From todays PR at least they are still trying to get funding other than the continuing dilution. Hopefully, their presentation this week will go well.
I guess Molen is going to try and squeeze the last few pennies he can out of this. He's a real piece of work.
Is there a limit to the number of years you can go and never sell anything? How or why do they continue to operate? Just wondering.
Another dismal quarter. I think this one is about done.
Anybody out there got any ideas as to why this has gone from $2.25 to .17 in just over 2 months? Yikes!
I was beginning to think these guys were out of business, but I did see on their website where they relocated their office a couple of weeks ago. I guess to cut costs. They say they are still trying to sell the tire plant.
I don't think they have sold anything since they have been in business. I know at least not in the last 3 years I've been holding the stock.
Thanks, enjoy your 4th. Congratulations on the Cavs winning for you and the Indians are playing well.
That's not speculating, that's delusional. GO STEELERS!
I'm still holding all of the shares I bought over two years ago. It has just gotten old seeing that every time what you think is a really good PR come out and it's going to run, a diluting MM jumps on the Ask and it goes nowhere. That's what happened again this past week. I'm hoping People Vine is going to start bringing in significant revenues and they can clear out the convertibles. Audited fins would help too, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
I'm speculating that the negotiation gave that 100k note holder a piece of the trucking company. I'm sure didn't just walk away from 100 grand. Anyway, we should find out all the details in about 6 weeks when the Q comes out.
I am very anxious to see this quarter ended financial report. They have had People Vine for over a year now and as yet it has not produced any significant increase in revenue. I would hope that trend has changed in the last quarter. I also would like to know how much, and how they paid for the trucking company. I've got to believe it was with convertible debt, but we will see.
CDEL is a nasty, diluting MM. You never want to see him show up at the top of the Ask of one of your stocks. I don't like to see him period, as far as that goes.
Nope. Just a realist. I've seen it too many times before. FWIW I've been holding all of my shares for over 2 years and am down about 80%. I wish to hell it would run, but until CDEL moves it won't.
There is no way this will go up as long as CDEL is sitting on top of the Ask. He's just waiting for the Bid to build so he can start dumping.
Anybody here think the trucking company deal closes tomorrow? I am betting not.
I'm not going to get too excited until the deal is officially done. Note the words "should close" in the PR. They also said on their Facebook page there would be "updates in the coming weeks" of which there have been none.
After seeing the late filing notice I'm afraid we will just get more of the same when the Q does get filed. The last 3 years worth of filings are all pretty much carbon copies of each other. Zero sales, but negotiating with everybody.
I e-mailed the company over a week ago and asked when the 10k was going to be filed. The answer I got was "when the information was available." They're now delinquent on the 10Q as well as the 10K.
It's kind of strange for these guys to be late filing. They have pretty much always been on time. Maybe, this quarter they actually have something to report and don't know how to act. It's really gotten old quarter after quarter never any sales but always in talks with somebody.
I was screwed after the first R/S. That pretty much wiped me out. Fortunately, I didn't have a whole lot in it. With the current share price I'm down about 95%, so they can't hurt me much more. I know my money is gone at this point regardless. That's life in stinky pinky land. You win some and you lose some.
I just learned that all the PLAD Officers have resigned and Scott Forsythe is the acting CEO. In the company profile on OTC Markets it says he is negotiating some type of merger and ticker change and it should be announced in the next 90 days. I don't know what day that was posted.
With 870K in convertibles waiting to be dumped I don't think this will run far, if at all. It will be the same thing we saw right after the conference call for the annual report. I suspect they will be issuing more shares to pay for this trucking company. They didn't mention how, or how much they are paying for it in the PR.
While I'm not thrilled about the 1:35 R/S I do think the reorganization is a path forward. Hopefully, it will work out the way they have drawn it up. Getting a quarterly dividend will be nice. It was becoming obvious the video gaming business was a losing proposition.
I'm really disappointed that Molen hasn't come up with a new scam by now. I guess the NOW Corporation burst his bubble when they didn't go along with his hemp BioCoal scam that he announced back in December. That deal was never mentioned on their website or in any of their filings. I guess Molen forgot to tell them that they had a deal. LMAO.
Gary Blum is an architect for these scams. See EWSI and MTVX. He had his hands in both.
CC on 5-18 to discuss the new business model. Hopefully, real estate investment will work out better for them than video gaming.
Sure would be nice to see a positive earnings report this afternoon. The way this has traded the last week I'm guardedly optimistic.
IDK. The tire plant itself had been profitable the last we heard. The new Gassifier project has been going on for over 3 years now and as far as anybody knows is still not even in testing yet. The project was being funded by an outside source, so I'm only left to assume that possibly that funding has dried up. I'm thinking with the current price of natural gas and oil there's no market for the machine they are trying to sell. All IMO.
I don't think there is anyone even pretending to be "running" this company any longer. It's always been a scam though.
I'm not sure it will anytime soon. One can only assume the tire plant sale is off. They've said nothing about the new Gassifier project in months, and they are 2 quarters behind in filings, soon to be 3 in another 11 days. Hard to be optimistic.
When Koos gives away 10,000,000 shares at .01 what does that tell you about what he thinks the value of the shares are? Or, is he just looking out for his cronies?
Ovadia ought to get in the fertilizer business with all the bullshit he spreads.
Exactly. They just plug in a new country. Notice it's always the alleged partner that's fronting the money to build the plant. Of course, that never happens.
3rd quarter fins coming out Friday after the bell. I wonder just how bad they're going to be?
I just got in this last week myself as a dividend play. Sure wasn't expecting todays news. Oh well, I was going to hold it anyway as long as they were paying the dividends. Even with the dividend cut, it's still not a bad yield at the current share price.
When does construction begin, the 10th of Neveruary? Nothing more than the same old crap they have been spouting for years. Yet another JV that won't amount to squat.
After all these years maybe the finally sold something.
What happened to Kush Cakes? A year ago they made it sound like a big deal. Now neither HEMP or Dewmar even mention it.
I wonder how much longer before we hear what direction this is going next. I'm sure they didn't update almost 3 years worth of filings simply because it was the right thing to do.
