....what it is ain't exactly clear
RXMD is EBIDTA positive and posted a net profit. It does not have an operating profit, but that will change when the main location is paid off, if not before.
OK, I can identify. I got bored, got a paralegal certificate with the goal of volunteering for legal aid. Covid happened, so no volunteers accepted for the past year and a half almost. But starting a business is a whole 'nuther level of commitment. You sound younger than me so best of luck.
Wow Sam, where does your son work? The mean pay for a mail carrier in my zip code is $52,000. Post master is $79,000. Didn't see a range. Retirement and other bennies add to the USPS cost, but that's probably a more realistic target for price competition. Why not kick back and enjoy your leisure years, friend?
You might not get a good one at a bar. For some reason strawberries seem to the fruit of choice here. Give the recipe to a bartender you trust. That should be fine. Freshly squeezed lime.
Armen has control of the vote without voting his preferred shares? How's that work DC? Feel free to use numbers, cause I understand arithmetic.
No, no! I should have checked first weihenstephaner hefe weissbier is available at Spec's just down the road. Not exactly down the road, but in a reasonable distance. Next time I'm that way, I'll pick up a pack. Let me know if you try the daiquiri recipe.
Hey Turbo, I don't actually believe you're a wennie, but if you like lemonade, you're a good candidate for daiquiris, as made at La Floridita in Havana. Hemingway's daiquiri: 60 ml white rum, 30 ml each of standard bar syrup, lime juice and orange liqueur. You can chill it with ice, but not shaved i.e. frozen (yuk).
La Floridita claims: to have invented the daiquiri, that Hemingway was a regular, and that he once downed 12 of the drinks on the premises. There is a life-sized bronze of the great man at the bar. I went ages ago on the excuse of being an accredited journalist. From what I've read, Cuba has changed not for the better.
I don't much like mojitos, but Hemingway is also credited with popularizing that drink at Le Bodeguita del Medio. That bar has a wall of plaques signed by famous folk. One was written by Chile's Salvador Allende. Reading that one gave me a chill as though I was living in history.
Sadly, I think your favorite brew is outside my time zone.
Hey Turbo,
So happy to get away from all that stocks stuff. I am from Texas. Shiners and tequila are giveaways. I made a small bucket of ceviche for the weekend. Goes with beer, white wine or tequila. I know many folks who swear by bourbon, but I never developed a taste. I like scotch and tequila. I also like mescal, but that I do take with a lick of salt and bite of lime. As a joke, I asked for mescal in a bar in Kamakura, Japan. To my surprise the tender had a bottle with one shot left. He asked if I wanted the worm. I was drinking with Brits and had to save face, so I said "sure" and ate it.
What's your favorite Turbo?
Hi Turbo,
Hope I'm forgiven for the piss joke last week. I worked around lots of Brits who said American beer tastes like horse piss, so I had to ask how they knew. Anyway, I wonder if the splash of water is meaningful only for scotch. I read the scientific explanation that involved oils particular to that distillation process. I drink tequila straight, not shots with lime and salt, but sipping--Herradura. Wouldn't dream of putting water or ice in it. Broke my heart when tequila got trendy years back and drove up prices. My take home beer is Shiners, so you know what state I'm from. What's your go to spirit(s)?
No offense taken Turbo, just having fun. The thread on drink is far more interesting than that on RXMD stock, so thanks. But since you asked, I like Bunnahabhain. I sort of agree with you that, taken neat, any alcohol over 80 proof sears ones taste buds and all tastes the same to me, but with a splash of water, the difference between Bunnahabhain and say Cutty Sark is worth the price points. Guinness is my go to brew at pubs, although Kilkenney and Old Speckled Hen are excellent light brews. Or just order a bitter of any brand at any British pub and you will swear you've gone to heaven. Thanks for the diversion, lad. Much fun after kicking myself for not selling at .19 after not selling at .22.
Alcohol all tastes like piss?! Your epicurean experience exceeds my own. Just curious, does all piss taste the same?
What's really funny is that even after the run, RXMD remains way undervalued. Trading at less than 2 PSR with exponential growth potential, while Amazon trades at 4.4 PSR and won't see sales double in my lifetime. (10 more years if actuary calcs are correct.)
"0.3 to .10 depending on the multiple"? Would be curious to see a bit more detail on those analytics. Failing that, an explanation of what in blazes you mean by that weird statement would be lovely. What multiple(s) for example.
Without resorting to a calculator. RXMD has risen to about 1 PSR. 2 PSR is conservative for a company at RXMD's stage of development. Amazon PSR is a bit more than 4.
2 puts fair valuation at .20 per share. 4 at .40 per share. Roughly. RXMD remains deeply undervalued today at current price and corporate value.
In this instance there is no ambiguity. The commitment is recorded.
You emphasize VERBAL, which seems to imply you believe that a verbal commitment has no legal bearing. It does. Putting it in writing would make the statement neither more nor less binding.
Section 203 of the Delaware General Corporation Law, or DGCL, is a Delaware statute that prevents shareholders (along with their affiliates and associates) from engaging in a tender or exchange offer for a period of three years after buying more than 15 percent of the company’s stock unless certain criteria are met.
At least as interesting as the RS.
Not simple luck. Defensive driving skill helps prevent car wrecks. Not smoking mitigates against lung cancer. People can and should take precautions to reduce risk in situations where there is no payoff for risky behavior. I lived in Japan for more than 30 years. Japanese live in crowded conditions but have been far less affected by COVID than the U.S. because they take precautions. They wear masks when they have the common cold and have been for decades. What happened to the concepts of personal and civic responsibility?
Thay ain't a player born who hasn't lost on occasion.
Peace, friend. Some week I hope you beat $300,000.
RIO are you suggesting that a PSR of roughly 0.75 for an early stage growing company, with great potential and positive EBITDA is not fair?
You are?
Oh.
Maybe the $1,1 trillion comes from their man in Siberia.
Thanks, from a map on the site, it looks like they have an office in the Siberian tundra. Wonder why they didn't choose Moscow or St. Pete. Cheap rent?
George Goodman, writing under the pen name "Adam Smith," and who authored "Supermoney" et al, is a brilliant thinker in my opinion. He suggested that the surest way for a modest investor to get rich in the stock market is to find a few companies in early stages with extraordinary potential. Four out of five selections may fail. You only need one to achieve wealth. Penny stock players already know that or they wouldn't be here, unless they are players concerned with the daily moves that you and others address. Those players are in it for the fun and excitement of short-term trading, I assume, but not for wealth generation.
I put about $50,000 into RXMD after Mars was named CEO and eliminated the company's debt. That showed promise. It also shows that Mars is in charge of the business. not Armen. He was around when the company was southbound into oblivion. The turnabout came and continues under Mars' direction.
Longs are here because of the expansion of business and innovations that have occurred under Mars' leadership. For details, see Jimmy Quick.
I've been happy with RXMD's use of capital, except for the 11% dilution for management bonuses. (Some sort of bonuses sure, but 11% dilution?! Share price was rightfully devastated afterwards. I think management got the message.) Consolidation of operations in property that is being purchased is good. Acquisitions appear to be producing as well or better than expected. M&A takes time. I trust Mars will use her bank roll judisiously.
Whether a company exists that has filed an S-1 and gone on to list after successfully filing an 15-12G is immaterial, i.e. red herring.
The only material question is whether there is a prohibition or restriction on such action. I cannot find either. Can you?
You suggest that such action would require a new form of corporation or a new entity. That suggestion is fully stuffed with horse feathers.
Just a technical point, but a reverse merger can be an option. I started thinking about that when Mars wrote about possible merger/takeover in the context of listing.
Should have given a time line, the 12,469 deaths in the U.S. attributed by CDC to H1N1 occurred from April 12, 2009 to April 10, 2010. That's one year.
That compares with more than 90,000 deaths in the U.S. in five months.
Actually, I do study. C-19 attacks more parts of the body and appears to be more virulent than H1N1. According to CD data, there were fewer than 13,000 deaths in the U.S. from H1N1. But you don't trust CDC, unless Trump tells you to.
Thank you gedi8, reverse merger idea by any other name, is exciting. Much more so than a potential buyout of RXMD by some behemoth.
Oops, Stockforce without the "R." Sorry.
Thanks Strockforce, I missed the cc. If Mars spoke about talks of a NASDAQ company alliance. it is very interesting, as in super flipping duper interesting. Appears she may be looking for a back door. As far as I know, she hasn't specified which of the four standards she plans to try to make NASDAQ. "Profitability" looks the most likely, but expansion entails cost, pushing net profits further into the future. To simultaneously pursue expansion and listing, a back door (reverse takeover) would be a brilliant strategy.
I should call Armen. That is "shall call" even though he will likely say doodley squat for obvious reasons.
(Pet peeve, it would be an IPO or a reverse takeover, not an uplist whatever in blazes that means. Even Mars uses the term. OTC stocks are not listed. Moving from one grade to another on the OTC is not an uplist. I note that because an IPO is a big deal in the investor world.)
If RXMD lists on NASDAQ, I will armor plate my 2-cylinder, second-hand Smart car to protect my fame and fortune.
From your post: "It isn’t profit. It is gross profit. Anyone can show profit before they pay any payroll or bills. SmH"
I had thought this post referred to RXMD's statement of positive EBITA. If I was wrong, I apologize.
Perhaps Mars mistyped and meant NYSE MKT. It would be good to hear news on CBD branding.
Thanks GED, I found the item, utter stupidity on the part of Mars. No wonder shares are down. I have a stake in the company, but don't follow closely. Makes onw wonder what else is BS.
Hey Spuds, why are you ranting about NYSE? The only references about NYSE I can see is from you.
Where do you see Mars talking about NYSE? I've seen only NASDAQ.
I very much doubt RXMD will pay anywhere near that much. I just posted a hypothetical worst-case scenario to show how absurd a 400 million share payout was. (I wouldn't have thought it was needed, but someone asked for input.)
BTW, Amazon started in 1994 and posted its first profit in FY 2003.
https://www.nytimes.com/2004/01/28/business/technology-amazon-reports-first-full-year-profit.html
I would be happy if RXMD shortened that time frame, but the company is in early expansion. It is trading at less than 0.5 PSR. It is well managed in MKO ("my knowledgeable opinion"; see if I can create a new Web acronym).
Classic case of transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient for anyone with cash they don't need to worry about for a while.
Not necessarily, the tranches have not all been drawn and share prices move.
