I suppose the hemi is BS since it increases efficiency of combustion
https://www.wermopar.com/blog/what-hemi-engine#.YKUnDyX3bDs
Or increase compression ratios is BS as it increases efficiencies of combustion as well
https://www.imedpub.com/articles/influence-of-compression-ratio-on-the-performance-characteristics-of-a-sparkignition-engine.pdf
Again. Not saying Opti has the magic device but there are methods for increasing combustion to reduce emission and increase HP which increase mpg.
Um. Your video in the first portion talks about percentage. That is the overall percentage coming out of the tail pipe. Not the combustion chamber. The catalytic converter works wonders in reducing overall hydrocarbons whether your engine is running good or like sh8t. So if you burn more fuel in the engine, you effectively get more horsepower and more fuel efficient running engine. Consider the move from the carburetor to the fuel injector. Then the fuel injector to the direct injection. Each one had a significant increase in fuel economy and fuel consumption along with lower emissions.
Those were not BS.
It has been shown that ozone induction promotes a timing change on spark. By changing the timing of the ignition / spark plug, you can change all sorts of things like emissions and horsepower.
“Results showed that earlier injection timings improved the promoting effect of ozone on gasoline autoignition mainly because of the extension of the fuel-ozone residence time. Moreover, results showed how the nitrogen monoxide (NO) contained in the residual burn gases can react with O 3 molecules before they can decompose releasing the O responsible for the autoignition enhancement. In the second part of the work, results showed that seeding the intake of the engine with of 383 ppm of ozone, allowed to improve the gasoline reactivity and to reduce the intake temperature from 130°C to 40°C at a constant IMEP of 3 bar. Analysis showed that while ozone is employed to reduce the intake temperature, combustion initiated and developed at lower temperature with advantages in term of NOx emissions. Also unburned hydrocarbon HC emission reduced, while CO emission increased. In order to take advantage of the effect of ozone, the injection strategy had to be adapted: a first injection during the intake stroke was necessary to get the promoting effect of ozone while a second injection during compression stroke was employed to induce the fuel stratification necessary for controlling the combustion phasing and to avoid excessive heat release rate.”
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/315698190_Potential_of_Ozone_to_Enable_Low_Load_Operations_of_a_Gasoline_Compression_Ignition_GCI_Engine
So if this device can generate ozone at the intake, it is possible. Buuuuut I have no idea what this device looks like. And I too would love to see the clarification in their PR that states and proves the increases in Hp and decreases in emissions they claim.
Again. I’m not saying their device does this, I’m saying the technology is there and methods have shown positive results.
Those other items stated in the video are different than this method.
Of course the big thing that can be done is going all electric. Solves most of the problems.
That is pretty funny but they have nothing to do with the type or method the supposed dual maximizer is claiming.
Fuel maximizer generates ozone at the intake which has shown increase in dual economy and decrease in emissions.
I’m not saying fuel maximizer is some god sent. But hey, there are tons of scams out there that sell. Your typical fuel system cleaner and injector cleaners are total bogus but they sell like hot cakes all over the auto shops.
https://www.greencarcongress.com/2013/08/20130828-hcci.html
I know I know. I am being facetious.
You know what though? You know what else is a scam? Fuel injector cleaner. Homeopathic medicine, pyramid schemes.... and yet they make money.
Being more on the serious side, fuel injector cleaner doesn’t do squat as most fuels already have the additives to make some sort of cleaning benefit. But if this sells, so be it.
I’m not delusional though.
“The Fuel Maximizer products have a proven history of fuel savings, along with a noticeable decrease in emissions and increased engine performance for both gasoline and diesel Internal Combustion Engines.”
I’d love to see some information on this but can’t find it.
Weshield
It’s like there’s no incentive to actually make the company profitable ... they get paid either way. And handsomely.
That additional unrestricted 160 mil to Rosen was a kicker on top of all the other shares doled out. Gotta print new ones for all the other hands in the pot.
Looks like there is some setting up to time a RS with any news about the 2 bill order being competed (who knows when but the AS will be really up there and we’ll find out how many more stock will be issued ). IMO
I care
45 days
Yep.... guaranteed.
I asked the same thing and also provided a link...
https://services.aap.org/en/pages/2019-novel-coronavirus-covid-19-infections/children-and-covid-19-state-level-data-report/
Your quote :”Somebody Prove to me anywhere children 12 and under have Covid more than 1%.”
That link reports cases in children in the reported numbers as 14-24% of the cases. You didn’t say severe. Children since they are not vaccinated will make up more of the cases.
I agree and I am not discounting that kids could be left behind. I saw it in one of my children. We chose to put them into a pod. Not saying everyone has the means to do that. BUT, this is on the community and school management to own up and pony up extra funds to address the issue. I spent ... again ... countless hours on school board meetings, town budget meetings as did others. It was like pulling teeth to spend money on our children in order to make sure they make up for lost time. But we can spend easy money on a road or a traffic circle. I get what your saying but it is the responsibility of the parents to get involved and stop complaining what ‘others’ are doing or not doing. Make yourself heard and get people who have and can make good plans for this. It’s not just about complaining school is closed, children will be left behind... then blame others. You or the parents have to get involved and find alternatives and adapt. It’s a typical scenario. It’s easy to blame others for outcomes rather than playing and being part of a new solution. And just putting them back into school does not address the issues at hand. I get it and I too realize the implications of constantly shutting down.
Testing prior to going to school. I’m school testing. Social distancing. Mask wearing. Outdoor additional space. Hiring teachers (and paying them correctly), training them and understanding what is needed for the children because of this also helps. There isn’t just one answer. But actually getting parents to participate and voice concerns is part of the responsibility.
I and my partner are both working parents high up with responsibilities. Last spring sucked donkey Kong. It took a lot of work and extra effort to see the turn around. It also pains me to see how this was ‘just the flu’ and people complaining and discontinue the severity that ties all of this in to where we are and now what we have to do to move forward. IMO.
Good luck.
I’m hoping Opti can pull some of this stuff off.
https://services.aap.org/en/pages/2019-novel-coronavirus-covid-19-infections/children-and-covid-19-state-level-data-report/
First off. I like what you did there. But let’s be real and let’s be clear. While children ‘rate a’ are low, children are more prone to not show symptoms or signs.
It’s not about them ‘getting or having the symptoms and complications’ it’s about how it is spread and how fast it spreads. And then speaks to others that are more vulnerable.
I’m not saying kids shouldn’t go to school not am I saying I am for or against schoop closures. I am saying it is something that needs to be addressed even though one might think it’s frivolous or have secondary effects.
I can’t tell you how many times before Covid my kids went into day care and the parents that didn’t give a shhh or were like ‘it’s ok if I send my kids in with a cold’ sent their kids in hiding they were sick and then it spread to our home. I can’t tell you how much time from work I lost or the other BS that goes along with not just my family but others that also contracted the irresponsible parents that sent their kids in. But I can say this, there is irresponsibility out there. It may not be prevalent but the few effect the many. And this case being overly cautious to prevent outbreaks and mutations help prevent future shut downs that everyone complains about.
Probably went off on a tangent but there is more to it than just complaining that a school closed to be cautious. IMO
Of course they are. They are probably going to make a killing... not bad for a years worth of work
https://weshield.us/about-us/
Wonder how much debt we’re in for this purchase
What do you think for the year?
35 million ish? Let’s say 35 mil
35mil/2bill shares is just under 2 cents a share. Any forward multipliers would be say 2-3 ? So it’s about right where it is. If next year this sits at 200 million in revs maybe we see 10-15 cents. But I bet the share structure will be worse then sooooo
IMO
That issue on March 3 is something else. That isn’t just a little chump change.
So the claim that they loan was not going to hit for a year is BS when they issue a whole bunch outside of the loan unrestricted. 160mil at that price in March. Ooooopph
And hopefully Nevada
Greek deal.... who the heck knows.
Patent. They have until early July to get a full on patent. If if it’s issued, will it make them money? Probably not.
$2 billion deal... apparently only 25% complete and funds cannot be realized until it’s fully executed
Stock buy back? Dependent on competing $2 billion deal (fully executed).
We shield? Supposed to close 45 days from March 31. Hmmmm
I chuckle. There may not be much left of the can. But this is OTC. Go big or go home.
Their annual comes up in July. I believe They stated it would be audited. Drrrrrrr
Where are all those specialty people? They most likely got paid with shares which were all sold. It was marketing. Chalk it up to that 800k number in the quarterly.
I’d like to bring up Opti going to 40 cents a couple months ago. The entire otc was waaaay over inflated. So no one should judge that this dropped from a way over inflated price that had nothing to do with Opti’s activities.
Anyway. I def see this as being as speculative as can be and with Rogers past it does seem very far fetched. OTC
All IMO.
I wonder if it’s going to cost Opti 400 million shares to purchase weshield
That is pretty funny.
I’ll agree with you there.
Something smells fishy
Yet another shady bull shhhh event.
This really does play like a reality show.
Where is this ‘barely’ coming from ? Testing is down but not over.
https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/full-list-covid-19-tests-per-day?time=2021-03-29..latest&country=IND~IDN~ZAF~KOR~GBR~USA
Also can’t seem to find out what the real share structure is.
I mean hey... 400 million shares were / were not there.
I question what other ‘anomalies’ are going to be uncovered. But maybe this is an ‘audit’?
I took a look at the weshield site. Seems strangely template.
This. This exactly.
Ah I’m behind the times. I see that now. What I meant to say is a term sheet is non binding. It seems to be more play on words as term sheets is not the actual purchasing of the company.
I don’t think it’ll happen in 45 days from past experience here. Key things are non binding and the word ‘expected’. Opti was expecting to close the 2 bill deal at end of 2020.
And I have a suspicion the current share holders will be hosed with some sort of RS or share structure update to get the terms right. I hope hope hope hope I’m wrong.
IMO
It was just an LOI
https://www.corpinvest.com/letter-of-intent-loi-m-and-a/
I bet the can is locked again
This guy is a hoot. Talk about snake oil
https://healthfeedback.org/claimreview/not-all-coronaviruses-are-seasonal-contrary-to-pathologist-ryan-coles-claim-covid-19-vaccines-are-effective-at-preventing-illness/
However. There are studies that have correlation of vitamin d to the respiratory sicknesses. Not just Covid.
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/vitamin-d-coronavirus#effect-on-immune-health
I will say I made a lot of money here. And will continue to make money. That’s what capitalism is all about. Free markets. If it’s snake oil and people can make money so be it. If it’s not snake oil and people can make money... so be it.
Good luck to you
By definition it is a true vaccine. mRNA wasn’t conjured up overnight.
https://covid-101.org/science/are-mrna-vaccines-true-vaccines/
I’m sure all this talk was had when vaccine use first started out. And look at the positives that have come from it ...
As stated before. It’s people’s choice. But it seems people don’t like the consequences of their choices sometimes. Thing is if it’s about choice then this can also be extrapolated to other areas .... of which I’m not going there.
Nuff of this.
Here’s to tpt showing us a good quarterly. Good luck and stay healthy all
Randy. With respect to the side effects... what are the data that shows the side effects worse than getting Covid and having bad outcomes from actually getting the virus?
I understand it’s about choice. But also choices have consequences. Whether you take the vaccine or not. If you choose to get the vaccine there may be consequences in taking it (like the long term unknowns). But not taking the vaccines also brings other consequences. We should accept those consequences. They may be something like no shoes no shirt no service by private businesses or govt entities. The consequence also may be elongated this pandemic and causing more closures and outbreaks later due to allowing things to mutate etc.
Thing is the data shows adverse reactions are extremely rare compared to adverse reactions to getting Covid
Vaccine side effects :
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/adverse-events.html
Covid side effects:
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/adverse-events.html
I just threw these quickly but there are a lot more reported long term issues with getting the virus.
I’m not trying to change anyone’s mind. Just pointing out the ying and yang
Randy. What ‘risk’ are you referring to ?
If there are audited fins and confirmation of the 2 billion deal other than the company saying ‘believe us” then this will fly. Until then there is a lot of skepticism especially when little bits of info are further interpreted as flimsy.
The numbers look impressive but are we sure they are real? I hope so. I am betting on it. (As some here are betting against). Still not happy with the broken promises and the shares structure though.
So we’ll see.
IMO.
One day. Just one day I’m hoping to open up the charts and see a pop!
Here’s to hoping for a good quarterly this month
Yep
And supposedly none of the 2 billion can be realized until it is completed. Maybe this is why he said closer to 200 mill for the year.
I’m not getting my hopes up but... maybe
Disappointing was them / Roger staying two or three times that they would complete most likely by December, then mid February then end of March... that’s really novice. And that pack of paper waved in front of the camera. Gosh. Really just amateurish.
I hope thing pick up and this order is competed by summer.
Hmm. I must have missed that. I know it was not yet fully realized but didn’t know it was only 25%.
Thanks.
Where did you get the 25% from ?
It’s not necessarily about kids getting sick.
It’s about spreading the virus to those who would get sick and possibly die.
Get your vaccines, wear masks and be vigilant.
