Yes, I carefully documented the events of 2009 in the Intro page. Two former IHub members posted the fake news that led the SEC to suspend this stock, specifically mentioning questionable news releases. The CEO denied having anything to do with it. It happens. The stock was suspended and ended up on the Gray Market. I don't know why the CEO allowed it to remain there. But no evidence was ever brought forward to show that he had anything to do with the fake news. Check out the intro page.

She was confirmed! That's big news, and a big advantage for our CEO!
Those .0046 trades actually went through this morning. I'll see if I can figure out how to post a screen capture.
Actually it was more than 5 million. A whole bunch came in all at once just three seconds after the opening bell according to the time stamp. Most were for half-a-million shares each. Some were for 800,000 shares.
Closed at .0006. Whatever the heck is going on, I like it!
Yes, five million shares traded today at .0046. Unbelievable! The Expert market is full of mysteries.
Very positive vibes from our CEO today.
The best CEOs are excellent capital allocators. Ours doesn’t spend frivolously and though 2020 was difficult for everyone, we made it through. 2021 is the year everything we've been working toward comes to fruition. ⚡️

That is great news. Our CEO having his friend as the new commerce secretary in Biden's cabinet will be good news indeed.
Copper!
If the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday the filing is not due until the next business day. So this year that would be May 17th and November 15th.
Here are the due dates for filing our quarterly and annual reports. If the due date falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the report is due on the next business day.
1st quarter 10-Q quarterly report due May 15th (or 20th with 5-day extension)
2nd quarter 10-K annual report due Sept 28th (or Oct 13th with 15-day extension)
3rd quarter 10-Q quarterly report due Nov 14th (or 19th with 5-day extension)
4th quarter 10-Q quarterly report due Feb 14th (or 19th with 5-day extension)
I think our CEO is doing everything right with the environmental issues. And he's got local officials as well as the Governor on his side, which is major. There will always be "Karens" to deal with. It's just a fact of life in business.
We had a "Karen" in a theatrical company of which I was a part. A few members of the cast had developed supposed allergy issues with a type of stage smoke that was used to create a smoky effect on stage. The product had been commonly used throughout the industry for years, and the issue of allergic reactions to it was unknown, so the company didn't take it too seriously. But for "Karen" it became major. She went to a local politician to file a complaint, saying that she was unable to perform, and ultimately city hall sent it on to the state level. The state agency with the best of intentions swooped in to protect everyone, and the theater company was "red flagged". Regulators were everywhere. So the company discontinued the use of the product and substituted a misting product that created a smoke effect by spraying about one teaspoon of mineral oil mist into the air. But suddenly "Karen" was allergic to common mineral oil too.
Soon she was allergic to everything. She had it in her mind that she was allergic to the smoke that was produced by stage torches which burned propane. She even had an allergic reaction when an empty torch was brought on stage. The propane cannister had been removed, and the torch was brought on all the way at the other end of the very large stage, but upon seeing it she immediately looked panic stricken and developed hives on the palms of her hands. I was beside her, and I saw them. So clearly there was a psychosomatic element to her allergies. But the company was forced to keep making adjustments for her. They did away with torches on stage. As for the new stage smoke, if even one drop of mineral oil was used, she did not have to report to work for the next three days so that all the air in the entire building could clear any hint of the oil mist.
Some members of the cast had complained that standing on a raked stage (sloping downward toward the audience) for too long hurt their backs. Hearing that, quickly "Karen" was unable to stand on a raked stage at all. She had to be placed on the sides of the stage where the floor was level. Asked once to just cross a short portion of the raked stage, she literally ran across as if her very life were in danger if she spent more than a few seconds on a sloped floor. Mind you, this was a person who often wore high heels without problem. One member of the cast complained that the wigs were itchy. So soon "Karen" couldn't go on stage if just one hair from her wig touched her skin. You get the idea. And because the company had been red flagged, there was nothing they could do about her. They had not taken her seriously enough from the start, and now they were viewed as hostile to workers' safety.
There are lots of "Karens" out there, and for them their issues and concerns can be very real. A company just has to know how to deal with them. It sounds to me like Nick is doing everything properly in dealing with the concerns of the locals. Some issues aren't really issues. Sometimes education is all that is needed. And sometimes you just have to work around the "Karens" because it's all in their heads and there's simply nothing you can do for them. But be willing to do whatever a government agency tells you to do! And in that regard Nick is doing the right thing.
Hey, thanks for pointing that out. At first I thought you were mistaken, because the due-date rule for filing 10-Q's and extensions specifies a number of "calendar days" and calendar days include holidays. So I checked, and you're right. The SEC practice is to exempt weekends and Federal holidays. So our 10-Q for the last quarter of last year is due this coming Monday, 2/22.
The quarter ended 12/31/2020
The 10-Q was due by 5:30 PM ET 45 calendar days later, which would be 2/14/21, except that day was a Sunday, so it would be due the next day, Monday, 2/15/21, except that day was a Federal holiday, so it was due on Tuesday, 2/16/21.
On 2/16/21 the company filed a NT 10-Q, giving it a 5-calendar-day extension, making the due date 2/21/21, except that is a Sunday, so the due date is tomorrow, 2/22/21.
So we're still good!
https://www.colonialstock.com/SEC-holidays.htm
PS - We celebrate Presidents Day on the third Monday of February. It celebrates the birthdays of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. This year Presidents Day was on the 15th. Presidents Day is a federal holiday, but the Feds officially call it "Washington's Birthday". However Washington wasn't born on the 15th. And neither was Lincoln. So George Washington wasn't actually born on Washington's Birthday. And interestingly his birthday is on February 22, 1732, but he was actually born on February 11, 1731. That's because the when Washington was born the Colonies were still using the old Julian calendar which was 11 days off, and New Years wasn't celebrated until March 25th, meaning Washington was born the year before he was born. Fun!
Here are requirements for uplisting to the OTCQB.
There was a rule change in 2013. Only a simple majority of 51 votes is needed for confirmation of cabinet nominees. In the event of a tie the vice president gets the tie-breaking vote, not that it appears that will be necessary. So it's looking good for Gina's confirmation once we get past the current roadblock.

That's what I'm thinking too.
Good information!
Yes, I think we are too.
You're welcome. I agree.

What is proposed at this facility?
The Application is for a facility to treat regulated medical waste up to 70 tons/day by using pyrolysis.
What is Pyrolysis?
Is it incineration? Pyrolysis is similar to incineration in that they both use high heat to break down organic materials such as cloth and plastic. It differs from incineration in that the heating is done in an anoxic (without oxygen) environment. The process produces a flammable gas that is then burned in the presence of oxygen to produce electricity.
Will Waste be stored at the Site?
The application proposes that medical waste would be stored on site in trailers and in containers within the building. At any time, no more than 20 containers of regulated medical waste shall be stored inside the facility; no more than 25 trailers of regulated medical waste shall be onsite. Should the permit be approved, the applicant will be required to post a bond to allow the state to dispose of waste in the event the facility became insolvent and left waste onsite.
What opportunities are there for public participation in the DEM process?
Rhode Island General Law (23-18.9-9) establishes the criteria that must be followed for public notice and public participation. The law requires that after review of the application, the Department must give public notice of the intention to issue or deny. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to Issue on January 11, 2021, and public notice was published in he Kent County Daily Times, The Warwick Beacon, The East Greenwich Pendulum and The Providence Journal on January 21-22, 2021. A public informational workshop was held via Zoom on 1/25/2021. A Recording of the informational meeting on 1/25/21 can be found by clicking here. The statute also requires a formal public hearing be held (scheduled for 3/15/2021 via Zoom, link below). During this public comment hearing, interested members of the public may submit oral comments on the record, but neither the Department nor the applicant will be responding to the comments during the hearing. The public comment period will remain open for an additional 30 days after the hearing, and once the Department has had the opportunity to review all comments, it will issue a written response to all substantive comments received.
In addition to the required notices and hearings, the Department has been in contact with local Public Safety Officials for most of the 2 years the review has been ongoing. Prior to publication of the notice we personally notified the Town Manager of East Greenwich, Town Manager of West Warwick, the East Greenwich Fire Chief, and the West Warwick Fire Chief to make sure the communities could participate in the process and inform interested parties.
What about air pollution from the Site?
In addition to the current application, Medrecycler applied for and was granted a minor source permit by the RIDEM/Office of Air Resources on May 7, 2020. This permit contains emissions limits, monitoring and startup testing requirements both before and after the facility begins operation. The minor source determination is based on the quantity of material to be burned at the facility.
Is there a risk of people being exposed to pathogens?
The major thrust of our Medical Waste Program is the protection of human health. This includes both workers handling medical waste as well as the general public. The requirements in the regulations specify that efficacy must be demonstrated prior to startup and periodically once a facility starts to receive waste. The regulations regarding treatment processes require both temperature monitoring and testing with heat resistant bacterial spores (i.e. Geobacillus stearothermophilus) to prove their effectiveness.
This application proposes to shred untreated medical waste. Our regulations specify that such shredding can only be done in a fully enclosed environment. To determine if this environment is in fact, fully enclosed, the license is being conditioned to require separate testing to be performed to verify if bacterial spores can be released during the shredding process. This testing will be required prior to final approval to begin accepting waste and will be required to be performed by an independent third party vendor. Neither of the tests described above have been done, and in fact, can only be done when the equipment is installed and operational. Also, RIDEM determined that the currently proposed testing protocols are insufficiently detailed at this time. Therefore, permit conditions have been included to require additional details of the testing protocol, Department approval, and oversight prior to testing.
What waste products will be produced?
The application is for a process that produces the following wastes: 1. Flammable gas (syngas) that will be burned to generate electricity. 2. Solid ash-like material will need to be disposed of in accordance with RI Regulations. 3. A flammable tar to be used to heat the vitrification system.
What Happens Next?
Now that the public notice and public informational workshop has taken place the next step is a formal public comment hearing on 3/15/2021 (details below). The Department will continue to accept written comments for 30 days after the public comment hearing. After that, the Department will respond to all substantive comments received and render a final decision within 90 days.
The Public Hearing on 3/15/2021 at 4PM via Zoom can be accessed using the link below: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5211383116
Meeting ID: 521 138 3116

This is a 10-Q quarterly report that is due, so they get a five-day extension. It was due on 2/14/2021, so they now have through 2/19/2021.
You're welcome.
If they file on the weekend they will not be delinquent. Plus they can file for a five-day extension.
The next 10-Q quarterly report is due on the 14th. (45 calendar days after the end of the quarter)
Wow, this is amazing!
I think you're right.
