Blue Caprice is opening in 24 theaters beginning in Sept. A lot of independent films go to or get invited to film festivals without distribution. Part, probably a big part, of the reason they're there is because they need distribution, someone to pick them up. The twenty-four theaters are in bigger markets spread throughout the USA. If it does well in those theaters, it will end up in more theaters. That's how it works with those movies.
I'm not a fan of Market Club. They don't predict what a stock is doing. They report what a stock is doing over a short period of time. Not so long ago they said REDG was an up trending stock. We gained yesterday. If we gain just a little today and Monday. Watch Market Trend's analysis shift then. It will shift.
At this point I feel I have no choice but to hold. If I'm going to sell it at a loss, I might as well crap it all away and right off the loss on my taxes. Tomorrow I'm going to buy more to average down.

It was there already. If it does again, I'll buy on the way down. Sell when it goes back. . . When a company has 20 million readers for a comic book, LAST BLOOD, you probably will have at least 20 million that will want to see the movie. So, if this stock even goes to .04, I'll be plenty happy. I can wait.
I would be concerned if you were "losing" your trust. Since you say you're "loosing" your trust. It sounds like you're just letting go a little bit, which sounds less dire. If the ship goes down, you better start "swimming" instead of "swinging", as you say. I, for one, will not jump ship until it does truly go down.
As far as news is concerned, I think REDG should have something to say almost every day about the progress of their projects. With everything they have going, there should always be something to talk about. Third party sites have news we can find, but why doesn't someone from REDG post it Facebook at least. It's FREE advertising! It's obviously not healthy to be so quiet about their operations along with the drop in pps, given the anxiety on this board. Is there any reason why they would want the pps to go down? Go down as they buy back? More bang for their buck?
I didn't see a post, but did you send an email regarding your questions and concerns? It would be interesting to see the response.

Haha, well if it creates buzz for the movie I could care less. Why doesn't Alfonzo want a role? Maybe since they were all in Fresh Prince, Will Smith will want to be in it.
Simon Hunter helmed Mutant Chronicles, the actioner that stars Thomas Jane, John Malkovich, Ron Perlman and Devon Aoki, as well as the James Purefoy.
The only way they would ever get someone like Matt Damon, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt. . . is if they thought the movie would be so phenomenal that they would e willing to take a major pay. Not likely. There are many recognizable faces and names out there that are possible. Hopefully they can do better than Lou Diamond Phillips. . .
We have been in the doldrums before, wallowing around .009-.01 before it moved up.
We made it through that to get here. If we don't drop below .015 before we to move positive, I think we'll be looking at .03-.04 by this Fall, as LAST BLOOD's progress moves forward. Presently they're casting. It will really help if they can reel in some recognizable, if not big names for this movie.
I started buying in the first week of March. This kind of dry spell is nothing new. It's nothing to freak out about. REDG $$$$$$
This is from June 25 from Simon Hunter's website. Not much, but something to watch.

I hear crickets. . . pretty quiet.
Who's the "chump?" Like the other guy said, we'll buy up your shares if you dump. Grow up and grow a set, you big baby.
It depends upon distribution. The more distribution, the bigger the audience. I live in a small market. Only the most widely distributed movies come here. For a lot of very good movies, I have to wait for it to come to Amazon, Netflix. . . If LAST BLOOD makes it to theaters in my city, which means nationwide distribution, it means will make a lot of money. This has nothing to do with quality or critical acclaim. It's about advertising and distribution. Look at the pieces of crap on the top 10 box office list: Grownups 2, Smurfs 2. . . These made it to my town. Look at the top DVD rentals; 9 of 10 came to my town, and most have been panned by the critics. I personally form my own opinion about the quality of movies, but quality has nothing to do with distribution. This is where Benny and the Boys need to step up. This is where we'll see what they're made of. If they get LAST BLOOD in my town, meaning nationwide, I'll be sitting in the theater the Friday it comes out with a sense of satisfaction and excitement that will have nothing to do with how good or bad the movie is.
Long and strong here. Over 1 million shares sold at 0.0166. Did you make anything? I will not bail on this, because I believe it will pay pay off sooner or later. Given that, I would be sick if I dumped now, and a few months from now0 the pps was at .10-.15.
Benny and the Boys have been eerily quiet. What are they working on? Maybe they should let us know. Is the silence a good sign with amazing news on the brink? Or are they just grinding away with nothing much to say other than, "We're working hard to move Red Giant onward and upward."
This may waffle around the .02 mark for awhile, like it did the .01-.015 mark. But when it breaks into the .03-.04 mark and waffles around there, people will still complain that it hasn't rocketed to stardom. I think it will approach .08-.10 by the end of the year. This is conservatively speaking. I will be quite satisfied when it does. Who knows, maybe it will go on a huge run up to .25 over a few days, but at that point, holders will dump it like crazy. Where will it land then? If I was Benny Powell, I would like to sure gain, doubling stock price every 3-4 months.
I get it. Watching this stock is like watching paint dry. I keep touching it to see if it is dry. I seem to have to watch it for the whole day to see if it will take off. I probably could tune in in the morning for awhile, because it's pretty easy to tell whether a run will occur after a couple of hours or so. At the end of the day if it's green, I'm satisfied. I think this stock will get to a dollar someday. When is the question. I don't plan to start selling until it gets close to .10, until then I'll keep accumulating slowly but surely.
It's up about 85% in a 3 month chart. It may not be moving as fast as someone people want, but if it increases another 85% in 3 months, I'll be happy. I'll hang around for as long as it takes, as long we're gaining ground.
The way I understand it is: they're basically borrowing X amount of shares, let's say 1000, and at that time the pps is $1.00. If by the time they have to pay back the pps is .50, the shorter repays the 1000 shares at .50 a share. So, he basically just made $500 on the price going down.
The news about Van Hook is very good. It's another sign that this company is trying to expand on all fronts. A popular series can be as big a deal as a popular movie.
On another note I receive this ad; if this means anything to anyone. This is from MarketClub
RED GIANT ENTERTAINMENT INC C (NASDAQ:REDG) Uptrend Up Arrow

Now is the time to hang tough and see this through. I've been buying periodically since April of this year. I'm at .017 presently. This stock will be very profitable for those who stick around. Benny Powell knows this business. If you want to make an immediate "killing" this might not be your stock. This isn't a pump and dump, people. I'm going to wait for the movies. . .
I'm with you. . .
what effect would this have one way or the other? Educate me.
Thanks.
Info to what effect/
I interpreted what he said as: there are possible opportunities, things that look promising, like a salesman that has good leads. To me, it sounded like there were deals that could be done. To me, it sounded like there was interest in the company, and he had interest in making deals. Before he can give news, deals need to be done, contracts signed. When that happens he'll have news. IMO
If they're doing a buy back, someone needs to be following the pps.
I would hope that he follows the pps as closely as anyone, so hopefully he makes a move soon.
Hopefully there will be news in the near future. On Facebook they're posting trailers from Comic Con. I guess that's the extent of the verifiable news right now.
Seriously? Did you sell out?
I agree. I think your perception is more realistic than some major win fall. Although, it's not out of the question for a huge run, if Benny Powell has extraordinarily good news. I'm hopeful of this but not expecting it.
In the article I think he alluded to making a statement, if there was something to make a statement about. There are things in the "works" but nothing concrete yet. As contracts. . . are confirmed, signed. . . there will be something to talk about. It's obvious that they're working hard to make things happen.
Well said.
This isn't a pump and dump stock. A lot penny stock go up quickly, then fall quickly, because of those email promos. . . Comicon will create exposure, but it will only be a piece of the puzzle. As REDG grows, the pps will go up. If you're not in this for the long haul, you might as well move on. This company has shown tremendous potential, and I think it will pay off. Patience is the key.
