The SEC is in the process of obtaining court approval for the distribution.  Once we receive authorization from the court, we will begin the process of issuing checks to eligible claimants.  We have no further updates at this time.

Our goal is to finish administration and hopefully distribute by October 2017. There are many parties involved in the approval of distribution, so there is no exact date set at this time.

According to the lawyer, it'll happen in April next year.

Did anyone receive the check from SEC?

So do we need to fill out page 3,4 & 5 and send it back to TX?

Did anyone get the packets?

They have a list of shareholders.

The SEC sent the plan to the court. We just need to wait for approval. I expect to get the packet mailed in a month and hope we get our $ back in the summer.

I also asked Dan if the SEC sent the plan to the court for approval.

Dan said

We will mail the notice packets within 14 days of court approval.

I asked him how long will it take?

A week or two after the SEC staff file with the court

I emailed Dan yesterday. no reply yet. We'll see..

I just got the email from the lawyer of this case. I'll email him in 2 weeks. The court hasn't approved the plan yet.

 

The SEC has the plans.  Once approved I will mail.

It is way longer than 6 months. The fact is that the SEC collected 16mil from Bizm scheme perpetrators and will distribute the money to Biozoom victims.
The company has nothing to do with this.

It won't come back to the US market. In my opinion..

After the court approves the plan, we'll get the packet... I assume that it would happen in May.
