Well according to OTC Markets, their last report was 3/30/14 so lets hope they are just a couple of weeks away from getting back on track.
I actually got a reply from Steve in under 24 hours regarding the home ozone system. He had a few questions for me that i answered for him so hopefully I hear back with a way to purchase the home product. It is something I've talked to the wife about and it is something we are interested in getting. If it is out on the market and not crazy expensive I plan on purchasing it.
He is listed as the contact for the residential system. I emailed him asking for pricing and where it is available. It will be interesting to see if I get a response from him or a response to the email I sent to investor relations.
The end of this month also should be the end of the quarter for them so hopefully now that things seem to be coming back to life we shouldn't be too far away from them publishing up to date financials.
Crossing my fingers and hoping the ride is finally about to start.
Unfortunately for us, it is WAY to easy to manipulate prices when we are this low and there is no news. Someone with a few grand and some balls could sent the price up in a hurry as well though.
It sounds to me like Airtrona could be doing business as Envron ozone or they never in fact did direct sales and installations. I notice that one of their references is Starwood. That is the hotel that Airtrona was previously listing in their updates for doing installs in. Perhaps it was always Envron doing the installs and not Airtrona directly.
Personally I believe that once the lawsuit is over if management gets up to date with financials we will break .001 in no time at all. If it is accompanied with any type of legitimate news or updates it will probably go well past that.
What does anyone think about the possibility that one or both of the parties involved in the lawsuit are the ones helping to keep the price down? If the plaintiff is pushing to get a monetary value of stock as payment then they would have interest in keeping it low and if the defendant is trying to show that they don't have any equity then they would have reason to keep it low as well.
All of us who have been here for the long run know all too well that with updated financials and really no news at all it was regularly over.001. With any type of real news at all it would fly well past that with no problem at all.
Couple updated financials, news, and a promotions company and we could easily be sitting in penny land especially if that news contained information about a major retailer stocking their household item.
Is it just me or does anyone else think that purposely keeping the price down at this point is nothing more than just being an a-hole. I could see doing it if it meant they were able to pick up shares at the price they wanted but since that doesn't seem to be happening...
All I can say is I hope they were advised to keep quiet while the court case was ongoing and we will see fresh financials and some news in a couple of weeks when the case is settled.
Interesting how Steve's profile is promoting the home laundry system. It would be nice if the company did more to promote it and the general public knew about it. I still keep waiting to see it on the shelves so that I can get it for my home.
Just promoting that one aspect of their company would make a big move in the PPS and they still have the car cleaning and the industrial installs on top of that.
I know it doesn't mean a ton but it's nice to see the ask higher than the 52 week high after hours.
I think we have a very good shot of things starting to move no matter what the conclusion of the court case is. If they win then hopefully they will go back to posting current financials and posting updates as to what is going on. If they loose on the other hand, they could find themselves in need of some extra cash. That could lead to an influx of promotions in an attempt to raise the prices in order to dump as few shares as possible to pay of any debt incurred from the court case.
Either way we are drawing nearer to the conclusion and hopefully all of our patience is about to pay off.
I really wish whoever is intentionally trying to keep the price down would stop it already. Dropping a few shares at the last minute just so the price doesn't close up is BS.
At these prices we need a lot more volume than that. I did what I could but only had enough spare change to buy a few million to add to what I already have.
That isn't true at all. A big part of their business is industrial laundry systems using ozone. The are also supposed to have a home system for using ozone to do your laundry as well. I close on my new house next month and plan on looking into the home model.
Perhaps the news we are waiting for after the court case is settled is a buyout?
Based on past history it will. This stock is good for a few runs a year it would seem. If we get news and/or a promo will most likely run several times higher than current prices (certainly can't say it will for 100% in pennyland). This stock seems to have everyone on edge and someone dumping a few grand on ask is quite often all it seems to takes to start a small run.
We may have to wait till the court case is settled but when they do start posting financials and news again this will certainly take off. There are far too many people waiting and watching. The only problem with that strategy is that as soon as news does come out it will instantly triple in price from where it is.
To not only say it but actually follow through and do it would cause their stock to jump to prices not seen in well over a year. A surge of press releases and pumps could potentially push this stock to the penny plus range.
If they were to actually break silence and start publishing financials properly along with press releases a lot of people would stand to make the kind of money that the sub penny players dream of.
Those of us that have been here for years know that at these prices all it takes is someone with an itchy finger to make the price jump 300% from where it is. Any news and this stock should be good for a minimum of 500% in a day(if you can actually pick up any shares at the current bid). At this point a lot of people are just waiting and watching. When something does happen it will happen fast.
Technically that is true. The owners do though.
I still don't see it as really being that big of news. I would like to see them publish their financials properly so everyone can see they are actually a profitable company trading at this price but doing a single install isn't big news. Once they get a contract to do 10+ installs then it will be big new because we will be talking in the half million dollar + range. Now if they get a contract to install 100+ or if Starwood likes they so much they decide to retrofit all their hotels then that would be HUGE news.
There are two different ways of looking at these sub pennies. One way to look at it is that at this level for every .0001 the stock goes up you make 10%+ on your investment. The other way to look at it is that for every person sitting on $10,000.00 worth of stock right now they will be holding over $1,000,000.00 worth of stock if it hits $.10.
Personally I like to look at this stock as the later.
Where's the "like" button. LOL
And until they manage to come out with a real PR you'll be able to keep doing it. They haven't even managed to properly list their financials in a while.
At least some of the people are trying to talk it down so they can accumulate at lower prices to flip. Do that a few times and you end up with a pretty good base.
I wouldn't mind being able to pick up more at that price again but I don't think I'll be able to.
Go find another board to tout your crap.
Same here Tempy. I haven't been very talkative but I've been here for over a year as well. I've managed to average down and build my quantity so that I can still go a little lower and stay green though. At this point my greed has me torn. Part of me wants to see it run right now to watch it grow but the other part of me is saying just a little longer since I get my company bonus in a little over a month.
I have to agree that it's very frustrating to not see this go where many of us think it should be going strictly due to lack of pr. In my opinion though, most of the information that is out there isn't exactly huge news. It has HUGE potential but hasn't been huge news yet. Hopefully once they have something big like taking their home product to market or an installation contract for 10+ of the commercial units then they will do a pr.
I think that with all the hype of the new installs of the large washing systems people either don't know or have forgotten about the other aspects of the company. The core of the business is still the auto industry and their franchises which they are continuing to try and grow. That has been what has been keeping the lights on and paying the bills.
They also have their home product that they haven't even begun to market at all. Once they start to market that and get it into some major retailers it could be a whole new ball game. All the builders are touting all the high efficiency products they are installing into new homes so it would only make sense that with it being such a low cost that it could easily be one of the things builders start to install from the start.
The commercial systems they are installing are great but one of the things I feel many people are missing about those is the fact that products like that typically have maintenance contracts on them (recurring revenue).
Now if you take all the aspects of the company and look at where they can be down the road what do you see? Do you see the possibility of them having a hundred or more franchises all generating revenue for them? Do you see the potential for millions of home units being sold? How much income could be being generated ones a hundred or even a thousand of the commercial units are installed and are generating annual revenue due to the maintenance contracts? If you see any or all of those things happening, do you still see this as a company that is trading for under .01? Personally I don't.
Now if you want to take it even a step further, what happens when the process becomes popular and the EPA realizes the benefits of running a system like these in your home or business?
It could always be possible that with new money coming in they want to keep it low so they can enhance their own position in the company.
A lot could happen at once. Positive end of year financials followed by some news and a positive first quarter could make this jump fast. Everyone seem tentative right now so the first sign of good news could get the ball rolling.
I agree. There are a lot of people with their eyes on this stock waiting for something to happen. My fear is that the company will continue to not promote anything. If the financials come out and they are decent and they promote some of what is actually going on with the company the stock will take off. If they don't promote anything and just continue with business as usual I don't think we are going anywhere fast.
Hopefully we close at least at .001 and not down 2 points.
Financials are out but haven't been published yet. Hopefully they will be tomorrow and everyone will get the alerts. Couple that with what sounds like more news still to come and we are sitting good. If I had more I'd invest more.
Yea, I just broke down and picked up a bunch more at .0009. Don't feel I'm going to loose at that price.
I just sold off another stock to do some Christmas shopping but if someone wants to fill my order at .0008 I don't mind waiting another week to have more money for shopping. Besides, once the rest of the news comes out I can take some profit from here and not have to sell off my initial holdings.
