ducktor, you have the wrong date. It is 2,348 a/o Sep 05, 2012.
This is very untimely information and a lot of water under the bridge since 9/5/12.
I really don't know where the 2,500 shareholders total is coming from. If you assume each one of those shareholders owns 1 million shares...that is 2.5 Billion shares right there. And we all know that there are a lot of you who own way more than 1 million shares.
I believe the pps is right about where the CEO wants it. I believe he wants the pps to tank........I don't know the reason for wanting it to go down, but I really believe we would have received an update if there was any consideration in keeping the pps at the previous level or reaching a higher level.
More and more ads, but at some point, there has to be a reason to visit the website. Right now, I really don't see any reason to.
So, the CEO says: "Other good things coming'… "
What else is he going to say? Nothing is coming? Bad Things coming?
Don't you see that he really isn't saying anything?
ducktor, that has been on the site for about 2 weeks.
The word "soon" is my least favorite word...
UTRM CEO (per posted E-Mail by OTC evolutionX):
Today is 7/24. Last PR was 6/24.
The lack of communication is intentional imo.
Last PR we received was June 24th. One month ago.
And, during that time our new website was "launched".
James Wright, imo, is purposely being uncommunicative.
Why? I don't know.
You have to click for Washington, you have to click for Colorado, you have to click for every state. Why not just have them all on one page instead of showing a photo of a marijuana plant?
If you went to the drudge report you would know what I'm talking about. It's all right there on drudge. Invariably, one of the numerous stories captures your attention and you spend time on the site.
I really dislike the "News" web page. It should look more like the Drudge Report where all the stories are on one page and there may be one that captures your interest. You have to dig too hard here.
Why not show the States all on one page and under each state show the most current stories. ON ONE PAGE!
If the E-mails are not disclosing anything....what good are they then? They are worthless. They are just little pep talks...Be Patient...etc. Good things coming...etc.
They don't tell you anything (and I'm very happy that they don't since they are private communications)
The CEO of a Public Company should not be writing E-mails to individual stockholders. He is an officer of a Public Company and all communications from an officer should be public.
It's time to operate this company as a Public Company...not a small time operation.
UTRM - Stock Buybacks lead to an increase in the pps...not a decrease.
FFGO - Thanks SevenTenEleven. Interest will be very welcome! The Company may have foreseen that this payment would take some time and therefore they provided for the interest.
Dividends and INTEREST are worth waiting for!!
I keep telling you guys that there won't be a Quarterly financial statement for some time imo. The last one filed by Chris S. has to be amended (imo) and there has been so much new stuff happening that you can't expect them to file timeously (yes, I'm throwing some Old English at you.....look it up).
UTRM - I think we should hire Tom Chambers and have him do a taped interview of our NEW CEO. (kind of a deja vu when he interviewed Chris S.).
SRGE - I see we've had trading activity the last few sessions! Very nice! Just waiting for the following: http://cincominas.com/
bgl - A Court case by bgl that has lasted over 6 years?? I don't think so. It's write-off time imo.
UTRM - We need a PR. Badly.
SevenTenEleven, we should still be earning 3% interest on the computed Dividend....right?
bgl - I'm sure they will file their quarterly financial statements. And I am also sure that they will look just as hideous as the last quarter's.
Look out for a write-off of the Cinco Minas "investment"....imo
stockjoe900, that is quite an E-Mail you received. Can you please post it in its entirety?
Thanks.
Somebody posted that James Wright told them (through an E-Mail of course) not to believe anything unless it is in a PR.
Well, that sounds good. But we don't get any PR's.
bgl - First Quarter Financial statements should be filed next week. What are the chances of another impairment charge? This time for Cinco Minas? I think they are pretty good...even though the interim statements will be unaudited......I think the departure of the CEO shows that bgl's future is very bleak.
All of the above imo.
bgl - After my review of the bgl Audited Financial Statements for the year ended November 30, 2013, I have to say that they are the scariest statements I have ever seen. No revenues. Writing off almost $5 million dollars on a failed investment. Going Concern disclosure. Possible impairment charge on Cinco Minas of almost $11,000,000.
Wow..................not good. Not good at all imo.
bgl - Another day with no information from the Company regarding the departure (removal?/Dismissal?) of the former President and CEO.
bgl - No trading volume again today. Stuckholders could not move these shares at any price it seems.
bgl - Yes, the financial statements do carry its investment in Cinco Minas as an asset. However, you must remember the following:
1. Audited Financial Statements show no Revenues for the year Ended 11/30/13.
2. Audited Financial Statements include a "Going Concern" statement
3. Audited Financial Statements show a write-off of $4,820,692 for the Colombian investment during the year. Due to the significant impact of the rezoning of the Paramo area on these concessions and the likelihood that the authorities will uphold their decision to extend these boundaries, the Company has decided to fully impair this property as at November 30, 2013 and has recorded an impairment of $4,820,692.
4. Audited Financial Statements were filed on March 31, 2014. We have seen nothing from bgl regarding Cinco Minas in almost four months.
5. On March 7, 2008, the State Court, Commercial Division of Guadalajara, Mexico, issued preventive measures in favor of the Company. THIS WAS OVER 6 YEARS AGO!!!!
6. While the books do carry its investment in Cinco Minas as an asset..........there is that pesky Note 9 to the Financial Statements warning about a possible impairment charge of $10,286,428.
From Note 9 Cotingent Liability of 11/30/13 Financial Statements:
As at November 30, 2013, the Company is still in the process of protecting its interest in the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera mining properties in the Mexican courts.
A ruling in favour of the Company by the Federal Court will affirm the Company’s ownership interest in the mineral property and amounts will become due in order to put the concessions in good standing; however, as the amounts are not determinable, no accrual has been recorded in these consolidated financial statements. Should the ruling be in favour of the defendant, the Company would be required to recognize an impairment charge on the property for $10,286,428.
Since 50,000,000 shares traded on 5/12/14, GTLA has the following trading activity:
5-14-14 300,000 shares
5-30-14 350,000 shares
6-06-14 200,015 shares
7-15-14 200,000 shares
7-21-14 50,000 shares
lol...OK! OK! I'm standing back!! Wow, this is weird. Last few trade have been miniature.
Vince, do you have 73 aliases? (I noticed you have 73 followers...which I find very scary....lol)
Dear Mr Wright: Since you are aware of the IHUB postings, can I make a recommendation to you? You are the top officer of a PUBLIC COMPANY. I don't believe your E-Mails to individual shareholders are meaningful; and your time can be spent in more constructive ways to increase shareholder value. If they are meaningful, you should be releasing the information to ALL shareholders.
I suggest that you have a standard reply to all those who E-Mail you: State that this is a public company and all information must be released to ALL shareholders in a public manner.
Thank you.
I guess it's just me..but I'm really not a fan of personal E-Mails written to INDIVIDUAL STOCKHOLDERS by an officer of a PUBLIC COMPANY
I don't want a Fluff PR, but if there is no PR before the market opens on Monday...we are going down some more imo. This stock is going to get pilloried all weekend.
UTRM - Not trying to set the bar too low, but I just hope we escape this week without a Triple Zero close.
UTRM - From some of the e-mail chatter with the CEO that has been posted on this board, and the entry form on the website to become a correspondent....it appears to me that live broadcasts are not going to happen soon. Hope I am wrong.
