Not that I support Murphy’s outlook, he is right and displaying facts.
A falling subscriber base is not a good thing. Anyone can tell you that. Even if profits are up there is only so much you can milk that cow.
I suspect it’s because rural America was hit harder with Covid than others. Should these area’s economies turn around I would suspect some may come back. People can only afford so much with a year of this craziness.
It’s not on the walls
They actually have recurring revenue. The company isn’t going to go away. Companies do this all the time. It’s a challenge they have to address. I hope they can execute on their plans. It’s a tall order as I said
I think a better way to put it is for them to stop over promising. It puts them in a bad position. Or maybe a good one for all those shares they are doling out.
Where did it say it was pushed to summer by the way ?
All that sounds great. But it’s a tall order. Hope they can pull it off. They will need lots of investment and / or financing to get half that done. I am hoping the Covid offerings can spring board this.
Would love to know the numbers on when a lab is net positive with salaries and leasing expenses etc.
I agree (fingers crossed).
It is OTC. What sort of expectations did you have ?
This past quarter will show of this is gaining any traction.
And I agree. There wasn’t that much good news in there other than less negative. It’ll be interesting to see how they get more funding
I agree. But we’re still waiting.
It’s been really quiet.
I’m hoping they are not sending out anymore fluff PRs to reduce these crazy swings. I hope there is mention of more quiklabs. I / we can only hope
Still waiting on annual. That’s due today. Correct ?
Which comes in May.
Keep in mind the annual is due now. This past quarter (jan-mar) is due mid May.
I don’t expect too much from end of last year. It’s this first quarter of this year that I am hoping to see some juicy stuff.
Yes please
Wondering what the share structure is and how that 2 billion dollar deal has transpired.
I worry about the wording that the deal closing will be at end of Q1. As someone pointed out, we are in Q4 now and when Pawson changed the announcement from mid February to end of Q1, did he mean fiscal or annual Q1 (end of March)? If they are playing on words and this doesn’t get announced soon, it is yet another tactic that looks bad.
Did you not see the article about sturgis and the outbreak ? As others have noted, people travel and do spread the disease.
https://khn.org/morning-breakout/sturgis-biker-rally-linked-to-260000-covid-cases/
The data shows what’s going on. I don’t doubt northerners come down to Florida but it doesn’t explain the numbers in other states with issues.
Vaccinations are up across all states. There have been botches to this in certain areas but again the facts are the facts.
A better way to possibly understand the numbers falling in the southern and mid western states (recently) is the density of populations, metro vs non metro areas, vaccinations distributions as well as weather dependent parts of the equations. There are quite a few criteria and probably way too much to do a back and forth message exchange. The northeast is dense. The northeast is colder. https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#pop-factors_14daynewcases
The data and my experiences still stands. People cared less. It may be you are in areas that care more. Kudos to you and your surrounding Area. One thing is clear. Testing and doing the right thing helps and works.

Not just a Covid play. Not sure why people keep saying this
https://docoh.com/company/1661039/TPTW
Perfect example of limiting the situation
It actually did cause an outbreak. People leave and travel. So thank you for bringing up an example that did show outbreaks.

It did cause an outbreak. Just like last years spring break caused the spread of Covid from Florida across the country. Tracked by cell phone data.
Nahhhh
Huh
The uptick isn’t where the occasion is happening. People travel.
Did you miss the incidents of last year ?
Dying from the Covid virus is not ok.
Simple steps such as mask wearing, keeping your distance, washing your hands and trusting in peer reviewed science could have reduced and eliminated a lot of the BS we are seeing.
Last time I checked we’re still in the middle of a pandemic.
And you highlighted with your post this morning why this thing will be perpetuated. People not wanting to do the right thing because it’s perceived to impede on their ‘freedoms’. Perfect example why this isn’t going away.
When is the annual due?
They agreed to a briefing. The defendant will answer on or before the end of April and the plaintiff will respond by mid May.
Tpt doesn’t need to pivot. They need to stay focused
Testing is not going away.
Was supposed to be December then moved to mid February.
https://vimeo.com/497324012
I am looking for the link that it was moved to end of Q1 not Q2
Last year the annual was dropped on April 14
Suspect this quarter will come out in may.
And people would absolutely pay a few bucks for this confirmation they can cruise. Just add it to the tickets.
Those who don’t want to are denied entry. That’s it. No shirt no shoes no service.
So it’s April 7th. Not a peep on results and the 2 Bil deal. I think they said this would be audited.
*cough*
Silence is deadly.
Fully agree
I don’t disagree with that.
Testing will be a necessity for the next few years to monitor outbreaks and variants.
Good luck to us
Huh?
Vaccination works, period. It’s the people who don’t follow easily proven methods to curtail the issue that is perpetuating problem.
Until then we’ll need testing.
Vaccination has an ‘effectiveness’
Also all this talk about clots, this is with AstraZeneca. Not available in the US. They have some shady data tactics.
https://www.wired.com/story/the-astrazeneca-covid-vaccine-data-isnt-up-to-snuff/
Yes
Let’s hear about that 2 billion dollar deal and get some audited results.
They also take 24 -36 hours for results or they still need to be sent into a lab (more time).
I care and I’m sitting on my hands waiting.
Almost every small medical and dental office I’ve been to over the past year has purchased a medifyair cleaner. Why? It’s just a decent hepa filter. However the point is people will buy stuff to enhance their sense of cleanliness. I personally own a few ozone generator air cleaners and use them in the basement and when I’m not home. Not for everyone. Opti has something along the lines. It has been proven to kill bacteria viruses and mold (basement is the best use) and can also be used off hours to get everywhere (outside of line of sight). The larger hospitals already have UV lamps embedded in their air filtration systems (along with other buildings )
Again the point is people and facilities will pay for appearances and ability to reduce germs and viruses. Nothing is really 100% but a combination of these things are good solutions to reduce the spread of germs (including Covid).
Disinfection is not just a Covid thing.
You know how much is spent in doctors offices and hospitals. It’s an important aspect of their operations.
Oh lord. No wonder why this earth is in such bad shape.
https://www.thenewhumanitarian.org/news/2020/04/15/id-2020-coronavirus-vaccine-misinformation
Got it. Seems similar to a ‘clean shell’
What’s spac?
While I welcome the opportunities, I would agree this is a little fluffy. Guess we’ll know more in 45 days but a term sheet is just a term sheet.
Most important right now is today is March 31 and we are supposed to hear about the 2 billion $ deal. It was kicked twice down the road to this day. Soooooooo let’s see if it gets kicked again. If so, it doesn’t look good since it was a ‘done deal’. IMO
GLTA
What happened at end of day with ~50 million traded ?
