Im a crowd funding investor, does anyone know about the S1, when the shares will be unlocked, or is this just a dream?
Amen to that, you got pumpers, and you got bashers, both of whom have agendas. I am pretty excited to see them team up with Schmid.
You never know, but Schmids announced too, not just hysr.

HYSR + SCHMID = Success
You should shop around, there are a lot of inexpensive testing supplies for diabetics who can't afford the name brands. It is like cars, you can buy a name brand Ford, or you can buy a generic Hyundai, for example. See if you can figure out which public company is going to own the rights to breathalyzer glucose testing, that is where the money will be in the near future.
You seem a bit nervous about your investment. It will still be 3 months or better before any SEC filings. Where is the bond? Where are the big retail contracts? Where is the buyout? Where is some news? And you are right about wondering why this isn't .25
The financing and the bond money are in that black pot over there at the end of the rainbow, see it? Right next to the Wal-Mart deal.
Please go read it for yourself if you haven't already, it is on DECN's web-site. I believe that the package is required to say what it does. If it was up to the company to print what they see fit, I don't think any restrictions would be on the package. I am sure if you buy the strips you can try them on any meter you want, you would also have to assume the risk of improper dosing if there were to be an error due to a calibration or any other issue. The FDA approved tests were performed on the meters listed in the 510k.
Straight from the 510k FDA clearance letter.
Alternative blood glucose test strips for use with LifeScan One Touch Ultra, Ultra 2, and Ultra Mini blood glucose meters purchased before July 2010 with test strip calibration codes 4, 10, and 13.
The FDA clearance letter references this date 4 times. If there was a FDA clearance letter stating otherwise, I am sure that DECN would have it posted on their web-site, and in other publicity. DECN may be trying to get FDA clearance to state otherwise, but they obviously do not have it or it would be PUBLIC INFORMATION.
You would have posted the phone # of your pharmacy just to gloat if you would have been telling the truth.
If your wife actually bought the strips at your corner pharmacy and the information you posted about the dates is correct you should have no problem posting the number for anyone who would care to call them for buying, or research. And the manner of you defend yourself by is why I am calling your bluff. I am going all in on this one.
You have put your credibility at stake Mr. S. There may be others as well as myself who would like to call the pharmacy and inquire about the genstrips.
Thanks for that info, could you post the pharmacy's phone number so I can order from them too? Their will be on the receipt.
So what you are saying is that the finance company no longer holds a major piece of the pie because the management has changed and it is now 2013? Wrong... I don't think it is a bad thing for them to own here, but it has a fishy odor about it. I would be interested in details, but don't believe they are public knowledge at this time.
That link won't get you to what you should read, just yahoo alpha credit resources llc you will see what I am talking about. I have been trading this, but I am also holding some long.

there is another that was working Friday, but now is mysteriously disabled, I am looking for another route for that one, it was up to date.
Isn't the finance company holding a substantial amount of decn common, and some type of options on preferred?
How about posting a link to a picture of this label with the July 2013 info. There is a picture of the genstrip box on amazon, but not the back of the box where the pertinent information would be.
Decn put the eggs in one basket when they "streamlined" the company, they turned this into a one trick pony. I do realize there is talk about a new product, but that remains to be seen.
I am not saying this will happen, but it could. "We have had a significant breakthrough in technology and manufacturing that has en-abled our company to substantially reduce the costs of our glucose testing products, and with respect to our loyal customers, we are reducing our prices in order to help consumers to save money" And a small company may or may not survive.
I am hoping that there is an offer also, I am not particular about who it is from. I am not so sure about getting rid of the other parts of the business, if this part was up and running profitably I could understand.
Sorry that I can't Puff it up like you do. I am calling it like I see it.
Looks to me like they are getting all of the junk out of the yard to make room for the FOR SALE sign.
There is something about calibration codes too, thanks for the info.
Thanks for the info, they are offered for sale on Amazon.
If you get some time, read back a few years. There is a lot to learn there. It all hinges on agendas.
I will try, but they really don't like me very much, I am always stirring the pot there.
You may get an answer on the Yahoo board.

Equity Committee denied May 23rd 2013 by Judge Carey.
Company plan of re-organization was approved, but common stock will cease to exist. This is a fact, check it out for yourself. www.schoolspecialty.com
Same here, I learned a lot on this one. Not too many know that I was the movant for the EC. Anyway, good luck on your ventures.
That is a good Q, I sold 100k wed @ .0899, it was a very lucky break for me and I usually don't get lucky. lol I still lost enough for an extremely nice vacation though. Very pricey tuition for a truly un-forgettable learning experience. I am now completely out of schs.
They will probably do a public stock offering after they polish this turd up a little and return to profitability in a couple of years and the dust will be settled from this. They will need Other Peoples money (stockholders) to make some acquisition that they will tout as the best thing since sliced bread. This is just a game to these people, and the law is on their side.....ever see a broke lawyer? jmo
While the shareholders take one up the old "hey don't touch me there"
I was on court conference court call, EC is denied. sorry
Get in contact with the UST, and the Judge. Go for it.
This makes me wonder who the Company's friends are. lol
Plenty of sleep depravation & heartburn @ SCHS HQ jmho.
Going into a US court is very similar to going to a foreign country. If you don't speak the language, you will not be able to accomplish a thing. I went to a city council meeting in a small community a couple of years ago and was astonished at how "British" our system is, even at that level.
