Can anyone offer an opinion on how LWLG fits into these latest industry developments/PR's?
Agreed...there was a 20k buy earlier...I'm feeling it.
Sincerely great job guys but can you keep it on topic.
I'm guessing he's taken the training wheels off LWLG and is sitting back watching it roll...
He's back......eom
That sounds like a solid assessment, WPE, for this moment in time.
No, I don't think it will be a disaster...actually think it will be the opposite...just need more time.
Totally understand where you guys are coming from...However...however, it's important to keep the faith. I don't know if it will bust or if I'll be playing Pebble Beach this time next year but nothing I hear or read is going to trigger a sale from my end.
I do tire sometimes....maybe I'll stick my head into the sand for a month or so and then come back up and check the price.
Many here work hard to keep us informed to the best of their ability and I appreciate their efforts.
Sean's logic makes sense.
I'm not really sure how this news could be anything but positive. Isn't it the natural progression? Seems to me management is moving forward towards the stated goals. I'm buying more.
Took you long enough to think that one up...RIP
Barring Blackholes and Wormholes, I believe that sounds about right.
Awesome song....EOM
Awwww, raspberries...
GD,
Just what I was thinking....!
Hopefully back to an informative, bounce ideas off the wall, sort of message board now...Here's to a solid 2014 everyone.
Yes, I would say if you've purchased stock and are now selling it, you have a right to your say...for one more day, according to your word.
Poo, you say, "This is what it has come to here."
Yeah, since 12/12/13...since you joined less than a month ago. Your statement certainly has the tone that you've been participating in this board for a much longer time...very odd.

Thanks X...did he say that the goo came from Area 51?
Poo...I guarantee we will hear from you after the 1st of the year and your excuse for breaking your word will be that you hung on to a position with LWLG.
I agree with proto and disagree with six and buz.
Well, I think that when doubts are cast and information is questioned, the motivation of the individual is important to determine how much of what they say might be accurate or not. I do like and agree with your reasoning and assessment.
I believe we must consider BS's reasons for providing this information. What would prompt an individual towards such disclosure? He exhibits integral knowledge of the company, players, tech...How did he aquire this? Is he a former employee? Investor? He seems to have all the answers to all the questions but someone with vast knowledge of a subject can provide just enough truths to make an arguement seem plausable...sprinkling in enough falsehoods to sway opinion in their direction. He's either right, speaking in good faith to all of us strangers....giving us an opportunity to rescue our investments, or he's providing his questionable information in an effort to discredit management and tech for reasons known only to him. I personally don't believe he cares about me or you. He has an agenda...a bone to pick....a grudge...and I don't appreciate the forum he's chosen to display it.
Fair enough Poo....Hex will stay in my pocket...Have a good Holiday.
To All...I hope you all have a very Happy Holiday!
Be safe and enjoy.
Good point...Agreed...this is a discussion group/question and answer session. A venue to buoy our hopes and keep track of progress. Confusing or negative posts can do nothing to determine the ultimate success or failure of LWLG.
I want to be one of the ones standing at the end.
There are many possible reasons for insider selling...illness, relationship issues, tax professional advice, financial professional advice, diversification, etc....maybe a good deal of the individual's net worth was tied up and they sold off a percentage...many reasons...including not believing the stock is a good investment.
While I'd rather see an insider buying a million shares, I'm not overly concerned if they sell a portion.
Isn't there a rock somewhere you should be back under?
I don't have any suspicions to direct towards management. I think their CC and letter to investors outlined their plans in a concise and honest way.
I just don't like Poo.
Letter to investors is up on LWLG website.
We can all read the charts and are aware what the current price is...no need to post your latest buy/sell price.
I believe both were mentioned, but don't hold me to that. I didn't take notes but remember terms like those being referenced. I would suggest that everyone posting, listen to the CC as soon as it's available. Try not to build any opinions from our opinions. Listen and post and we can compare thoughts.
Point taken Gates. I'll certainly yield to the veteran investors in regards to past promises/priorities from LWLG management, but sometimes a newbie perspective can assist. Viewing a situation or company from a slightly different angle can sometimes offer fresh insight.
Think about the IH board the last number of weeks...The last PR, everyone was positive...as if they thought something big was about to happen...but then, day by day negativity crept in...almost as if everyone had had the last straw...
It seems that LWLG management felt the need to quell the uprising a bit...have a CC and explain...answer some questions...calm the masses.
As if they are saying...."Relax...get off our backs...we're trying to accomplish something monumental here and every Tom, Dick and Harry that's invested some money wants the payoff today. When we hit it big you'll thank us"
That's simply the feeling I get from the events recently and the CC today.
It was my understanding that the "LSS on hold" issue was LWLG exhibiting a sound business decision. I got the impression that when they initially courted a LSS they where in a weaker position in their timeline. They now feel they are in a stronger position and feel no immediate need to rush into anything. Almost as if they are holding a solid hand and can dictate more advantageous terms.
I find that attitude to be very positive. Thanks for bringing it up.
I listened to the entire CC. I thought it was an informative account of where they are now and where they plan to go. I believe they gave honest explanations regarding...
1. LSS kind of on hold
2. NSF request rejected but will continue to try this year
3. Partnership/buyout of another company rejected
...and also indicated what they intend to do about these issues.
I think the most telling explanation was during the Q&A. I can't remember which question but they explained that they have a few items that could be called "roadblock hurdling" and that these could eventually provide high revenue.
The lesser items will not provide significant revenue, only operating capital to get the "roadblock hurdlers" to work.
Basically, if you're looking for 10x/100x/1000x your investment, that's not going to happen tomorrow. However, if they achieve a "roadblock hurdler" you might.
These are my opinions and understand that I have limited knowledge
but I am an investor in LWLG and found the CC to be positive.
hahahahahahaha....!
Pitcook is now my latest hero...
Point taken BLW, but I have been in your position before, with other companies.
As a relative newcomer, daily watcher, I have an opinion. Everyone on this board has found out about LWLG in some way or another. They've done a bit of research, most of which they couldn't fully understand and based on that they've recognized it as an exciting, possibly highly profitable company. They've invested a thousand dollars or a hundred thousand dollars at under $3 a share and are hoping to see $6 or $60 or $600 per share. I'm a prime example of this. I enjoy the insight this message board provides. I am learning about the players involved in the company and in the tech.
If I lose what I've invested, so be it. If it hits, then happy days. I don't believe anyone here really knows. It took Apple a long time to move up the PPS ladder, to where it is now. However, once it gained momentum it moved exponentially. I tend to agree with the positive posters that feel it's a long strong buy.
Are there any relative newcomers to this board that haven't posted but may have opinions?
Thanks
