Better a one-legged turtle than a dead turtle.
Remember, slow and steady wins the race.

Chumpchange, why are you so down on this stock? It's just another struggling pink sheet stock that'll probably fail in the end---like 99% of them ultimately do. But until they go belly up it's fun to trade them on the slim chance that they're among the 1% that beat the odds and succeed.
I mean, you're not supposed to invest your life savings in these risky vehicles, just a little......(ready?).....chump change.
=^..^=
Have the paid promotions for this stock started yet or are they already finished?
If they are ongoing they seem to be totally ineffective.
=^..^=
Who's talking about a forward split?
EDIT: Okay, I'm assuming that post was just a mistaken double posting of a post mean for the MEVT board (since another copy is there).
=^..^=
The O/S keeps increasing. That's where the money is coming from.
That's what developing companies do, they sell stock (dilute) to raise cash.
=^..^=
I think his lawyer made a motion requesting he be able to serve his sentence in iHub jail.
If they're non-filing then probably the only rules that apply are those governing Nevada corporations.
=^..^=
There don't seem to be any rumors currently circulating to that effect, and rumors are all we can hope for since the company seems to be in an information lockdown mode.
Maybe Mark got tired of putting out PR's and then getting raked over the coals for all the promises and predictions he made that never came to pass. He may just figure it's better to let us grumble about what we think is (or isn't) going on than to have us grumble about what's really going on. Oh well, the truth will likely come out eventually.
The situation reminds me of a quote of old Ben's:
As we must account for every idle word, so must we account for every idle silence. -Benjamin Franklin
=^..^=
I'm sure they did. With a Nevada corp you just need a majority of the shareholders to constitute a shareholder meeting and they don't even have to announce it in advance or have any other shareholders in attendance. So if Mark and a few other officers control 51% of the shares they can meet for coffee at Penny's Diner and decide to increase the A/S.
At least that's how I understand it.
=^..^=
Another billion shares has been added to the A/S.
A/S is now 5,950,000,000.
We'll have to keep a close eye on the O/S.

This selling is benefiting Ameritrade, Scottrade, E*Trade and any other broker who sold shares they couldn't get delivery on. Now they're able to sell at a much lower shareprice, clear the FTD's off their books, and pocket a nice profit on top of it all.
=^..^=
Oh! You were making sure I didn't miss getting post #100!
Woohoo!
Thanks!
=^..^=
P.S. Just in case anyone was wondering, when you post and get a large even number it increases your luck quotient. I'm just sayin'....
Huh? Say what?
Zzzzzz.... =^--^=
That's great! Unfortunately, I've been trading with a slight beer gut lately.
BTW, I blame my increased alcohol consumption on the fact that I own CPRK. Which begs the question: Are FLWE and CPRK still involved in any way or has that vague relationship they had just faded away?
=^..^=
Do we know who holds the 15,000,000 preferred shares that were issued?
I'll bet those shares hold the key as to whether or not Dotson remains in control.
=^..^=
Depends on what they may be trying to hide.
=^..^=
That photo of the "sign" is a gag picture that I created as a joke way back when Dgraves was ranting about how the company had to be a scam because WUCC owned all the assets and not CPRK (even though CPRK owns WUCC).
Not sure when I did it but it was quite a while ago.
Just for the record.
=^..^=
I don't think there's a problem with E*Trade or Zecco.

Okay, here's a real gem of a benefit:
Nevada (unlike other states) permits the corporation's articles of incorporation to vest authority to adopt, amend or repeal bylaws exclusively in the directors, so that shareholders would not be able to change the corporation's bylaws.
=^..^=
Here's a Wikipedia article on Nevada corporations:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nevada_corporation
Anyone negative on CPRK's management would probably point to this benefit:
Nevada's laws offer flexibility to a board of directors in managing the affairs of a corporation, and permit management to put in place strong protection from hostile takeovers. It also provides extremely strong protection against piercing the corporate veil, where a corporation's owners can be held responsible for the actions of a corporation. As of 2007[update], in all of the court cases involving a corporation, in a period of twenty years, only one case has the piercing of a corporate veil been permitted under Nevada law, and in this single case the reason was because of fraud on the part of the corporation's owners.
=^..^=
Which actions? All corporations are required to have shareholder meetings.
Do you mean before they would be required to notify all shareholders of a shareholder meeting?
=^..^=
It's my understanding that one big advantage to incorporating in Nevada is that 51% of the shareholders can have a shareholder meeting at any time (even by conference call) and, assuming they are in agreement, make major corporate decisions (like raising the A/S) without involving the remaining shareholders (who constitute a minority and couldn't overrule the vote anyway).
It's typical of pinks and penny stocks that the core insiders always hold at least 51% of the shares and that's why you never hear about any upcoming shareholder meetings.
This is just from memory and if I'm wrong please feel free to post a correction.
=^..^=
Some say that there's too much dilution,
And all the mill makes is pollution.
Others say, "Tsk!
The stock's well worth the risk!
Average down! It's the only solution!"
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! to all you CPRK bashers, pumpers, lurkers and assorted loonies.
=^..^=
.006 seems to be holding at the moment.
A PR today could send this rocketing.....or tanking. All depends on what it says....or doesn't say.
=^..^=
Happy Holidays to you, too, Miss Belle!

Only when I manage to loosen the restraints. Why do you ask?
=^..^=
Unleashing one's inner feline is, for the most part, merely a state of mind. I am, therefore I purr.
But if you want to start practicing the physical aspects then I'd suggest you start slow by just hopping off a short stool and trying to land on your feet.
Of course, when you advance to the professional level you'll be able to wash your entire body using only the back of your hand and your own spit. But you have to master the basics long before you attempt something like that. You can really injure yourself if you don't know what you're doing!
=^..^=
That video is an excellent demonstration of the IC* factor, built into all cats and primarily active during the early growth stages, which is used to ensure proper placement of feline operatives in human households.
By the time the humans realize the "kitten" is gone they are completely under the mind control of the cat and any resistance is futile.
By the way, this information will do you no good as all memory of it will fade within a few minutes. You are now getting sleepy...sleepy...sleepy...so very sleepy...sleepy....

I don't think they make pink Cheetos. LOL
Well, at least I HOPE not!

Hey! Didn't elcheapo41 used to be a mod on this board?
Sheesh! I mean, if he got kicked off the DN's Angels board then that's just pathetic! Hahahahaha!
=^..^=
P.S. He's my pal no matter how many places he gets kicked out of.
P.P.S. And he's still a mod on my Litter Box board, just for the record.
P.P.P.S. He even has a special memorial in the iBox!

Why, thank you, uh, I think. LOL
And welcome!

Acutally I was thinking of:
ABCDEFGHIJK_MNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

It's about time! I've always been offended when you called me "Kitty" but I had no recourse. Now you better watch your step!
=^..^=
Well, at today's closing price the company's market cap is essentially $29.5 million. At $1 per share it would have a market cap of over $4.5 BILLION!
I can't think of anything that's currently known about the company that would allow for such a dramatic increase. So you would have to hope for some good news that's completely unexpected at this time.
And, of course, if it's unexpected then it's, well, not expected. So the only logical answer to your question is: Nope, it ain't going to a buck.
But then again, unexpected things do happen....
=^..^=
Can we give him clues, like it's motto is "The Silver State"?
=^..^=
Actually there were 3 CPRK PR's issued on December 3, 2008. Links to all 3 can be found in the iBox.
