Thanks, Meatloaf. It's working now. It was actually a different problem. See my message to Dave.

OMG! It's working! Deleting the advfn cookies didn't do it. But then I tried something. I have a saved link that I use to open IHub each day. It is: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/favorites.aspx
Instead of using that I tried https://investorshub.advfn.com
And it worked! Instead of being already logged in and unable to log out, I was given the log in option. And everything went smoothly after that. So it was me all along. I guess my old link was keeping me locked in.
Thanks so much for all the time you've given me. Honestly, what you do on a daily basis boggles minds like mine. Back in the day I was considered the "go to" guy when it came to questions about....... wait for it....... DOS. lol
That looks like my version of Edge:
Microsoft Edge
Version 105.0.1343.33 (Official build) (64-bit)
I also just went in and deleted certain cookies, but problem persists. I never found any cookies titled IHub, though.
Interesting. I use Microsoft Edge as my browser. So I entered Internet Explorer mode, and was able to log in and out. It also solved the other problems. But once back in Edge mode the problems persisted. So the problem is with Edge. I've already tried closing and reopening Edge, as well as rebooting the computer. I also just now tried clearing part of my cache data, but that didn't help. I'm reluctant to clear all my cookies.
But at least I feel special. ;0)
LOL. Yes. That, and Groundhog Day. ;0)
Yes, Shelly. Have been trying that since yesterday. Whenever I click on "Log Out" I get an error message.
Have closed my browser also. And have rebooted my computer.
Hi Dave,
I first noticed both problems yesterday, and both continue today. Have tried repeatedly, but can't log out, and can't manage stickies or edit Info Box.
Thanks
I'm still not able to manage sticky posts or edit the intro page on any of the boards that I moderate. In manage mode if I click on "Edit Intro" or "Manage StickyPosts" I am taken to the home page: https://investorshub.advfn.com/
And I can't log out. If I try to log out I get "Bad Gateway Error code 502"
Thanks
Hi, Dave,
As mod I'm able to manage posts. However in manager mode if I click on "Edit Intro" or "Manage StickyPosts" I am taken to
the home page: https://investorshub.advfn.com/
And if I try to log out I get "Bad Gateway Error code 502"
Not sure if you've already addressed this issue.
Thanks
Moderator message: Good morning, everyone. When posting about a market maker such as STXG it might be a good idea to refer to it as "market maker STXG" to avoid having it confused for a stock symbol.
Thanks,
Anna Phylaxis
It's not due until the 22nd. It would have been due on the 14th, but that was a Sunday, so it was due on the 15th. The company filed for a five-day extension, which gives them five more calendar days starting the next day after the due date, so it would then have been due on the 20th, but that's a Saturday, so it is now due on Monday the 22nd.
The collective we has switched to bullshit. Not the royal we, however.
Nice!
Thanks so much, Shelly. The ads are gone now. I still get the error message when I try to log out, but that isn't a problem for me as I just stay logged in.
Shelley,
In addition to the new video ads now present when I open posts, I am unable to log out. When I try to log out I get
"Error 502 Ray ID: 729bafa6bac1aaaf • 2022-07-12 18:01:47 UTC
Bad Gateway"
Thanks,
Anna Phylaxis

Extensions for quarterly reports are 5 calendar days, starting the day after the report was originally due. So that would mean the report would be due on the 21st. But since that is a Saturday, the report won't be due until Monday the 23rd.
Now I understand why they call it a 14-C. We see it 14 times a day.
Ain't it the truth, Peeteman!
Thank you. I've been very lucky with this stock. It bought me my annuity that doubled my monthly income. A net positive indeed. Here's hoping for future gains that we can all enjoy.
I used to feel the same way, and I'm kind of surprised to hear myself saying this, but I don't see it that way anymore. Through the constant back and forth discussion I have to say that I've actually learned a lot about the company. I see it as a net positive.
Yeah, but that's in the Gregorian Calendar. In the Julian Calendar we still have 13 days. ;0)
Thanks!
Yes, that's the language in the DEF 14C from this year. It's also the same language in the DEF 14C from 2019 as I pointed out. Meanwhile the AS has remained unchanged at 1,000,000,000 all this time. It's not an actual increase in the AS if the AS was already at 1,000,000,000.
I'm not sure that I'm following. Are you saying that the AS is being raised? The AS is currently 1,000,000,000. It has been the same for years, right? And both DEF 14C's authorize 1,000,000,000. So I don't understand how the AS is being raised.
Good morning.
"a real old debate"
I like that.
No problem.
We weren't discussing when the filing goes into effect, so there was no need for me to quote the entire form. We were discussing whether or not the filing creates an increase in the AS or enacts a R/S, which it does not.
Also when a company enacts a R/S it has to specify the specific ratio, such as 500:1. The DEF 14C does not do that. It is clearly not enacting a R/S. In order to think that it is, one has to overlook that simple fact. And one also has to overlook the very obvious use of the word "option" that is clearly stated in the filing.
Good post. The company has simply given itself the same option that it has given itself in years past. That has never resulted in a reverse split being enacted. Anyone can go to OTC markets.com and see the language and compare it to previous filings. Or they can read it in the lengthy discussions we have had on the subject on this board.
That's misinformation. They are not increasing the AS and they do not have to enact a R/S.
The market is open tomorrow.
