And they increased funding instrument to account for INCREASED accredited investor interest. This may already all be spoken for?

I am not an accountant but maybe there are benefits to culminating M&A into a new tax year in Jan?

Either way, as an investor, this position is easy. All indications are this is coming into the home stretch and a few weeks or months here or there isn’t squat when you have something that can go to .05-.10 easily and plausible it could go multiples of that! Clearly there has been massive accumulation and clearly the more volatile trading positions are seeking entry as cheap as possible.

IMO, “soon” is anytime now…. Maybe this holiday season is the beginning, maybe it is early 2023, but when this launches it is going to be a step change in valuation and as a long investor the position is easy.

Holiday season so really not paying as much attention to this investment…. But 10-q is very indicative..

- Funding instrument has increased accredited investor interest and now up to 1.3 million dollars at .0065 with attached warrants at .013 for significantly more funding! Awesome.

- already outlayed $130,000 for acquisition of assets. Seems significant if this is a form of down payment to secure assets.

- $145,000 in loans given out “secured by real property”.. Looks like already helping targeted acquisitions with business while they await completion of M&A

SAFE legislation looming in lame duck. Say what you want about timing and such, but IMO things are about to heat up rapidly!!! “Soon”

IMO, that JV has been waiting for clarity with SAFE Banking legislation. With the talk of that happening during lame duck you could be right..

Conceptually, to be a participant on the transactional side of cannibas could be lucrative. Not only a possible significant revenue stream but maybe bigger; a conduit for continual growth in M&A..

Just waiting too see how all the pieces come together here, but feels like once news starts it could snowball into something massive very rapidly…

As you say, it is only a matter of time before a buying wave and the tight float and accumulation allow for quick price response. That can happen any time without news with what is hinted and expected in coming weeks and months… add in a bunch of news updates and the chase is on.

I think they already have cash in the bank per last filings, maybe just when some shares come off restriction. But they are quickly gobbled up. And of course accredited investors take risks to garner massive rewards too, not just 10-20% returns.. so imo tickets are limited…

Unplug for a week and one could come back to see this at a nickel that easy…

Who knows really when fireworks may happen here, all I know if this gets discounted much further I’ll be looking for early holiday presents as well..

For an OTC, other than a few hyped periods the trading range has been tight here.. for 18 months!!

Accumulation is apparent.

So other than the fixed price financing at .005 and .0065, all the other financing, options and warrants are sitting .01-.015 range. So logically trading comfortably at multiples of that range is a likely minimum goal. A nickel or two puts this in valuation range of some of the more promising OTC entities and there is reason to believe that ingredients exist here, CEO, vision, cannibas industry that at some point this can soar well beyond that range..

I sense most are dug in and just waiting for that spark. Once we get it, I think the response will be fast and furious

Float is tight with exception of any fixed price financing shares dribbled out, if any are.

Lots of million share purchases scattered around past few months.. heck those could be worth 50-100k in near future, maybe even before the reindeer fly…

Well companies on the OTC are much better off without predetermined “timelines” of events.. so now people must decide if you are an “investor” or “stock trader” of INQD equity.

This forum has bantered about the potential, the possibilities here for a long time. Since this is more of a traders forum, even discussion about it all is waning. Parking your money for months on end can be boring….

But accumulation and a tight float is very apparent. The CEO continues to hint at narrowing in on completion of a company making series of events. I don’t think anyone should doubt the ability to pull it off and the connections necessary to make this go big with significant backing/funding.

This literally can happen at any moment. News or without news. I believe there are plenty of deep pockets with positions here are looking to significantly increase participation. IMO, post election things could heat up significantly.. If not, for me I am an investor so 2023 will be looked at with even greater optimism.

I’m not surprised. All fixed price financing here was between .005 and .0125, with warrants and options in the .01-.015 range…. So at some point, at minimum, expecting multiples of those prices.

Curious in a few weeks we should get the quarterly and see if there were additional investment dollars coming in…

Bottomline: LB always indicated this endeavor was for the patient investor and not the short term trader/flipper mindset.

With SAFE likely to headline the news during lame duck and hemp progress all over the place, I doubt they’ll want to miss this opportunity to introduce themselves. Volume and liquidity at these levels is not aligned at all with the premise of the company and their vision. The trading the past year or more is showing massive accumulation in the .006-.01+ range…. With such a tight float, this one is poised, more than any other to be that next 10-20x OTC darling…. and it could be next month, santa rally or Q1 2023….

Technically, only the Silver Dollar coin has any silver in it and that would be “big” silver…. Maybe a bit optimistic.. lol

But I agree. There are numerous OTC stocks trading at valuations that would put INQD easily into the .05-.10 range.. And most of them I would argue have much less vision, passion and sector possibilities than we have here with INQD leadership and cannibas/hemp economy.

If dumb retail like myself can see that.. well that explains the range bound trading the past year…. ACCUMULATION is paramount.

So while timing is important, hemp and cannibas opportunities will be competitive and laggards will not be as successful as peers. “Soon” probably does indeed mean soon…

It becomes quite a simple thesis…

There are more and more organizations and entities acknowledging the massive benefits of cannabis. Not only medical and therapeutic, but the general wellness aspect. Couple that with all the potential benefits of hemp in terms of environment and quality of products, and it is a no brainer that the cannibas economy is coming and there will be huge companies made with phenomenal stories.

INQD/LB history, the vision, the team all appear to be aligned to be a huge participant and player in this hemp/cannibas space. The question remains can the execution match the passion? Growth will be competitive and laggards left behind!

If you believe the passion exhibited in PR and Twitter can be realized then I have no doubt LB’s billion dollar vision will come to fruition. If you don’t, then the components here will just fade away and best look elsewhere. I am long and believe the next 6 weeks to 6 months here will define how much that passion translates into success. But with about all the volume in 2022 range bound between .006 and .012 there really isn’t much in way of EOY tax advantages. Looks like continual accumulation ongoing and tight float.

Maybe pushing the excitement into a new calendar year has tax advantages for investors and company alike..

Then again maybe a PR campaign is poised to coincide with SAFE and institutional investment in matter of weeks after election.

Maybe Santa brings us a 10-30 bagger for the holidays.. maybe a boring lump of coal…

One thing is the ingredients remain poised and timing could not be better to make an introduction and lead in hemp. Maybe, just maybe this is the one everyone will talk about…

I think that “experience” is many years off yet.. but certainly plausible down the road..

Meanwhile I think .05-.10 range is a slam dunk once we get some visibility on the assets and products (hemp cigarettes, cbd, beverages?) they plan to distribute and scale.

Run to .25 is not out of the question in my mind, especially when we hear more about disruptive endeavors like therapeutics and hemp paper & plastics. These are the type of endeavors that can immediately disrupt, isolate INQD as “the one with the goods” and add immense value and make investors say “H - - - S - - -“

SAFE has long term implications for cannibas industry in terms of cost to transact and profitability. But I can’t see their vision here with hemp and a merger and acquisition strategy to become vertically integrated, open new markets as reliant on unknown conclusion of SAFE legislation.

What impact I see short term over the next month or two is SAFE legislation can bring both institutional interest and liquidity to all things cannibas, hemp included…. So as the phrase goes.. timing is everything!

Regarding the recent delay here…. Certainly with all this firepower and experience negotiating the EP asset deal and possibly others, certainly though they are aware of tax avenues and strategies to mitigate impact upon closing…. The strategy is merger and acquisition so I am sure there isn’t an unknown suddenly popping up in this regards.. this is what these negotiators do!!

Quite possibly, the positive movement from POTUS announcement and increased odds of SAFE has other entities seeking out LB and team wanting to jump aboard.. LB is all in for confidence on Twitter, so maybe we do indeed have a much bigger fish or two wanting to jump in our pond!!

I don’t think we’ll have to wait too much longer for the story to unfold. With SAFE likely, institutional interest in cannibas will accelerate soon. PRs introducing potential and strategies could not have a better timing especially given experienced leadership here..

It is all going to get interesting very soon. I am speculating there are several companies looking now to join up with LB/INQD after POTUS announcement which essentially solidified SAFE passing in lame duck and created a path to reschedule MJ. All of which will open capital markets to institutional investments.

If the POTUS announcement has a surprise impact. SAFE now becomes a heavy favorite to pass by EOY.

The commentary for delay mentions both the words international and transaction. I can think of one of two things.. either additional entities are looking to now join up with INQD/Electrum given some likely clarity soon or possibly Fincann and their business model is moved to the front burner.

Regardless, the cannibas industry is going to heat up with recent events and path to deschedule. Next 3-4 months will be hot, IMO.

Interesting Development on SAFE!!

President today announced mass MJ pardons and ordered a review to reschedule MJ. This accomplished the + for SAFE and can likely lead to SAFE passing easily with possibility to expand it on the tax and trading exchange side… cannibas stocks already responding/surging.

Indirectly this does impact hemp/cannibas related and renewed focus on FINCANN/transactional side could come into play!

Plenty of catalysts here while we await confirmation of initial Electrum assets acquired!!

Remember too that LB has significant investment banking in his past. Hard to say how much money is waiting to soak up these 2 cent level shares post-confirmation of moving forward with assets…

IMO there is a billion dollar vision waiting to hit start. Whatever these initial assets are, they are only just the beginning….

I see others on social media speculating that cultivation/growers will be part of the assets acquired from Electrum. Would make sense as that would be key component of vertical integration.

Hemp products such as cigarettes or CBD/beverages are growing consumer products and hinted at being explored by LB. Also therapeutic research has been ongoing and also a slide on INQD investor slideshow from earlier this year..

But what I see that provides long term, billion dollar vision is INQD being at the forefront of producing hemp to develop markets for hempcrete, hemp fiber industry, hemp paper and plastic. I can imagine all kinds of exploratory partnerships and acquisitions along these lines….

Enormous potential short term for ROI…. But longer term, a few years down the road, there could be even greater potential dwarfing short term.

Float is tight as many see this trading for nickels and dimes at some point. Especially when you look at comparable story stocks that get bid up to 100’s of millions in market valuation.

I would contend the quality of management and position of the corporate structure is superior here compared to many of the more recent OTC darlings..

Expecting announcement any day as to the closing of acquiring hemp related assets from Electrum.

Given the addition of BOD and structure of company, once the initial assets are closed, it is logical that a flurry of additional M&A and partnerships will be announced to be synergistic with a hemp vertical.

The additional catalyst looming is the expected late year SAFE+ legislation that would open significant capital and institutional level investment in cannibas related businesses.

Going to be exciting EOY into 2023 here, IMO.

It will be exciting to discover what assets are being acquired via Electrum. I would speculate once these baseline hemp assets are in place then many additional M&A and JV/partnerships will then consummate along the hemp vertical integration vision.

M&A activity could go on for years and if their vision fully comes to life one can imagine trading on a different more institutional exchange.

I perceive the FINCANN JV potential as becoming a participant on the transactional side of cannibas. I am guessing that any progress there is waiting on SAFE, etc legislation.

As far as commentary about closing Electrum deal which CEO is sounding ultra positive about “soon” now…. I would speculate the Electrum assets are a first of many acquisitions and partnerships coming or in the pipeline. The entire purpose of assets going public is for leverage and liquidity to facilitate growth. Becoming vertically integrated in hemp facilitates growth and liquidity thus it is logical we likely will see a continuation of acquiring assets and partnerships after the initial assets are transitioned into INQD. While we may see major price surges upcoming as the story begins to unfold, I expect real valuation will continue to be created in subsequent months and quarters down the road.

CEO certainly is confident and methodical on closing the acquisition of assets via Electrum.

Really curious to see what assets are being acquired and reading between the lines what additional acquisitions or partnerships that may be brewing as part of the initial acquisitions..
