Nope. This doesn’t sum anything up.
Would be nice to hear from company on things….
Did the Back to Like concert happen? I’m looking for any info.
Sounds like conjecture.
Buuuuut I agree share price is heading to the toilet.
Serious?
Science decides this. Not some conspiracy sites.
People with degrees and extended knowledge of medicine and infectious diseases decide this.
A perfect example of how not to decide this is reading some of the comments that clearly show they don’t have knowledge of how things work and pretending they do.
Actually we do.
But conspiracy theory web sites and fake news is somehow a new norm to make people question true science.
Yeah. There were quite a few ‘what the…’ after watching that video.
Wow. Solar gen stolen? And also agree with your comment highlighting the deal was supposedly sourced / secured last year … not from the sounds of that video.
That was some brazen contradictions made there.
Source that more longs dumped? I’m not arguing about money tv.
Source ?
Yep.
Exactly.
And yet there is scientific proof that people ARE dying without the vaccine. But let’s focus on some conspiracy things I heard in the internet
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/
If I were him I wouldn’t post here. Especially after the welcoming committee that he found here.
Let’s say they bought $1 million worth at average of 1.7 cents. That’s about 58 million shares. I only see a volume of about 20 mil for that day. That wouldn’t be al them. So 5 mil at an average of 2 cents is ~250 million shares.
So if they bought. It would have been a small amount.
Ok. Sorry. I took your message wrong
Only thing I can think of is they have some thing up their sleeves ?
Also. 5 million (of which there isn’t any obligation) at .01-.03 is quite a few shares if they are purchasing in the open market. That would prop the pps nicely. But who knows.
Nevvver said it would be a $1 by Oct. could you show me where I said that or any part up listing this year?
I said 10-12 cents by end of year is a reasonable assumption IMO. That is my expectation with the diversity of what they have.
With Covid restrictions going away, I should hope Speed connect will be accelerating any roll out for rural internet and TV. Bog companies don’t want to put their stuff out there as they don’t make enough money on margins etc. I also hope Blue collar will be getting more productions. The fact that they have their hands on Ted Lasso gives some validity to their production.
Not sure about their telemedicine products. Who knows what’s happening there with Inovaqor but boy did tpt dodge a bullet working with rnv#.
https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19-emergency-use-authorizations-medical-devices/faqs-emergency-use-authorizations-euas-medical-devices-during-covid-19-pandemic
Q: What happens to authorized devices after the public health emergency is over?
A: The FDA may revise or revoke EUAs during a declared emergency for certain reasons, including if revising or revoking the EUA is appropriate to protect the public health or safety. More information on the duration of an EUA can be found in the FDA’s guidance, Emergency Use Authorization of Medical Products and Related Authorities, and in sections 564(f) and 564(g)(2) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). Sponsors of EUA products are encouraged to follow up the EUA issuance with a premarket submission so that their products can remain on the market once the EUA is no longer in effect.
Q: Will devices authorized under an EUA during this public health emergency need to go off the market? Will they need a 510(k)?
A: When an EUA for a device is no longer in effect, the device may no longer be legally marketed unless it has received marketing authorization from the FDA. Manufacturers are encouraged to pursue premarket submissions through the appropriate regulatory pathway (for example, 510(k), De Novo request, PMA) during the public health emergency so that devices authorized under an EUA can remain on the market after the EUA is no longer in effect
That’s a good sign. Let’s see what’s left in it after it goes through the process.
I’ll also disagree about $1 will not happen with RS
I think it could happen.
PPS value doesn’t make you right or wrong. We all have opinions.
My estimate… throwing it out there is 10-12 cents end of year. IMO.
I can agree with this. I personally don’t like Twitter as a news outlet for businesses etc. it causes too much confusion and misinterpretation.
But. This isn’t a nasdaq company. It is OTC and Twitter may serve it’s purpose without spending lots of money for PRs.
Just like weshield
I would say this is pretty abysmal. I think the 3 billion AS is on everyone’s mind and no one wants to buy something that they keep saying nasdaq with a 3 billion AS (2 billion in OS about) and several loans due (not to mention 300 million unrestricted to Rosen).
The only thing I can think of are big buyers waiting to see how the share structure is addressed. Cause ‘nasdaq’ requirements need a whole lot of PPS love and I only see a RS ‘as of now’ accomplishing that at the time frame their talking about. I hope I’m wrong and they have something up their sleeve.
IMO
They said year end audited financials. So even if you’ve been hearing it, the date was for year end not quarterly.
I disagree. I always viewed this as a longer term play. The Covid thing was and is what everyone is complaining about with its lack of propping up pps performance. It’s not just a Covid play which many on here hyped for a while. Their other divisions are poised but again they need to execute.
I do agree their marketing dept or whatever they are called is horrible. The attempts at getting celebrities and how they were promoted failed. It did get them Shaq bowl but I also agree nothing was really said about it.
I think they are in the pivoting stage of getting their other divisions back online and doing things after Covid lockdown. Rural 5G will be big since the big players don’t want to spend money in those areas. Let’s hope speed connect can execute.
I’m also still thinking testing will come back in the late fall with the eventual uptick. But by then there are other methods so not sure of quik lab will be the big winner there. CLIA mobile labs are an asset. But I think there is a pivot needed now that everything is loosening up on Covid which is what it was originally focused on.
We haven’t heard anything in Nevada or alameda. Assuming they are done or on hold.
So yeah. This has been a long term play for me with blue collar, clia labs and 5G. I’m not sure about the phone and view me live. That should have been going already… or at least progress towards it should have been announced.
It has been awfully quiet and this is why the pps is down.
Until there is a significant catalyst, this isn’t going anywhere. They need to differentiate from Covid and amplify their alternate rev streams and some progress there.
I still can’t understand this being this low. With speed connect itself, this should be higher. Maybe star link progress has something to do with it … who knows. Starlink is just data and has limitations
They decided to go the harder way dude.
And yes. There are still shortages. Lastly who knows who the end customers are. Perhaps they would not accept certain goods from certain places.
Don’t get me wrong. I still would like to know too. My message was to supper your reply. They went the hard way. And apparently Weshield is fulfilling order. Soooo.
Eeeexxactly. Instead, he buys a company that is beneficial with his. Perhaps it will assist in closing out the 2 billion deal since they seem to be selling their ppe and fulfilling like hot cakes.
Interesting. I just quoted the PR.
I assume since they are not public (or weren’t) that this was part of the acquisition requirements and would / should be made public when the details of deal come out?
Reply to Michael. See what he says
Who cares. He sold his company and wi make bank
Asking again, do you think Weshield is a scam?
“WeShield is an established New York based AI (Artificial Intelligence) Driven MedTech company in the PPE space with 2020 audited revenues in excess of $55M. The company is extremely well established in the Wholesale Medical sector supplying PPE safety products to: GAP, Caesars Entertainment, Hard Rock, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA) and more. “
Note the word ‘audited’.
Do you think weshield is a scam?
And variants of the virus happen all the time. It has nothing to do with the vaccine. I’m fact it’s quite the contrary. If the virus is allowed to transmit from host to host it has a higher chance of mutating. If you stop it earlier, less chance.
Let’s say person A has it. And transmits it to person B C and D. And they transmits to D E F G H I and J. And J it mutates. Not Js transits to KLMN And so on.
But if B C and D had the vaccine and stopped it in its tracks, J would never have happened. And less chance of mutation. This is simplistic but gets the point across.

Oh. My. Word.
SMH
Do you take any vitamin supplements ? Do you know what iron supplement does ? How about magnesium or zinc?
https://www.hackensackmeridianhealth.org/HealthU/2021/01/11/a-simple-breakdown-of-the-ingredients-in-the-covid-vaccines/
There are simple ingredients in the vaccine. There was a lot of work put into it for years and years (it didn’t come out of air)
I am sorry you think so suspiciously that there is some sort of conspiracy thing going on. But having a science background and talking with some of the worlds most dedicated and experienced infectious disease experts, I can tell you your theory that people are some how magnetic or going to have some third leg come out is completely wrong.
So please don’t try to school me or spread false information. Just because ingredients have precious metals or ingredients you correlate to some fictitious RF antenna design, doesn’t mean it’s right.
Good luck fearing the world and progress (non alien making)
So did many of the grays. (Popped on mysterious influx of money )
That has nothing to do with charts etc. I got rid of two or three grays that were dormant for years.
Take a look around.
And if you read my posts, I am talking ‘sustained’
Guess who has 300 million in unrestricted shares to dump
Optec is supposed to get 100 million in profit. Yea 2 billion deal is all there’s.
The 2 billion is or was part of a larger 200-300 billion deal. It was talked about in last conf call.
I can see 20 + cents. Yes.
I agree it’s oversold as well.
I think near term in next 3-4 months we’ll see 15 cents as bgrass is stating.
I’m all for 30 cents and it’s possible with a closed Quest deal.
Good luck.
This is OTC. My expectations are set. And main stream I use 7x but I’d say 2-3 x for OTC without audited fins.
Second Pawson already said the AS will be increased to 3 billion. It has to to cover the eventual conversion of P shares since OS was butting up against the existing 2 billion. There was also a lot of shenanigans with shares being canceled and then reissued and 400 million mysterious shares thay Pawson didn’t have. So that is where the original comment was made when you said ‘no’. The AS will increase to 3 billion (per Pawson).
https://optecintl.com/news/
That being said I hope it goes to 50. I have well over a million shares but the initial start of this convo I believe to be correct. The increase in AS scares people. Even with 100-200 mil in revs. I’ve always questioned the share structure and will continue to do so.
I will say Michael on here was untraditional but I think it’s a very good thing. In the month he’s been on here, he’s actually turned some of my concerns around And is believable and doesn’t come off as Pawson with several broken promises. I hope he can instill some more confidence in the company from others and with deals like Quest, that’s coming from Weshield (not Pawson), ‘he’ brings the confidence.
50 cents. Would love to see it. But there are still concerns on going and it can’t be denied.
I’ve always questioned the share structure of Opti. And will continue to.
Share buy back may help a little but with the AS so high it won’t effect SP as much.
They need to address the share structure. With or without 200 million in revs (which is commendable).
Did you see my comment ?
The 200 million rev included the 60 -100 million from weshield. This is not cherry picking. It’s basic fact finding. If we get say 100 million from quest then what? It’s not sustained growth when the 2 billion deal goes away.
The $2 billion deal isn’t even realized yet. But if it is , it’s another 100 million (200 million total). 100 mil + 100 mil. 200mil / 3bill x 2 is only 12 cents.
3 billion is AS will be consumed pretty quickly as we have a loan due coming up and this acquisition (1 year out). We don’t even know the deal details yet.
Please tell me how this is cherry picking. I said it will need to have sustained increase in revs. I wouldn’t give this a 5x multiplier. Maybe 2x because if this one time deal.
I’m not saying it’s impossible I’m saying it needs growth to sustain 10-20 cents.
3 billion shares (AS and yes the OS will be driven upwards to this) and 100-200 million is not nonsense.
The 2 billion deal is a one time occurrence (of which we don’t know if and when it will complete and be realized). There needs to be increasing and consistent revenue growth to warrant a sustained 10-20 cent SP.
Lol
That was funny
