Your information doesn't seem very correct. As of February 2016 there were 78 million shares outstanding. As of February 2017 there are 104 million shares outstanding. So in a year they converted around 25 million shares, so they didn't sell a ton of shares and only increased the OS by 30%.
Sure doesn't seem like there main business is selling shares.
Just like last time, I don't think many people saw the news. It didn't show up on ihub, and likely didn't show up on many news feeds.
Maybe more interest will appear tomorrow as people see the news.

Updated numbers are always appreciated.
You do realize that there were many more buys than sells today, don't you?
If the company is SEC Reporting - Delinquent, which it is since they haven't been filing recently, then dilution is highly unlikely. While the company is not current (if it is an SEC reporting company), notes are not able to be converted. So unless notes were converted before they stopped reporting, but not sold, then there is no dilution that can occur.
SARA
Thanks. That's good, I was hoping it was CANT, or ARXS, or BMIC, etc...
Would you mind posting either a screen-shot or a summary of the current L2?
There have been a lot of shares soaked up by the 5k 0.135 bid over the last few trading days. Probably 100k-200k.
Which MM is it at 0.135?
Sounds promising for the next few months

Anybody interested in GBSN needs to find out if they have raised the AS yet (since the proxy voted yes). If they have not filed for the raise in AS (if they are going to do it after the split), then dilution is not possible right now (OS is maxed). If they have. then this will be a short run and will follow history.
Check out EXOL today.
Note is done being converted. It was the only thing that dropped the pps, and it dropped it way more than it should (from about 0.02 down to 0.005).
The note was only 7 million shares. The OS went from 97 to 104 million, and the float from 36 to 43 million.
It's running already and should run for a while.
Would love if they PR their quarterly results a few weeks early like they did before.
0.01 range is going to see some resistance as there will be lots people selling there shares that they bought in the last few weeks at 0.005. After that we shouldn't see much resistance until low 0.02s. If we break that, that's when it gets interesting.
EXOL
Trading this morning confirms that the note is done. In a week, I don't see any reason that EXOL couldn't be back in the 0.02-0.03 range.
If only the Q was due now. That would really make this run.
EXOL has been increasing revenues quarter after quarter, and has also been increasing its social media following week after week.
I agree. I'm actually surprised that 7 million shares took it down as much as it did.
OS is only 100 million. Float I think would be 43 million now. So now that its done. The addition of the 7 million shouldn't have any effect anymore. Looking for EXOL to make a move up tomorrow.
It's been a while since I looked at the financials in depth, but I am fairly certain that these two notes (7 million shares in total) are the only ones. If these are done, which it seems like, then it is time for EXOL to move back up. Wait to see if VNDM stays up higher on the ask tomorrow morning. That should tell us.
Also, they were very transparent and put out an 8k specifically about this note. So that also tells me that there are no other notes.
It seems like the conversion is not over, but the numbers just don't seem to add up. I've watched the trades on EXOL nearly every day and I would have thought it was highly likely that the number of shares bought off of VNDM would be at least 4 million or so, and then if you include all the large dumps (800k to 1 million) while VNDM was on the ask. There were at least 4 dumps that I can remember, totalling 4 million or so. Unless some of those large dumps were large retail holders, I just don't understand how the note is not done IMO.
It's also stupid how VNDM is moving down the ask. Not according to how L2 looks at all. Just down by 0.001 each time. Now at 0.0043, before it was 0.0053, and 0.0063 before that.
After sitting at the same spot on the ask for a while, VNDM has gotten extremely aggressive these last 2 weeks.
So you claim you stop posting the numbers because they are not current, and thus there cannot be any dilution. However, in the last month you have claimed many times that dilution is occurring. Which claims do you stand by?
Why do you stop posting the numbers since Feb 16, 2017?
Looks even worse now. I thought 0.005 was going to be the support level, as VNDM was there on the ask. But they just dropped down to 0.001. There is a good chance we break through 0.004s today.
I obviously hope this doesn't happen as I own a ton of EXOL at higher prices, but this is what I'm reading from L2
GL
Hopefully the pps will come to a more true value when the next 10Q comes out. Or maybe they will PR about the quarter being good (like they did last year).
Go EXOL?
I know I haven't lost anything yet, but man my account sure shows red. I'd like to add more at these levels because it seems like a sure thing. But I just can't bring myself to do it. I have already put way, way, way more money than I should have in EXOL.
Whatever selling or manipulation (more likely) is happening, I just want it to be done with. The pps should be higher. It also would be nice if the company responded to emails. I don't want to have to wait until May to get the next update (10Q).
Wow, brutal day again for EXOL. Either some bad information has been leaked and those in the 'inner circle' are dumping, or (more likely IMO) somebody is massively trying to manipulate the pps down.
Either way, my account looks horrible right now.
What the hell just happened in the last 30 minutes?
We finally made progress today by getting VFIN to back off, then it looks like some retail dumps. Followed by more dumps (into quite low bids) followed by large buys (at the ask that hadn't been getting touched)? Lol

That's good that the changes were made. However, I would appreciate if I received some sort of reply to my email (if one of the addresses I used is a monitored account).
I have been attempting to get a hold of the company by email, but there are several different emails, and I haven't had success yet. I think I may have come across the CEO's email, so I will try that. I would like to see if they have info on any upcoming updates, or on the status of the notes.
As I mentioned previously, I cannot phone EXOL while at work, so has anybody else tried? Has anybody had contact with the company? If so, by what method?
Didn't take much volume to get VFIN to back off on the ask. Next up VNDM.
IMO, there really shouldn't be much left to sell for the notes. It appears the only 2 notes that existed had tallied to 7 million shares. Since those notes were added to the OS, there has been several high volume days, with a decent amount of volume going into VNDM, as well as 2 or 3 million share (or close) bid whacks. Those bid whacks (unless they were actually retail selling) should mean that at least close to half the notes were done. The rest of the buying should add up to another couple million.
I.e. there really shouldn't be much left.
EXOL
Agree. Didn't see anything on the bid or ask that made sense about that large flash on the ask. I guess we will see what happens today.
Appreciate you sharing your research. EXOL
Seems so. But why? Especially at the same level VFIN is already at. So there is already a block.
Watching L2 on one of my stocks today. All of a sudden, CANT comes in with 2.5 million on the ask at 0.007. 15 minutes later they put it down to 2 million. 5 minutes later, down to 1 million. 1 minute later it's gone, and CANT is sitting on L2 at 0.25.
What the hell????? lol
WTF?!?!?
That is a 100% wrong! There were a couple buys today (as proven in the link below).
http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/cherubim-interests-inc-CHIT/trades
Compared to the past few months though, it is fairly heavy volume. I just hope that it was a larger holder that finally got out.
We definitely need an update from the company.
See SARA yet today?
Why? Previously you said the middle of March, now the middle of April. Care to clarify?
Nice T trade too. Hopefully this continues tomorrow and we finally move VNDM.
EXOL
Nice big buy at the ask! EXOL
EXOL isn't one of those stocks where VNDM or VFIN keep on the ask forever because notes keep getting converted. VNDM only has a limited amount of shares left, and this will move up nicely once they are bought out (which makes it a great loading zone). Once this note is completely sold, it should be smooth sailing. No more convertible debt in the foreseeable future IMO.
I don't know anywhere that shows the historical breakup of the volume at each price throughout the day (present day obviously yes). That site just shows that it hit 0.0003 that day (where the original poster said that charts seemed to show it never passed 0.0002 in the past while).
So it means that at least around a 1000 shares were traded at 0.0003 on that day (it doesn't seem to show up if the trade is too small). And for what it's worth, I remember the day that the 0.0003s hit, and I had looked at the individual trades that day, and there were several decent sized hits at 0.0003. I would say I remember at least 10 million were bought at that price, could be more (but I'd say for sure less than 50 million).
For historical prices, I usually just look at the table (in the link I provided). On the same site you can check out the interactive chart, and when you hover your mouse over the chart, it will show you the open/close/high/low/vol for that day in the top right.
I'm sure there are also some sites where you can choose on the charts whether it shows closing price, or high of day, or low of day, or whatever.
We need the ask hits to be 100k instead of 10k shares. Even if your trade is the one to break VNDM off the ask, the rest of your order will remain as a new bid.
But keep those buys coming!
