Tonner saw how deep in debt $OWOO was and called the merger off?
If the merger continued, it there would have potential for both companies going bankrupt.
Besides the unique niche of multiculturalism was strongly embraced all of 2015 by Mattel.
The only mojo $OWOO has going for it right now is hoping that penny traders will buy into it.
There is nothing unique about this company, they are trying to get a "buyout" to occur. That will not happen, the company doesn't have the necessary financing to continue to operate at the annual expenses and debt that it racks up.
Too bad the dolls look super generic.
Stacey use to work for Mattel. She left for $OWOO.
You really think Mattel is going to let one of their top Barbie designers leave and start a successful company that would actually be able to compete?
If anything $OWOO made the mistake of finding investors in the OTC, every move they make is public.
I guarantee you Mattel found out about the distribution deals with Walmart and said "Oh hey thats actually gonna work? Let's do the same thing but WAY better and take out the competition!"
I wouldn't be surprised if Tonner actually looked at $OWOOs financials and said "you know what, you are using my doll sculpts, i can make these dolls myself and call them something else since I own them..."
The Prettie Girls Tween Scene Dolls are Tonners "Little Miss Matched" doll molds... The Dream Babies are going to be Tonner design... Why does Tonner need $OWOO? Because he never took the proper steps to secure distribution thats why. BUT he knows his dolls are a hit and have the potential to make it into the mass retail sector.
It would make more sense for Stacey and Tonner to join forces and ditch Trent and Melton to live in their own debt.
BUT, thats just my opinion.
1 year ago $OWOO stated they were going to release a Vivica A Fox doll and that the celebrity was going to become a spokesperson for the company.
1 year later, not another word on the subject.
I don't think people seem to realize how many people $OWOO actually pays. They pay so many people so much money and they don't even make the type of revenue required to pay a single one of them.
I wonder how much her services cost? This would be great news but they have the product already getting into retailers. The product is going into Walmarts. Why are they spending more?
It's like when they employed ShadeGlobal and all those different marketing firms before, they just ended up spending money, creating a blowback of dilution later on.
$OWOO seems like a wonderful place until seemingly good news comes out and we see mass dilution and PPS drops.
$OWOO is financially irresponsible, that is a fact.
Must be why Trent has been googling financial literacy.
Based on $OWOOs projected revenue and their history on racking up debt, they won't break even.
$OWOO Operations cost are at least 10x more than their revenue.
Meaning they make NO PROFIT and to operate requires Millions in debt every year.
Even with their projected revenue their is no way they survive without increasing the amount of money they owe.
They have had multiple lawsuits that involved them not paying up.
The PPS is going down. Everyone can see the obvious.
Just wait until the "toxic financers" see a comfortable level to sell at. They don't know at what levels the PPS will hold up at, and won't wait for rainbows and sunshine to sell.
$OWOO has dropped this low because it doesn't have the bid support.
Sure it went up, but the moment someone wants to sell, without bid support it just goes down.
The problem with bid support holding for this company is due to dilution.
The AS is going to increase, the company has stated dilution will continue in a "its out of our hands sry lol" fashion.
im calling .001s by feb.
If the company does an R/S after the A/S they will be able to maintain a PPS above .01 for a while, which will make them eligible for OTCQB.
The A/S is going to increase 300%.
This company doesn't care about it's shareholders. At all.
I really hope they give us good details during the conference call.
Once the merger actually happens these prices will no longer exist. I don't see us ever going sub after that.
$OWOO doesn't care about shareholders.
They care about themselves.
Diluuuuuuttttttttion never ends in $OWOO. Ever.
Eh I don't think Donna is treating $OWOO like a day flipper.
She still owns at least 10% of the company from buying her shares off the market.
TBH She is an insider. She seems to be regaining enough confidence to continue buying.
A little over a year ago she was loading up in .007s and .008s if I do recall.
At least they have a firm believer. I wouldn't doubt if Donna Harvey was one of the ihub people.
TBH I like these flipper prices.
Come back in April when they announce the results of the 2016 Toy Fair. If you want to see a run.
From 2000. "Wilma I. Delaney is vice president, federal government affairs, for The Dow Chemical Company. Delaney was named to her position in 1998 and is head of the $18 billion company's Washington, D.C. office."
TBH if they keep operating as they do, even with the "Projected Revenue", there is no way the PPS is going anywhere significant.
I am still unable to comprehend how the company managed to rack up all this debt in the first place.
The end goal for Tonner One World is to be bought out by a larger toy company as far as I know.
By merging they are only increasing their chances.
The Merger is great for both parties. Tonner gets his dolls into Major Retail stores around the world, OWOO gets Robert Tonner and his Doll sculpting skills.
Tonner was unable to get his dolls into Big Box Retailers, where as OWOO has proven to be able to do it almost willfully.
Tonner has been making Collectors dolls for decades, his dolls usually sell for hundreds a pop.
Johnny Depp – when you say his name you immediately think of all the successful movies he’s been in. Pirates of the Caribbean, Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, and Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – all of which are also character figures made by Tonner Doll Company. (Check out the Pinterest board of all Johnny Depp figures.) He is one of the actors that they have done the most versions of.
From the Effanbee website.
The Effanbeedoll website is all about the Tonner-One-World Merge.
Tonner Doll has a Pinterest and there are thousands of pictures of hundreds of different collector dolls he has made throughout the years.
One World got a sweet deal merging with Tonner.
The value this is going to add is insane.
TONNER DOLL PURCHASED EFFANBEE DOLL IN 2002
TONNER DOLL LICENSING RIGHTS
You mean .0075 right?
When the Merger is complete the Market Cap should go up at least 10x
Tonner Doll is an established profitable business.
News and dilution usually happen hand in hand.
Nothing but dilution. They treat it like a light switch.
They'll stop for a moment, "Hey guys great news dilution has stopped" then once they get big news they dilute enough for the time they didn't dilute, just to make up for the lack of dilution.
The dilution is insane.
I think the problem is when the CEO and the Founder go around looking for money, no one is telling them no. So they stack up as much debt as possible.
Their lack of maintaining the ability to balance a check book is whats bringing down the PPS.
Trent even had to get a Summer Job to help pay the bills, probably because he couldn't find someone that would loan him money.
But the dilution IS REAL. You can't deny that.
It doesn't matter what anyone thinks of the company or the personal integrity of the companies leaders.
Dilution is real and it is a problem.
