I still stand very firm with this company, they have the right ingredients and timing of the company plan can not be better than right now, however, there must be a inside buying or a plan to do a buy back. The company has the funds to boost confidence in both current and future investors. I love this company and the opportunity is right in front of us.
We believe in you Liga, do you believe in us? Someone in the company must start purchasing or the company do a buy back @ a higher price than .01. The news a great but if Liga believe in their vision, there has to be a purchase to give us and interested investors to feel more confidence. At this level, the executive and the company has the funds to buy. Do you believe in us Liga as much as we believe in you.

The National Association of Realtors said on Monday its Pending Sales Index, based on contracts signed last month, rose 1.5 percent to 105.7. Activity in recent months has shown modest improvements, and contracts last month reached the highest level since April 2010.

Economists polled by Reuters had expected signed contracts, which become sales after a month or two, to rise 1.0 percent after a previously reported 0.4 percent slip in February.
The housing upturn is expected to add support to the economy this year although there have been signs of weakness lately.
The inventory of homes for sale remains low, leading to a rise in home prices in most markets. The Realtors group said the market appears to be leveling off due to the supply shortage which has pushed up home values, putting a solid foundation under the housing recovery.
"Contract activity has been in a narrow range in recent months, not from a pause in demand but because of limited supply. Little movement is expected in near-term sale closings, but they should edge up modestly as the year progresses," said NAR chief economist Lawrence Yun in a statement.
Pending home sales were up 7.0 percent compared to March last year.

Liga is a developing stage company with total asset roughly $30mill, about 300 properties, and expanding more. Even if the company make some bad asset allocation, lets say 50% of all their asset were bad, and liquidate all their asset and decided to go into other ventures. Roughly, it bring a estimate of .04- .05 per share. We are now @ .008. This is not a real estate company. It's a asset company.

598,000. Authorizations of units in buildings with five units or more were at a rate of 283,000 in March.
HOUSING STARTS
Privately-owned housing starts in March were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1,036,000. This is 7.0 percent (±11.8%)* above
the revised February estimate of 968,000 and is 46.7 percent (±13.9%) above the March 2012 rate of 706,000.

1. Market Capitalization is define as to how many funds was bought on a daily basis in the market at that time. The Pump and Dump Basher's has brought the price per share way under the true net book value of .08 per share, but really this stock should be trading between roughly .20-.30 per share conservatively right now,at this current economic condition, company's strategic partnership, acquisition and future expansion & development with a true price target of over .50 in short term and long term of 1.50 per share by end of 2014!

Why the decline:

Dump & Pump Basher's trying to make a penny profit which scare the crap of many interest investors that also see what I see as a true real gem in a haystack with real cashflow, business plan, assets, and aggressive action with proof in the beginning of this post. 2. Yes, company must pay for business transaction, legal fees, promotion, and acquiring more asset and developing/expansion, etc. I already show you in the beginning of this post what Lig Asset has accomplish since this year and why they revise their core business plan to more in real estate properties and other cashflowing assets, which they have aggressively continuing. It takes money to run a business.
3. Look at the estimated comparison when Goldman reported the Market Cap, a huge decline from 3.6 million of April last year to 949.2k. Market Capitalization is define as to how many funds was bought on a daily basis in the market at that time. The Pump and Dump Basher's has brought the price per share way under the true net book value of .08 per share, but really this stock should be trading between roughly .20-.30 per share conservatively right now,at this current economic condition, company's strategic partnership, acquisition and future expansion & development with a true price target of over .50 in short term and long term of 1.50 per share by end of 2014!
4. Since April of last year when Goldman reported it had a volume of roughly 132k now for last 10 day avg. of 4 million, last volume on Friday was at 2,633,553 but mostly it's selling not buying because of the pump and dump basher's trying to make a penny profit
