I check this site every few weeks, waiting for when and how I can officially offload my shares and take a loss. Every time I look at my brokerage report, it’s a painful reminder! A long saga since 2007 and my first foray into Nanologix. So many of the same players and same insults back and forth! Whatever happened to Emerald Isle? In any event, I have no choice but to support Tom/antman in pushing for some kind of endgame.
Sigh. My question now is when and how to claim my losses. It’s been interesting since 2007, I will give it that.
I guess Emerald Isle and others early on who had more than a million! It’s been a long road.
I, too, look forward to receiving information, which, I assume will come via my holdings in my Roth and regular investment accounts at Schwab (though purchased via USAA Brokerage, later acquired by Schwab). I was never as large a shareholder as some of the original investors. I will be happy to have this resolved one way or another as I hate looking at my $31,000 loss on my 251,000 shares every time I look at my account!
I appreciate your efforts and the occasional emails. I have no option but to trust your efforts and your sincerity and await the agreement you mention. As you (and some others know), I have been a patient shareholder for over 16 years—never sold a share! I believed when I believed—and now I’ve come to the conclusion that whatever you are doing is the only way forward.
Ugh. . .sorry. My spotty internet posted yesterday’s close. My bleary eyes thought it was this morning’s. Sorry!
Volume climbing today. . .anybody know why?
I had to look it up, too!

I always wonder which new posters are really old posters with new names! I was Haliday from 2006-2013 for you old-timers.
I just put in an order for a little more,—my 26th purchase in 14 years. But won’t be destroyed if I lose all I have invested. Probably lost more at blackjack or on clothes that never fit right over the years.
Good luck to all next week.

I love your Nanologix story. I have over 200K shares through 25 different small purchases since 2006. My late brother was a science nerd and liked its early technology (well before the petri plate) and turned my other brother and I on to it. Over the years, I have paid between .8 and .49 for shares. An average share price of .14. He died in 2018, relatively penniless and single, but it turns out his paid for house and farm were worth nearly $1M. He had long since sold all his shares.
Like you, I have never sold a share. Neither has my other brother. Who owns 100K shares. Most recently, we agreed to hang onto our shares as an homage to our late bro. . .
I pay little attention to most of,what is posted on this board though it can be entertaining! The exception is Emerald Isle who has been around as long as me. Many other longs no longer post or have sold their shares.
I am 67, retired with a smallish 401K, in a nice 60/40 mix of stock/bond mutual funds. I don’t own any other individual stocks except Carnival which I bought to get the shareholder perk of on-board cash. I am thinking about selling some NNLX shares if it hits $1. But psychology being what it is, I am not very good at predicting my future behavior ??.
So enjoy the ride. You have little to lose and much to gain. . .maybe. To me, the run-up from an acquisition or manufacturing partner will, along with my late brother’s real estate, be the difference between a pinching-pennies retirement and a slightly more comfortable one.
Thanks, EI. I am hanging onto my 200K shares. . .good luck to all the patient longs!
The day I retire. (Really!). That would be a gift.
Patience is the flower that grows not in everyone’s garden, I told my son for years.
My psychology? My late brother, a science-geek and leader in the bio-char movement recommended this company to me 12 or 13 years ago. I was searching the earliest posts on this board to find my first one. Found Parents and Emerald in those early days. Now Omar and Longpicker, too! In any event, i, have, over the years, followed the company and its research. And acquired a few shares every time I had an unexpected windfall at an overall share price average of .09. Didn’t unload during the pump and run drama. And never wanted to sell off for largely sentimental reasons. (I know, not a good reason).
Now, on the cusp of retirement myself, I find myself with an accumulated 130,000 shares. I have been in non-profit work my whole life, with most of my retirement in mutual funds. If I can turn $11K into even a tiny bit more, it is the difference between an interior cruise cabin or a balcony! It is the only individual stock I own. And if it pays off? A gift from the grave of my dear brother. And if I lose it? It has been a fun ride as the vicarious experience of the trash talking on this board is so entertaining. I also treasure the insights shared here.
Good luck to all the long shareholders. And nothing but the best for a little company that has tried, for years, to contribute to the health of the universe.
As a longie, I don’t understand and can’t read how manipulation is being done. . .pump and dump or short and distort. . .can someone explain what is happening with NNLX?
I just have to say it feels good To be in the mix with Parents and Emerald Isle again. You have both stayed in for the long haul, eh?
So, i just bought more. Pretty quickly. . The question is, who is selling? And why?
What a pleasant surprise to see this message board buzzing again. And to see the names of some long-term investors. I don’t buy individual stocks as a rule but my late scientist brother loved the technology and recommended this company to me 12 years ago. His house sold last Thursday and, in his memory, I have added more shares to my portfolio. All the best to the believers in Nanologix. And if I lose it all? Well I have had worse weekends playing blackjack in Las Vegas. Enjoy the ride. Live your life. .
I am back to even on my initial investments in 2007-2009. Onward and upward. The math on 70k shares is womderful for dreaming.
Just picked up another few thousand shares to max out my Roth IRA for the year. It is a long term speculative investment for sure. But I am keeping the faith
