Here some serious questions for all of the posters on here who are so high on AAPT:
1)why isn't management's integrity more important to you? This company has a long history of not repaying debt, not paying employees or vendors, being levied for not remitting payroll taxes, entering into agreements and not meeting the terms, and having judgments against them of potentially over $1.5M. Doesn't any of that mean anything to you? Personally, I wouldn't be proud of having an investment in a company like this.
2) why would you believe anything management has to say? Given the severity of the problems they face, they will say anything and everything to make it through today. Period. That is as far as they can see right now. And, it's been like that for a very long time. Years. Don't take my word for it, but how else can you explain things like the constant turnover of personnel and judgments against the company?
3) what do you think is fair compensation for Barry and Lisa in 2012? Anyone know what their compensation is based on their employment agreement? Lastly, what do you think will be reported in the 10K?
I know there are a lot of questions, but I am very curious what the responses, if any, will be.
