going to increase to levels that we'd like to see. Take any yearly high...what prompted that number? It wasn't sales right? It was basically progress reports, expansion of facilities, shareholder meetings/letters. Not one of our yearly highs was attained through revenue.
So I don't believe concern for PPS is something MNGT or ML should worry about...because they can't do anything about it until they can provide something major. (For example, if they came out at a webinar or meeting with balloons and champagne and said things are going to happen, the PPS would increase but it would be short lived and then return to normal market levels.)
I think MNGT knows and some agree that the PPS won't slowly increase to higher levels. It will exponentially increase when the right things happen and that increase will be sustainable at that point.
My understanding is that many of the larger shareholders have been and continue to be in touch with MNGT. I don't believe the PPS is a major discussion. End goal is much more important.
