The charts you are looking at aren't showing you the intraday prices. If you look at the historical prices, you will see that this hit 0.0003 on January 30.

VNDM appears to be getting desperate, and is chasing the pps down. Hopefully this means that they are nearly out of shares. Otherwise, this is going to hurt.
Anybody call EXOL lately?
Yikes, 2 million shares on the ask at 0.0022. That's a big holder and either they know something, or are trying to manipulate. We are only a couple weeks away from the court date.
Where is this from?
Are we looking at a good run coming?
I left my computer early today, but I see now on L2 that we had a million share bid show up again.
EXOL
They are SEC reporting delinquent. They file an NT-10K in December but never filed the 10k. So they are behind by 1 annual report and I believe 1 quarterly report. Not sure why they fell behind a few months ago.
Email reply from CEO, as well as my original questions (he answers shareholders quite quick!):

Yes we do have press going out on the day we file current. Regarding the share structure I'm fairly certain it is accurate but will double check and update otc markets if not. Regarding converting while company is delinquent, shares usually couldnt be deposited if an entity is not current. Hope this helps and it shouldn't be too much ch longer.

If so, should this be expected soon, and will there be any news releases or updates that would be associated with becoming current again?

> My other question is in regards to notes being converted. As you know, the share price (and thus investors) has taken a beating lately. Is this associated with notes being converted and sold into the market? Is it even possible for note holders to convert while you are an SEC reporting - Delinquent company? Do you have an updated share structure?

Thanks in advance for any information that you are able to give me. One thing that is helping me hold onto my shares is that you (the company) is willing to answer shareholders questions. Thanks,

Sorry, but I think we will choose to believe the press release on OTC markets reporting the partnership with CNAB. Seems a little more trustworthy than the IHUB intro page that some unanimous poster created.
And look, directly off of the CNAB website:
http://www.unitedcannabis.us/investors/
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/cherubim-interests-inc-subsidiary-united-181312229.html
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CHIT/news
The partnership with CHIT is transparently displayed right on their official website.
So according to your conversation with the CEO, we should be getting news next week? CHIT
Ok, fair enough. If you do end up giving them a call and relaying the information here, it would be greatly appreciated.
Go EXOL
I emailed two different addresses yesterday:
ir@exosleeve.com
ir@exolifestyle.co
Those two addresses were listed on their latest PRs.
info@exolifestyle.co from the website I believe, did not work for me.
I'll let the boards know if I get a reply.
Has anybody tried calling? I am at work and an unable to do so.
Which email did you send your concerns to for EXOL? And if they replied, how long did it take? Thanks.
You're post is lacking facts. Two PRs in February:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the AS gets scaled the same as the OS when the split occurs, so wouldn't they wait for the split to increase the AS if they want to be able to issue the most amount of shares after the split?
Not saying you are wrong, or nitpicking between 2 or 3 days. Just posting information for everybody.
If the vote is yes, we should expect the split to occur mid next week (if history repeats itself).
Split 1 - Meeting on December 8, 2015, split on December 14, 2015 (3 trading days)
Split 2 - Meeting on March 24, 2016, split on March 31, 2016 (5 trading days)
Split 3 - Meeting on September 12, 2015, split on September 16, 2016 (4 trading days)
Split 4 - Meeting on December 22, 2015, split on December 28, 2016 (5 trading days)
My thought is that once the vote occurs, then they can apply to FINRA. The application wouldn't be sent until at least tomorrow. So unless FINRA will approve it the same day they receive the application, it is highly unlikely that it will be Monday.
For other companies I know that have sent applications to FINRA, it has taken 2 weeks to a month or two for approval (in the latter case, the application had to be handed back and forth).
Thanks for the correction. I often see a time and automatically think it is EST.
So the meeting has not started yet.
I think the RS is important to this, but I do agree (and am hoping) that the large sells were just panic (or manipulation). It's not a coincidence that they happened right after the end of the meeting.
Thinking about it, a good result might be a 'yes' vote for the RS, but an effective date at the end of the desire period, May 31. Then we would have no dilution until then, unless the AS was increased before.
The meeting ended at 2:00 I believe. So at 2:05 there was a large sell into the 0.0014 bid (10 million or so), and then into the 0.0013s. Sure seemed like somebody may have actually been at the meeting and sold because of a yes vote.
However, now we are back to buying on the 0.0014s. Seems to want to tell a different story.
Thank you, please keep in contact with the CEO, and relay the information to us. It is much appreciated.
What would the CEO have gained from purposefully doing what happened yesterday?
There were no known diluting MMs anywhere on the ask, and all the trading definitely looked like retail IMO. It was clean trading on the way up, and it didn't start to fall back down until the redaction was printed. This all points to retail on the way up and down IMO. If it were dilution, the dumping would have happened before the redaction was printed. Also, they would have not put out the news of cancellation until after hours.
I think the CEO got screwed by the land owner, but there really should be a breach of contract somewhere that should be in favour of ABCE.
ABCE needs to have more good new coming soon thought, in order to make up for the large error yesterday (as well as the seemingly very stupid recent 1 for 10 split)
Isn't there some sort of breach of contract by the builder (caused by the property owner)?
Do we know which large hotel chain is the parent company, so that possibly the last minute cancellation could be verified? That would verify the initial PR was truthful.
IMO, if we don't break VNDM today at 0.01, then we will go lower tomorrow. We need to keep up the high volume today and push VNDM off the ask.
If VNDM goes all the way off the ask, and not just back to 0.0141, then today might have even been a good day for EXOL shareholders.
I'm in it, but at a higher level. ABCE went through a 1 for 10 reverse split in January. It was trading at 0.005 before the announcement of the split, and immediately dropped to 0.002 (while I was in a meeting lol). After the split it bottomed out at 0.005, and is now up a little over 100 % from the lows. I have a ways to go before I break even, but they just announced a project that will bring in $2.4 million in revenue, and the market cap is only $250k at the lows.
Should see some good movement in ABCE, which is good after they essentially did the small split for nothing.
Unfortunately yes. If that 800k would have been applied to the ask, we would be in a much different situation. When the ask gets hit, EXOL moves quick. We need people hitting the ask instead of bid sitting with large amounts.

Glad to see the 0.0079s gone. That large amount had been hanging out on the ask for a while. ABCE
EXOL +23%, and 800k on the bid at 0.12
When EXOL moves, it moves quick. 36 million float as of end of January (may be 43 million now). Low float.
It's time to move! 800k bid 0.012 EXOL
Let's see some buys at 0.0123 and 0.0125. Will be at 0.014 with minimal buying.
Would be much better if we get an 0.0125 close. EXOL
Last minute ask slapping this afternoon. Something coming?
NITE is running the show right now. Puts a huge amount on the ask while sitting on the bid soaking up shares. If they want it down more, they then transfer the shares just bought on the bid to the ask making it even bigger.
Not sure the end game, but currently NITE is controlling the price for GBSN.
I bought in higher as well. Averaged down a bit. I'm not sure where you bought in, but this should easily see 0.02s, and quite possibly 0.03s again. Those levels could even be achieved without fundamentals, just an average amount of buying pressure and momentum. With good news from the company, who knows.
EXOL
Oh ok lol.
As of right now, I agree with you that the RS was a poor decision, or was at least executed poorly. Right after the small (1-10) split was announced, ABCE fell way down, and that was out of a steady trading channel. And then there was no news to follow. Small splits without proper execution usually result in a completely wasted split. Nearly no change in pps (no benefit for company) and significant shareholder pain.
I'm still holding out hope that although the company executed the split poorly, that they will get their plan on track soon and bring some value back for the shareholders.
Definitely thin to 0.014. Without any buys, 0.0137 is now on the ask.
Closing at 0.014 with a bid above 0.01 (better even at 0.012) would be great for EXOL.
Just as a heads up..... any shares you own pre-split will also be unable to be sold. That is until your broker transfers the post-split shares, and this takes on average 1 - 3 days. From my experience and what others have told me, you will at least have 1 day, and likely 2 days (but could be more) where you can't sell shares (that you owned pre-split). So unless you buy after the split, don't count on the window where lenders can't sell helping you.
I am a previous investor. I hold shares at a higher average than we are currently at, so I know how trading has been on GBSN. There have been a ton of shares dumped, and that is why the pps has decreased so much (so rapdily). I have also seen quite a few times where the pps spiked quickly. This occurred when dumping took a break (MAXM was off the ask).
So although I know tons of dumping has occurred, I am also honest and am calling it how I see it (rather than always just saying GOING DOWN! or GOING UP!).
We are in a trading window where dumping is not occurring (can not occur), and thus there is a very good chance that we can continue to trade higher.
