I'm not sure that I'm following. Are you saying that the AS is being raised? The AS is currently 1,000,000,000. It has been the same for years, right? And both DEF 14C's authorize 1,000,000,000. So I don't understand how the AS is being raised.

Thanks, but I keep hearing the R/S is just for uplisting.....

that doesn't require a AS raise...
