Loaded .0107 going to be a great year for Nanotech
GLTA
On alerts list - potential suspension candidate.
Caveat emptor and good luck to all
Smart Money?? Are you serious. As for The money involved with this experiment, I would never grace it with the word Smart. I consider Smart a positive word and a compliment. Words that come to mind are
Corrupt
Deceitful
Self-serving
Borderline criminal
And that goes for what I've read coming out of MDMN as well as quite a bit from proponents on boards focusing on this position.
And then there are seemingly droves of
Naive
Nearing buy in target. If breaks $1 then could drop another 30%+... buy still going to grab some cheap seats.
Yes Veblen. Modus operandi going back donkeys years. IMO and as history supports
Now that the latest balloon they floated has deflated. .04 seems pretty high to me
Amarant just another of many prestigeous comapnies courting the MDMN scheme...
Has MDMN ever claimed business talks with a proper business or credible business people?
Isn't Amarant just another example of embarrassing bad developments?
Classic Group think going with MDMN investors. IMO
ROTFLMAO at the credibility retail investors are giving MDMN and even more so their PR vs. delivery performance over..... Lets see... 20 YEARS!!!!!
I find .0427 a little suspect
But hey when it hits that .01 that someone was advising the other day. I'll reach out to a family friend who is the mayor of an area about 3 hours from their site and see if he has any thoughts. Not sure If he's a city mayor or province... But I know he's one of the two
If the news is o.k., ill join the pump brigade
Latest PR wearing off. Rinse & Repeat.
Sure hope most of here made a good trade in the high .05s +
Short of another highly substantive world class PR release can only see this on the decline.
any calls on what level MDMN management want to attempt to create a support level at?
I had originally set my sights near a penny but not sure that's realistic any more.
Thoughts?
I saw the port a potty business. Didn't see anything bad in that on its own.. But rahter thought it could be good international exposure. Did see some reference to green toilet scams in 3rd world countries... But didn't care enought to dig if if was "green toilets" in general as its a term... Or specifically your new CEOs business who was implicated in the that particular scam.
Now I've run a business for 14 yrs now have worked with 100s of companies and have come across a good 95% honest, integrity driven orgs to the 5% or probably 2% who would CVA or bankrupt themselves in a heartbeat if they thought they could make enough off of it by screwing suppliers, defaulting on debt etc. and just setting up under a new and similar name.
My father has owned a manufacturing factory for 30 years now.
We share war stories and can tell you. Once we see crooks and dishonesty. We sooner cancel contracts and forgoe some business rather than take risk of getting into bed with these types.
So I disagree with your comments that it takes a crook to make a success of a business. I've actually found they are the ones to destroy business more often than not.
Defending the dealings of mr price as good when it was obvious attempts to defraud retail investors... Immoral etc.. Well, c'mon....really? That's ok???
Just my opinion.
I hope you make lots of money on this and don't gamble the farm. Good luck
Historically it appears MDMN have been "most" interested in share price above all other concerns.
Just to mention a couple
1. Proven history of people associated at a high level to have been indicted and in some cases convicted of stock manipulation
2. Some of there PR has been worded to only appeal to and encourage commitment from current and future retail investors. I know this is somewhat normal. But I've read a lot of PR in my time and MDMN smells fishy.
3. And this lawsuit
Medinah Mining Company ("Medinah"), a Nevada corporation, and Les Price, a Canadian citizen and officer and director of Medinah, sued sixteen individual defendants from Chile, Canada, and several U.S. states, alleging that they defamed Medinah and Price over the Internet, including on the Raging Bull forum. The complaint failed to identify the specific allegedly defamatory statements, saying only that the defendants' comments related to the integrity and business ethics of Medinah and Price. Besides defamation, the complaint included ten related claims, including for tortious interference, outrage, and fraud.
Several defendants moved to dismiss on various grounds, including failure to serve process and lack of personal jurisdiction. The court dismissed one defendant, James Ingram, for lack of personal jurisdiction. Ingram was a resident of Arkansas, who had never been to Nevada or done business there. The court held that Ingram's postings on the Internet were insufficient to confer personal jurisdiction over him to a Nevada court. The court ultimately dismissed the entire case for failure to prosecute.
- to me, this lawsuit shows MDMN real interest and business focus for the "venture". Pump, pump, pump and hopefully one day get rich off retail investors AND not to focus on making money off claimed mining residuals.
Can anyone add a 4. ?
Re: paddypower - predicted price 1 operational claim?
I don't believe there will be. I believe this is a scam. And based on the history + foundations of this venture (let's call it) if there is legitimate (let's not even call it honest) money to be made here... The crooks behind this 'venture' will take it for themselves.
I believe the only money to be made here is to follow their pump and dump and time a trading exit well.
This was one of the most concerning things I found.
http://member.bnamericas.com/news/mining/Medinah_says_case_against_ex-CEO_*bogus*
Ok so naturally it looks like they dodged a inprisonment 'bullet' here. But it doesn't paint a picture of honest businessmen.
Also? What is this all about
"Next April, Price will complete a 15-year trading ban imposed by the British Columbia Securities Commission for stock manipulation."
So the CEO was convicted of stock manipulation in 1989 with the ban on trading ending in 2004.
With the track record of MDMN. The fact that any and all analysts pretty much call this a high risk of being a scam, at the very least.
Where are you getting this contrarian confidence from??
Or are many on this board just painting a pretty picture in the hope that you will make gains on this just like the founding fathers do this 'venture' appear to do??
I'm open to being proved wrong, so please enlighten me to where I'm getting it so terribly wrong.
re: paddydaddy question about bs PR
Hi Paddydaddy. I spent about 3 hours or so only on DD which is a drop in a large bucket to the likes of many on here have done.. but
What I seemed to find was a systematic approach spanning many years of putting out forward thinking marketing statements in the effort ( cynically, it seemed soly to artificially pump the price up )
market analyst comments I could find on each of these PR releases were consistently all "sounds great! but with no way to independently verify what management are saying. no audit of accounts. this could just be a scam as per modis operandi
This is why I agreed with Krakatoas comment that this Press release mirrors many before it. In that it references more than a couple near identical subject areas.. Only filling in the blanks with different names, facts and figures
Hope this answers your question.
I suspect that the latest wave of Retails have come to some of these same conclusions after jumping in "on a HOT TIP!!"
and are now running for the door.
perhaps missing out on this 20 bagger that many claim is just around the corner!
100% correct Krakatoa.
There is no denying that this press release is near identical enough to those from years past.
Hopefully some of those who bought above .10 averaged down when it went below .03 and have recouped a bit of their loss
Hopefully you guys who got in are trading. Silly me set my target too low. Anyway... No shame in profits, this could go anywhere from here
Up seems more likely? I'd just be worried about newcomers doing more DD. Lol
.05 by eoJuly? More like .005 if justice prevails.
We are all entitled to our own opinion... And that's mine.
Not to put "mine" in a sentence referencing MDMN!
If it hits this range and sticks for a while ill buy in there for a high risk gamble on a 10 bagger one day
Another red flag in a list of literally dozens that this a scam.
Just read years worth of professional stock analysts who say that "nothing" is nor seems "can" be verified. Caveat emptor !!
Does anyone really believe all these red flags that span many years can be pushed aside based on a bit more hype or even rumors of hype to emerge?
Everyone has their own target. I've set mine below .02
I'm not emotional tied to this or do I need it.
If I can get a price I'm happy with.. I'll join the MDMN gravy train.. Or lose my stake if it finally gets shut down.
If i guess to low, I wont lose a thought on it.
To call it like I see it after only researching a bit.
Everyone here seems to know the deal. There must be other boards or boiler rooms pumping the heck out of this to keep it from falling to its true value.
Feel sorry for investors who seem to get stuck with the bill in this zero sum game. Time and time again.

Gold is on further decline (so most say)... But at least that's good news for MDMN as it performed like potty when Gold prices were going through the roof
http://www.nytimes.com/2013/07/07/business/mutfund/golds-one-certainty-its-decline-has-been-swift.html?partner=rss&emc=rss
Chiles least wanted minerals inc.
Started doing a research on historic news for MDMN and seems a like a broken record of re-occurring claims of suspect pr and unsubstantiated claims by management.
Anyway thought this article could be of interest to new-comers
http://pennystockhaven.com/chiles-least-wanted-medinah-minerals-inc-otc-mdmn/
Disclosure: I am not short MDMN . Just believe its tremendously overvalued at 3 cents
anything above a penny is a v.risky bet IMO
But even at that its obvious with mdmn you are only buying into an imaginery idea and nothing tangible whatsoever
High Gold price = good news for MDMN?
Reading some of the posts it seems there is this very natural assumption being made.
But, if this is the case why didn't MDMN share price react favorably the last couple years as gold made its stellar climb to $1850+
I heard a mention MDMN . So Have come here to look at it, to see if i could get excited about it.
-Nothing in the 15 yr stock price
-company behavior
-that silly no substance discovery channel clip
-nor anything else I've read
...gets me excited about prospects.
What is it that I'm missing that has generated such a relatively massive interest in what by all accounts looks like a POS?
What are the majority buying into here?
I agree. Pathetic news update. For the news of 20 truckloads of gravel to be newsworthy as far as PR for a publicly traded company is worrying beyond comprehension.
To put into perspective I brought in 15 truckloads of crushed concrete and road planings to my horse yard last summer. Cost me £160 a load in expensive England. So they spend let's say a maximum $2000 tops in Chile and it's a big deal??
What a Tell as to what they see as a major development worth updating shareholders on.
What the heck is going on here?? Type of news that should send any Stinky pinky south of.001 IMO
Historical prices 2000-2007? Is there anywhere that lists or shows charts for historical pps outside of the standard 5 year max?
Looking to see what MDMN looked like for the 10 yrs prior to 2007.
Thanks
