It appears as if they are trying to get their finances in order and skyrocket. They still have debt, but what company don't. Their assets are higher than their liabilities, good news their. They got smart & done their split before the launch of a new product. They restricted some of their shares, creating more value to current shareholders. Their EPS are increasing.
I bought into this stock assuming it was going to hit $3.03, never $5.00. Now the current asking price is $14.31 with a 52 wk high of $19.40. ECTE has a second resistance at $6.42, so I believe there is still room to gain some more profits. I saw where one was asking $7.19 for 100 shares. I was going to sell for a quick profit, however I think I am going to hang out for a moment & see what happens. :)

I hope their sales don't flat line. They only have $6.8k in sales now. I was meaning that their sales should go up, increasing rev also when Martha Stewarts product hits the market in Fall this year. If anything, they need a new market team. There are not a lot of promotions about the products. It's as if they expect the products to sale themselves. They have great products, just not a lot of people are aware of them. They could have a goldmine in their sports supplements & in the general health supplements, as America is hitting a health supplement trend. Yet, the marketing & advertising is not there.

Where was this info released at? I have had stock in them for a couple of years now and haven't heard anything. I thought it was a dead stock.

My pocket don't like their rates though. Lol

So do I. I have about 4k shares, when the momentum was much better. Had them for about 3 yrs now. Would love to obtain more, however broker trading system does not like OTC or penny stocks.

There might not be any marketing at the moment, just wait till fall, Martha Stewart will have no problem marketing for them when they launch her new supplement products.
