Thanks for clearing that up. I was confused, thinking why/how the Bulgarian majority owners would sell.. and 700mil shares be absorbed through the market like the guy said. First of all, I didn't think it was that much, and what beneficial owner would sell anytime soon at these miserable prices..

I've read it multiple times and see that shares have been exchanged for services rendered. Why now the restricted shares will be absorbed.. most of the shares issued for services took place in 2012. It should have taken place long ago.

With 800mil authorized and 518mil outstanding, 750mil will have be absorbed by the market? What? I saw no info about restricted or beneficial owner selling. Can you explain what you mean by "absorbed?"

I think you're being a little too optimistic for this board. hehe. But imo IMMB just needs to keep sending out positive news.. need volume! Any volume! No one's trading IMMB.. not on the radar. Even IF the human trials prove successfull in Bulgaria, Harry would have to get the word out to move SP. Other stocks move on interest, speculation, etc. IMMB doesn't move a cent after news about successful phase 1 & 2 trials. No one is paying attention at the moment. That's either potentiall really good or really bad. Good that you could potentiall buy shares for $0.01 now and be in a nice position for the future. OR bad cause IMMB could never really rebound and go down from here.. But, going down from where it is now is just crazy imo. I don't think IMMB's true value even at this stage should be $0.0085!

Good to actually have some news! It's been months.. I guess the subject about trials being complete in the first quarters of 2015 were referencing Phase III ! Since Phase I & II are complete. Which is a nice surprise. Hopefully Phase III will have no delays.

Also, the report from IMMB says there are only 50 patients, not 100. One of the positive things that sparked my interest in IMMB was the ability for potential fast drug movement because of the affiliation with Bulgaria and EU. So I agree there.

I understand. It's fare to feel like that. I do as well. It's my opinion and thought that Harry is pretty much running this thing by himself. I mean on the report it stated Immunotech Labs has only 1 full employee. Him! I know they had news about aquiring some guys for the board of directors.. but if this thing is legit or has any potential in any way he needs to gain some staff. I can tell.. even the reports.. they're being written by Harry personally. It's comes down to whether IMMB is genuine or not. Also whether the drug and tech has potenial or not. I do feel there is legitimate tech. I can read biotalk, etc. He's not making the tech up or something.. Harry Zhabilov is a real scientist and knows what he's talking about.. when it comes to drugs and medicine at least. lol

I agree with #2. The trials in Bulgaria are still going on with 50 patients according to the Annual report published this month (if you choose to believe/trust the news from company.) It says, results are to be expected in first or second quarter of 2015 fwiw.

I agree with your points here. However, the float is not 1 mil as advertised. It's 9 mil. Which is still low and decent.

Pretty significant spread.. Someone's holding the ask at 0.06 now, which is abnormal. 75k shares have been sold at the bid of 0.0126 in the last 3 days. Idk why. Whoever's selling them has to be taking a loss.. guess they might be tired of waiting for this proposed S-1 uplisting to come to fruition.

The spread is very wide due to lack of volume.. someone sold 420 shares for some reason. 0.0121 is the bid.

I agree. I was trying to get some info on why you wouldn't want shell status history.. Hopefully these steps are making them closer to uplisting. Also someone knocked the ask down a cent again.. At 0.0286, I wish I could get more.. and I'm avg down. I jealous of anyone getting in now at a 0.0286 entry.
