CEDA.OB: It looks overbought, but I think it's still undervalued at 0.80 (forward P/E is only 10), given the nice growth, solid balance sheet, hot China online education concept, and especially, the slizzling China stock market.
LFC: It's going to IPO in China very soon. And the price is set at a P/E=90. Ridiculous, IMO. Blood sucking monster.
Thank you, Nelson. This $33,335/month payment will eat their tiny profit.
Nelson, what's the source of your words? "As I recall, the 20% minority shareholders (pharmacists) are scheduled to be paid $4,000,000," I couldn't find it anywhere in their 10Q. Thanks.
KSW: Q4 revenue estimation.
In their Q3 report, they mentioned "at the end of the third quarter was approximately $104,000,000." After that, they have announced two major contract wins. These contracts are valued at 13.4M and 11.9M. And on Dec 12th, their backlog is 110M. So the value of projects completed from Sep 30th to Dec 12th should be: 104+13.4+11.9-110=19.3M.
This number doesn't take into account the small contracts they may have received during this period. Also, we still have 18 days left in Q4, which could add approximately 4.825M to Q4 revenue.
So Q4 revenue should >= 24M, IMO.
KSW: wow, that's pretty impressive. Record backlog again.
Re:CHID.OB, About Guoxi Zhang. He was ranked #375 on the latest list.

CKGT.OB: Probably some retailer investors in China are cashing out.

Thanks, Wade. Yes, the market has been weak for months. I do hope we can get a little rally in August before the market resumes its downtrend.
As for HSOA, I think it should hit $8 first, then it might go up to 10 slowly or just consolidate there. If what they said in the guidance are ture, we should expect a great second half. This speculation could hold the share prices well. Personally, I think it's impossible for them to achieve 160M revenue in 2006.
HSOA might get some relief rally, after today's ER.
Wade, I also feel comfortable to buy and hold GACF.OB at this level.
I think its fair value is $6.5 to $9, depending on the market sentiment. Of course, it could pull back after this quick 30% pop. I think it's bullish in the mid-term.
LOL, KIK, see you at $6, if not $8.
BITS: Really nice ER. Thanks Jaybird for recommending it on this board.
I think GACF.OB is a good buy at $1.1x... I will hold through its ER.
trade UFPT for GACF.OB, please.
freeze it,please. Thanks.
sell NGA, please.
KSW: back to $4. Just bought some, will add if it goes lower.
GACF.OB: A good buying chance? I just bought some at 1.20.
MPET: Interesting ER. Looks like a turn-around to me. Operating income improved to 2M, and net income reached 700K.
What a luck!
I was very busy with my thesis defense during the last week, and could not reply all those congrats from you guys.
Now it's done, and I would like to thank you all for the congrats.
I realize that I will have plenty of time to do some research on stocks for PSL3. I really like that!
At the biginning of PSL2, I wasn't able to find 6 picks for the contests. So I asked Lentinman whether I can leave some spots empty, but the answer was "No." So I added two stocks that I didn't like very much to my list. Those two--"CHCI" and "EFJI" turned out to have bad performance in the past three months.
It's good to see that GV and KSWW.OB, which I thought undervalued a while ago, have been doing quite well recently. My biggest position is KSWW.OB, so I hope this baby can make me some serious money in the near future.
Let's move on, and hopefully I can find some nice picks for PSL3.
I am with you, I have a small position averaged at $44.:)
Please read my post earlier:

Thanks for the info, bigpike. I have no idea on that either.
KSWW.OB: That's great.
AMEX listing next week.
Annual meeting on May 8th?
ER probably before May 15th.
Quite some events in a row.
I'm serious.

I used to be a good momentum player, and knew what pump-and-dump is. Actually, if I want, I can easily take advantage of Lion's pump-and-dump, and make some quick money from his followers. I just don't have time to do daytrade any more, and that's why I went for mid-term investing.
It was me who originally digged out the connections between ELSE and Ethanol producers, but obviously I didn't have the power of pumping as what Lionmaster has.
KSWW.OB: ugly chart today.
I think this time it will break out, it's just a matter of time. From KSWW.OB's history, we know it moves up quite slowly, which is healthy IMO. I recall when the blowout ER came out last August, the huge volume didn't push it higher. Instead, it was consolidating around $2 for quite a while.
Thanks, Digi. Good luck with GENX.OB.
KSWW.OB: should break out the 4.25 resistance, today or tomorrow.
KSWW.OB: I really like the actions in the last a couple of days. I was never a patient share holder before. Many times, I did not earn what I should have earned if I could hold a little longer. I guess that's because I used to be a trader, and never wanted to hold a position when its chart looked bad or the broad market turned to a downtrend. I hope I could make some difference here this time with KSWW.OB. I decide to hold it for another 6 months, and I will unload only when it's fully valued or there is any change in its fundamentals.
DTLK: I guess I just need more confidence on myself.lol.
Thanks,abh3vt, for your clarification.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm new to IGII.OB, and I was just attracted by the nice numbers for Q4 2005.
IGII.OB: nice earning report. Cheap software company here with $0.05 EPS. Book value now increased to $0.26/share.
Thanks, wadegarret. Their profit margin is related to the labor cost and the price of steel piping products. I think they can control labor cost well. But for the steel piping products, their current contract expires soon, and I don't know if they can get a good deal on the next contract, considering the recent rising steel prices(right??).
A question for KSWW.OB:
The Lawsuit had been tried for 47 days and further trial proceedings were pending. Pursuant to the Stipulation of Settlement, all claims and counterclaims will be discontinued and the Company will receive cash payments totaling $2,900,000, with $1,200,000 payable on or before December 15, 2005, and $850,000 payable on or before March 31, 2006, and $850,000 payable on or before September 30, 2006. The Company will recognize a gain of approximately $888,000 as a result of the Settlement.
How much did the company receive in last quarter? 1.2M or the total 2.9M?
The company should record that $850K as a revenue in this quarter, as I understand.
Someone was pumping TSTA.OB saying they're related to ethanol industry.Well, not very much, as I see it. That explains the volume.
