It depends upon distribution. The more distribution, the bigger the audience. I live in a small market. Only the most widely distributed movies come here. For a lot of very good movies, I have to wait for it to come to Amazon, Netflix. . . If LAST BLOOD makes it to theaters in my city, which means nationwide distribution, it means will make a lot of money. This has nothing to do with quality or critical acclaim. It's about advertising and distribution. Look at the pieces of crap on the top 10 box office list: Grownups 2, Smurfs 2. . . These made it to my town. Look at the top DVD rentals; 9 of 10 came to my town, and most have been panned by the critics. I personally form my own opinion about the quality of movies, but quality has nothing to do with distribution. This is where Benny and the Boys need to step up. This is where we'll see what they're made of. If they get LAST BLOOD in my town, meaning nationwide, I'll be sitting in the theater the Friday it comes out with a sense of satisfaction and excitement that will have nothing to do with how good or bad the movie is.
