Reverse Split unlikely!
dollars coming!
AEPP moving up the breakout boards. more eyes coming.
AEPP
currently around $.034
onxolix, a private biotech just bought AEPP and will merge into the shell.
oncolix just started their PR push...
in other words, AEPP is at .034, but with a potential billion dollar cancer drug in human trials, AEPP will be closer to $.34 soon enough, then $3.4.
anyway, looks like the momo is starting to pick up here.

we're looking really good here.
i bet it's up from here. this current price is stupidly low for what's coming.
and i'm pretty sure it's something oncolix has never done.
they are clearly enacting a plan. whether it's a good one or not is still to be seen, but you can't at this point say the CEO is just sitting on his tail doing nothing.
from where i sit, it sure looks like things are happening exactly as they should be. we'll see...
one of the benefits of going the reverse merger route is already having an existing shareholder base in place. the stock is here and is trading a decent amount of volume every day.
it's also worth keeping in mind that redman's interview just was released on some kind of Small Cap TV video thing. that might give you a clue about their intentions with their newly acquired OTC company. CEOs don't typically go making promotional type pieces like that for nothing.
Requirements for NASDAQ listing
I believe one of the requirements for a company that has completed a reverse merger to get to NASDAQ is to sit through a year long waiting period. You might initially think that's bad news and Oncolix is still a year plus from the big board, but my take from that is that this time frame should be motivation enough for Oncolix to go ahead and complete the reverse merger sooner rather than later.
If my understanding of the law is correct, Oncolix should be motivated to go ahead and get this done sooner rather than later to get the clock started. If all goes to plan, they could be moving into Phase II trials in a year or so with who knows what kinds of announcements regarding funding and licensing, a stock price pushing a dollar or more, and plenty of momentum toward NASDAQ.
just one of the members of the oncolix board claiming his ownership with the SEC. i'd guess we'll see a few more of those this week with the other board members.
as for any reverse split, i'd bet there will be one too, but not until they get to NASDAQ. look at what anvl did from its run from $.15 to dollars. they waited for the big run combined with data results and a big PR push before doing the r/s and uplisting to NASDAQ.
there has clearly been no merger to this point.
it's also clear they have a strategy in place. we're seeing the steps all play out before us, but apparently one of the steps to date has not been to help the current AEPP shareholder along. In his interview he mentioned the shell but not the name.
i doubt they'll ever mention AEPP by name. for now it seems that building up the oncolix brand is step one. that's a great first step.
in time they'll use AEPP to get to NASDAQ and millionaires will be made here.
actually, if they get through phase II with positive results, $30/share is probably more realistic.
I'd be curious what their buy out price is. The goal is to get through Phase II then sell. That's a few years away, but provided it all works, are we looking at $1 billion? Perhaps...
Hold for three years and sell what you have for $10 a share? hmmm
I think it's safe to say this reverse split stuff can be thrown out the window now.
We still have no name change and the sale was weeks ago. the 10-K came out and that was that. Now Redman continues to say there's been no merger, so if the seller was to immediately effectuate a reverse split and name change, why didn't it happen?
Moving forward...
Oncolix looks like they're really putting some effort into building their brand with what we've seen in the last week or so. This can only be positive and again we see him confirm in the interview that they intend to take Oncolix into AEPP and eventually to NASDAQ.
this interview today is the first time i've seen anything close to this from this company. clearly they're starting a new PR push here with this and getting the website up to date.
remember this is coming up
https://www.b2match.eu/ucis2017/participants/24
we're waiting to see how the actual reverse merge shakes out.
in any case, we currently have a market cap here under $3M.
Oncolix itself is worth far more than that.
redman speaking publicly about how well prolanta is doing in trials is a big deal.
Interview with CEO Michael Redman
they replaced the "wholly-owned" phrasing with "partially-owned" on the website to correct that error in the news section.
so somebody is doing something today on their new website.
that what it seems to me.
and think, if and when they get prolanta into phase II. dollars.
i was just saying that the wording in the SPA could be interpreted to mean a number of different things and to say definitely that there is clear evidence a reverse split will happen seems off to me.
i thought that if there was one thing most of us could agree on, it's that the reverse split language in the SPA is anything but clear.
no dumping here either. money is even....plenty of people here holding for what's coming.
A good point was made here earlier that's worth repeating...
Why would Oncolix start moving on their website putting up that huge investor presentation this week, days after completing the purchase only to turn around and reverse split the stock to death?
Oncolix has owned AEPP for 2.5 weeks or so and they haven't enacted a reverse split but they have started moving toward attracting investors. Just saying...
it has lots of potentials with or without reverse split.
pure speculation and probably wrong. we'll see.
looks like some folks are getting tired of waiting.
seems to me the merger news could drop any day, but what do i know...
not yet
it's also worth noting that this so called potential reverse split has already cut this stock's value in half.
that's a legit team there. current MC is around $4M. $400 isn't that hard to imagine given what's all here.
no, the reverse merger isn't done.
AEPP is still AEPP for the time being.
we've already covered all of this.
the ceo isn't going to comment on a deal that has yet to transpire.
however he will comment on oncolix and look, just yesterday you got a sneak peek on their website of what's to come. why do you think they would they take the website live over the weekend and start adding really interesting material just as they also happened to release the filing stating that it is Oncolix the company who owns all of the shares just purchased?
reverse mergers don't happen over night...
this management team has lots of experience.
we'll see how it plays out but their track records look great...
are folks finally starting to see what's happening here?
oncolix has the potential for billions and aepp is at about $4M now. i mean...come the heck on...
and the ace in the whole i think we have that many don't seem to realize...
this looks like we have a really solid management team in place. redman is the glamour, but payne is the brains. redman knew to get payne involved so he's got that going for him. payne was summa cum laude at rice. that should seriously tell you something. in a world full of clowns on the otc, it's not common to find a team with a track record like they have in charge.
-or i'm getting ahead of myself here. we'll see...
i've done a good deal digging into other biotechs like this and a few points i found interesting.
1. something like 40% of all reverse mergers in recent years involved biotecs. it's actually kind of a thing in that sector. i took that to be comforting given the general angst in the investment community over reverse mergers in general.
2. this i've long known, but looking more closely at other biotechs with similar stories or pipeline setups, or pehaps imagine Prolanta moving into a Phase II trial next year. The values can get astonishingly silly. Oncolix is throwing around a $3Billion dollar potential for their drug candidate. This could translate to a run that I wouldn't even want to type here for fear of angering the gods.
this is pretty much the same scenario i've been envisioning for some time now. well before the sale was finalized, which i was sure would ultimately be what tripped this whole thing up.
today was a monster day for AEPP, whether the world realizes it or not yet.
that dude redman just updated their website and opened up the oncolix playbook to you today. that's a big freaking deal. you act like the guy is silent but look what is happening.
it's clearly in everybody's best interest that he not comment on a deal that isn't yet complete. we all lose leverage and potential value if he locks himself into something that isn't necessarily what's best.
certainly nothing official by any means...
absolute no brainer.
oncolix didn't throw $300K at AEPP to be flexible. it's gonna happen sooner rather than later...
everything is coming along exactly as it should to this point.
1. Locate clean shell
2. Sign SPA
3. Close deal, issue SEC filings.
In the meantime, they've updated their website and have a current business plan that would knock anybody's socks off.
All of this in a month or so...
