just thought someone may know what the timeline is for insiders notifying SEC for purchasing shares? or 55 104
Hello anybody here? Does anyone have a clue as too the buying lately?
Is it possible to have Prodigy in production right now without having PR?
Don't know if this qualifies as a material event.
the only thing I remember was being able to produce pure spider silk withing the year.
GLTA
Sorry I missed out on the baseball hats would have liked to put in on and have a beer in celebration. I am in other stocks getting the base hits, Kraig is hopefully going to be my Grand Slam.

Guess time will tell. IF Eestor is starting their marketing can't believe they are doing it for no reason. Maybe you should tell them they are wasting their time.
I have been watching this stock for many years and loved the technology and what it will accomplish. Now is the time for me to get into the game things are ready now for certain markets according to Ian. Other products still need work but some are ready right now and the marketing will begin shortly.
I sent an email asking what kind of experience Eestor has with licensing agreements. Can only imagine the different types of agreements and what kind of structure each one will have. Have not received a response yet but confident they will respond soon.
Like with any stock or company a little concerned about their overall debt but hoping with some licensing agreements this debt will be able to be serviced, with little to no more dilution.
I anticipate some very positive announcements in the next 1 to 3 months to start the proverbial snowball down the hill.
I appreciate the fact they took the time to get all the technical data in place and 3rd party testing to give to the marketers/analysts so many questions can be answered with technical data.
GL
Yep soon as I get the chance I will be adding. GL
According to Ian Eestor has product ready for licensing agreements now. Sounds like some very promising weeks coming. Hopefully we see the corresponding response in our share price. GL everbody
wish we knew how close to signing first license agreement.
Anything at this point would be nice.
Wonder if they have had any buy out offers.
when you think of who this will compete with (any battery)
"Over the coming months the Company will be increasing the throughput of this facility and preparing for an expanded U.S. operation which will include the planting of thousands of mulberry trees."
"With this facility, we now have the capability to rapidly respond to the numerous request we receive for our record setting Dragon SilkTM." Oct 3rd, 2016
"The Company is now conducting a complete assessment of the production facility’s throughput to prepare for the delivery of Dragon SilkTM to industry customers following the Company’s completion of the first phase of its US Army contract." Oct 11th, 2016
""As we ship this first batch of Dragon Silk cocoons dedicated for the US Army, we are already beginning to prepare for production of fibers ready for commercial sale to some of our primary end users,” said Company Founder and CEO Kim Thompson.
The Company will now begin to sell its Dragon Silk and Monster Silk fibers, in earnest, to the various parties that have submitted sample requests, with priority given to substantive collaborative development agreements and key end uses." Dec 19th, 2016
Kim also said "this tiger has claws" does not sound like someone willing to give up the company so quick.
He said that in the context, I believe of not getting co-operation from some of the players in the textile industry.
So now I think he will spend next couple of years getting Kraig to the point he may entertain a BO.
So hang tight in my opinion. Watch the ride up and wait for the BO offers few years from now.
GLTA
I don't think a BO is in the books at all. Just my opinion but don't think it will happen.
Of course won't complain if it does.
GLTA
Not interested in seeing it sold.
Verticle marketing will be 30 fold and buyout, in time.
GLTA
I tend to differ about the BO.
I believe that Kraig would be better off to build different strains for each company and give them exclusive rights to that particular strain or TM name that they give it for marketing purposes.
There is no limit to what they will be able to produce. They seem to keep improving the method for DNA insertions, so giving them more flexibility to suit different customers. Dupont, 3M, underarmour, etc.
How do you even start to put a value on that???
But a exclusive license to a specific strain developed for X company with up front cash and royalties off sales, I would think be the much better way to go.
Other wise name a price for a disruptive technology any guesses. It would have to be crazy because you would only get one shot.
Nice situation to be in.
I think, there will many more press releases in the near future as well now because the snowball is now moving downhill. They have too many things happening everywhere and the timing is now or very soon. I think the days of us going without news for months is totally over.
GLTA
Just thought I would through this out there. Mike brought something to mind when he mentioned the platform worms.
I know we are all focused on the silk industry but what about the medical field?
Mike I don't have the scientific knowledge or experience in patents that many on this board do, but I know what I am trying to say I just may not be able to explain it properly.
With the platform worm that does not produce silk, I am assuming that the liquid inside the worm is or could be pure spider silk.
My final question (leaving many gaps ) would be what would a quart of pure spider silk be worth or gallon etc.
I am very patient person and will wait for Kraig to spin its magic, but in the meantime the medical field is still out there.
GLTA
I must admit to the same experience. This is the first bio stock I have invested in and been here, going on 6 years now. Its been a fascinating ride but learned as things went along how many processes needed to be taken
before commercialization. I will be ready for next bio stock investment.
Lets go KBLB
have absolute faith in Kim and tech involved.
Yes that is a good point it could be the other parties because they may have been asked to submit more info as well.
Point taken, thanks.
Bottom line is I trust in Kim.
I could care less for any press release other than the big one we are all hoping will start us down the path of commercialization.
I would be interested in what it might say but anything other than one or maybe a few paying customers will not effect the SP at this point.
GLTA
Thanks for reply much appreciated.
So Kraig is holding things up not the SEC.
Like many on this board I am patiently waiting, Ok maybe no so patient but waiting just the same .
I was wondering? Does the company who files the S1 have any control over when the SEC releases the file for effect?
Thanks for any input.
If the month of December produces 23000 ounces which if production numbers increase to 5000 or 5100 TPD should be possible. That would put 4th quarter at approx. 65000 ounces of palladium X 855.00/ounce which they say are hedged = 55,575,000.
Which is 70% of approx. 80,000,000.
10% platinum
10% gold
5% nickel
5% copper
Should be a great quarter.
I asked John Vincic if the 41986 ounces reported for the month of October/November was palladium only. If this is the case the early report in January should show some great numbers.
Hi Shannon
Yes, this is just palladium.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.

John

Hi Shannon
Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. The information you are looking for is on page 10 of the MD&A. Palladium accounts for about 70% of the company’s revenue. In general terms, platinum and gold typically account for about 10% each of company revenues and nickel and copper each account for about 5% of revenues.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thanks.
John

Yes went back and seen what you are talking about thanks for correction. I emailed John Vincic asking if the 41986 ounces produced for October/November were strictly palladium.
Thanks
I can'tremember who posted some numbers of extra revenues of 27mil but those are the numbers I came up with as well. So, if this is the case being 18.8 mil in the red last quarter this extra 27mil which they are currently on pace for should be adequate enough to pull NAP into the black for this quarter.
I will be looking to add to my position.
GLTA
"Underground production from LDI continues to ramp-up with daily mining rates for October averaging 3,736 tonnes, November 4,216 tonnes and to December 9, 2014 4,765 tonnes. During this time period, the Company has surpassed daily production rates of 5,000 tonnes per day on numerous occasions."
"The Company expects to provide its next operational update in early January 2015 when it provides its operating guidance for 2015 and preliminary full year production results for 2014"
Excellent news this puts them on pace for another 23000 to 25000 ounces this month alone. so a potential 65000 ounce quarter.
With numbers like that NAP well on their way to being profitable.
Looking forward to seeing final numbers in early January and 2015 forcast.
GL everybody.
Faith has nothing to do with why I am here. Warren Buffet look for the diamond in the ruff. Look for a company that has a product (whose their competitor so far nobody)and a company that has the capability to take it to commercialization.
We are all in this stock because it is dirt cheap and has high probability of commercialization. Cheap enough that you can buy enough shares and if you lose big deal. BUT !! When going for long shots do your DD. They have patents locked up have the science PNAS the list goes on.
So you don't need much faith on this one, looking for a penny stock that can go to the moon. KBLB no brainer.
GL
I have not examined all the drill locations, I was interested in LOM and how easy access will be, and g/ton. I am fairly pleased with what I saw from my initial scan of info. I am more interested in Q3 results to see if tons/day has increased significantly if it has things will be fine. Palladium is projected to have pretty stable price average next couple of years. So lets see if tons/day has actually ramped up?
I agree WWW. There is no logical reason for this stock to be behaving the way it is (other than questionable practices). Cash flow positive currently, with prophet forecast in 4th quarter. If they can show prophet for a period of time they will get much better terms on financing their debt.
Palladium is on its way up nobody can stop that.
With 3100 tpd to a maximum of 8000 tpd forcasts for 5000 tpd by end of 4th quarter.
This stock is as close as you get to a no brainer as you will ever get.
I am in it with over 100000 shares, once the bullshit clears witch it will, we will be in for a long substantial run.

The South African Miners are supposed to be having their march in protest in Petoria today.

http://www.resourceinvestor.com/2014/03/06/mining-strike-talks-fail-in-south-africa-as-pay-im
With all this going on in combination with the fact that thier was supposed to be a shortage in supply this year already.
Palladium up to $783 an ounce before markets open. This stock will be pulled up for the ride no doubt in MHO.
Production quatities up and progressing well.
Production efficiency going from 80% to this last run up to 84% extraction with plans to get it to as high as 88% efficiency.
With these numbers NAP should be up to 180,000 to 200,000 ounces by year end compared to the 136,000 or so they had 2013.
With the price of palladium forcast to be in the 800 to 1000 dollar range for the year, all adds up to huge profits. It is already in range for 800 which I am sure is partly due to the loss of production in South Africa.
One of the big three Mines over in South Africa (can't remember which one) have stated they can only supply foreign customers until end of March and domestic until end of April.
Good Luck everybody enjoy the ride.
Maybe I don't understand but do the purchasers of the debentures not have to purchase the common shares at a coversion rate of 1575 common shares per 1000 dollars. That works out to 63 cents/share which in my book increases share price substantialy from where its at now. The next tranche is supposed to be around 74 cents coversion rate.
Mining strike negotiations break down, 1 hour ago.

Yep I predict .001 by Friday afternoon if no financials. NOBODY will want anything to do with this stock. I just may join the group and drive this stock off the cliff. Thanks CEO and company.
JMHO
I think this stock is about to be re-evaluated, if numbers are mostly correct which I can't remember off the top of my head, if they are currently at 55 cents than that would give them a valuation of approx 2.5 to 3 million dollars. Too hold that evaluation without financials good luck. JMHO
If MDHI does not release financials within next few days, this stock price will tank to under a penny in a very short period. In which case there will be no recovery for MDHI no matter how good their product is.
I don't know so could somebody help me out. When a company does a reverse split I am assuming that also affects the authourized shares is that correct?
Does the SEC limit a company as to the size of a reverse split?
Thanks for your help.
GLTA I think we are going to need it.
I am counting on the price of Palladium to continue to rise. Cars have not stopped being made yet and we know the demand outstrips the supply. That will be in our favour, as the price of palladium goes up so will the profit margin. Looks like the price has stabalized as around $700.00, hopefully it will start rising again.
Production is increasing and will be continually, as those reports keep coming out S/P should increase. Their cash flow will help out tremendously.
I don't know why they even mentioned further exploration and mine expansion at this point, I think that was a mistake, anything can change between now ant when they actually start. If they annouce in the future that furter exploration will be put on hold, and they will concentrate on current production and drill locations that would also be good.
I think when the financials come out soon it will show a very good last quarter, having that kind of cash flow can only be a good thing.
All only my opinion, good luck everybody.
I see the price of palladium is up 9.00 today so far. I am in for the long term but wish I would have sold my 100,000 shares at the high, could have bought back in. I got in a .50 so I am still good. PAL has been on my radar for a long time now. I will continue to hold. Will see how Tranche #1 goes on Jan 23rd.
I have enjoyed the ride. I bought at .50 just before Christmas. I have been watching price of palladium and related news and progress of NAP. I was lucky to have 56k to invest and I put it all in. I wish I had the nerve to sell when it reached its high, next time I will try to sell 50% and buy back, I have heard of enough traders using this strategy to build up stocks over time wlth the same company. Oh well still up significantly, hope for a rebound today so we can settle down to a new higher bottom.
I expect NAP to be worth dollars 2 to 8 over the next 2 to 3 years. Hopefully they can find some better financing because 19% sucks no matter what way you look at it. I think a better finacial deal will also help PPS. GLTA
Zach's was saying PAL was over sold and I agree. Combine that with the recent drilling results and a correction was in order. I was exstatic to get in at 50 cents although it did drop down to 40 breifly shortly after I purchased my shares. All the fundamentals are in line for a steady climb. I am up 20k already nice christmas present. I am still looking for a PR from the CEO updating us on the plant and mine status with forcast of production numbers.
Hopefully we have found a new bottom for now. I will be in this stock for the long term.
GLTA
I am invested through TSX I was actually down 2 cents Friday. I expect PAL to be around 2 or 3 dollars 1 year from now. Everything is lined up nicely for a slow progressive climb to my target. Thier financing has me a little concerned but with them back to full production and ramping up slowly with profit margins growing because of Price of Palladium combined with more efficent production methods I think there is a very good upside for short and long term. With the kind of cash flow they have currently it will only get better (hence better financial terms down the road, 19% ouch). I am in for long term at 110,000 shares @ .50.
