That's not the point.
The point is - misleading speculative information is posted here constantly without facts to back it up. "Putting the pieces together" is not fact. Let's be real. It's all speculation and shots in the dark. If these people had the information they claim to have, they would eventually be nabbed for insider trading.
So you have insider information?
Bingo. Exactly what I was getting at.
Why do so many questions go unanswered here? And if you do get an answer, it's do your own DD.
I haven't seen a fact based answer out of any of the hype-men here in a long, long time.
To recap, the 10-k was poor because of Rotelli. But Rotelli left in April. So in 8 months, they sold about 3 thermometers.
Magically, there's going to be a name change to a $388 million dollar company and we're magically going to assume all the profits of that organization and the price is going to skyrocket to $1 overnight. And if we don't invest here, we're idiots. And IDNG has plans to grow. JUST LIKE EVERY SINGLE COMPANY THAT HAS EVER EXISTED.
Did I leave anything out?
And where is that information posted?
Oh really?
What new products are they selling?
What new properties did they buy?
I and many others would love to see some actual data.
How about compiling a list...
Can we compile a list of everything IDNG has accomplished post-Rotelli?
I'm limiting it to that timeframe since the 10-k was supposedly tainted by Rotelli's regime. Wasn't Rotelli there through April of 2014? Leaving May through December, or 8 months?
So, let's compile a list of accomplishments that IDNG has done since then. Facts only. Not speculation. Not items they're supposedly doing in the future. Things that actually happened.
(Granrock - I can't reply to PMs, but I 100% agree with you.)
It is 100% speculation & hopes.
They said they were going into medical real estate... they have not.
They said they were going to add products... they have not.
Just because it's listed as future plans in the 10K does not make it fact.
The 10K also states they do not have enough cash at the moment to continue operations. Is that also a fact?
Haven't seen volume like that in over a week.
I think we're going to need some actual news to see it again - not just speculation and cheerleading.
Would you rather...
1.) silence
2.) comedy
3.) incessant speculation based pumping?
IDNG all eternity!!!!
Because you can't spell "due DilIGeNce" without IDNG!!!!!
That sounds fantastic.
I can't wait to see the plan.
While I've been critical, I'm still holding strong.
Extremely.
Klug is a Money-Making Robot.
He never sleeps, especially when money is involved. Money he doesn't even need. Do your DD or sell your shares. IDNG all day!
Sincerely,
A truckload of sarcasm.
Don't be misleading.
It is not another company for Klug. HSM is RedHawk. Do your DD.
I'm very interested.
Me & my too many shares are very interested.
GNGR: Do something.
Nice idea - like GNGR bumper stickers
GNGR: We make chocolate. Or do we!?!?!
GNGR: Summertime and the Livin is Easy
GNGR: The Vortex - A Black Hole for your Wallet
And after we make billions...
We can educate others out of the kindness of our hearts. All day. Every day. Just wait until tomorrow. And next week. And this month. And in two to three months. And in 2015. And in May of 2016 with the 10K comes out with the real numbers sans Tortellini or whatever his name is.
Isn't this a discussion board?
Should I just say "IDNG All Day especially tomorrow" and move on?
You didn't even read my post.
You're right - it's my fault for asking educated questions. I should sell everything, put it into IDNG because not investing in it is like burning money.
There are far too many teenagers in love here.
I don't care what you post. Hoestly I don't. Because you don't post facts - you post speculation. And if everything you say comes true... well that's fantastic and I'd love it.
But in the interim, I'm going to be a realist and see that IDNG currently has no cash and at this pace, will not continue to operate. Per the 10-k.
I didn't do research?
Where did those p&s numbers come from? I obvioulsy did homework and found things that did not make sense, therefore I'm asking questions.
Answer the question with facts... I dare you.
Or you get your posts deleted.
I asked similar questions last week and my posts got deleted. If you're being 100% speculative and positive, you're doing your DD. If you're asking questions, you get "why do you own this stock?"
DD leads to both good and bad findings.
Want to talk about Redhawk?
Fact: Redhawk bought Xxtreme for $66 million.
Fact: Redhawk sold Xxtreme for $66 million.
Fact: There is no mention that Klug, Redhawk, or any of this other companies get any residual payments from the sale.
So they bought a company, put a lot of work into it, and sold it for what they bought it for. Seems like a losing proposition to me.
Redhawk/Xxtreme timeline
09/2009 - Redhawk Capital buys HMS Holdings, Inc. (name change to Redhawk Energy) HMS is a NY based shell company. It's immediately moed to Louisiana.
11/2009 - Redhawk Energy buys XZxtreme for $66M
10/2010 - Redhawk sells "Texas-based Business Units" for $66M
The acquisition of HMS Holdings has nothing whatsoever to do with the acquisition of Xxtreme.
Is there more info supporting that?
In this link: http://www.redhawkenergycorp.com/drupal/newsroom/story/redhawk-energy-sells-texas-based-business-units-660-million
The Texas holdings are sold for $66M to focus on Louisiana. That reads to me like they're out of Texas. Correct?
And based on the earlier articles, they bought the Texas holdings for $66M.
And Redhawk confirms this on their website. See below.
I'm wondering what else was in it for Redhawk. Buying and selling something for the same price while putting in the work to turn around a company seems odd. Unless they saw something in the future that would restrict growth for the holdings and they cut their losses.
So what was the gain to Redhawk?
They bought it for $66M. Made the company profitable, increased cash flow, and reduced debt. Then sold it for $66M. On paper, that looks like a lot of wasted energy by Redhawk, as they didn't profit. Did Redhawk get some additional compensation that's not listed?
They bought and sold Xxtreme for $66M.
As I posted yesterday which was deleted...
http://www.redhawkenergycorp.com/drupal/newsroom/story/redhawk-energy-announces-organizational-changes
See the recent news section on the left. Appears to be $0 profit.
How long?
Ok, quit the BS. How long until the holders have financial freedom? You seem to know so much... tell everyone. First, it was going to be the release of the 10-k. Now, it's going to be the PRs in the next 30 days.
You completely ignored the comments about the "warehouse" which is a house.
You have spun this company with little to no revenue into a cash cow. THEY HAVE ONE PRODUCT RIGHT NOW.
You're basing all your posts on the greatness of one individual. Sure, he has had great successes in the past. But, resumes only tell the success stories. How about the chances Klug took that didn't work out? Care to share any of those? Probably not, since they would probably remove him from the pedestal you'd put him on.
IDNG will give people financial freedom?
You're joking, right? It's certainly a remote possibility, but it's a long, long, long stretch. Come on - be serious. Post facts. Not outlandish claims - even for marketing. Shoot, you couldn't even truly advertise a marketing claim like that about any stock.
This board is getting so far out of control. Let's get real.
"I don't always blatantly pat myself on the back and boast in public, but when I do, I prefer IDNG"
op9171787's post ALL DAY!!!
Investment banks don't loan money for free.
How does Redhawk get compensated?
Additional issuance of shares?
I've read the 10-k, thanks.
Page 11-12 have very forward thinking statements which are entirely dependent on cash flows.
Where is the cash going to come from to finance all those endeavors?
Potential Dilution per 10-k
Plan of Operation per 10-k
Cashking - What's the address of the warehouse?
On the warehouse topic...
Am I to guess there is no warehouse that's been referenced numerous times?
I understand keeping costs down. Makes complete sense to me. But even calling the warehouse a building is misleading. It's a home. It's not a commercial property. Correct?
Or is there an address of another warehouse which I don't know about?
MNKD - Can you provide any more info about the warehouse?
Good point.
Do your DD here folks. All of it. Don't just accept supposed potential as gospel.
That "Factory" that's been referenced....
With the free rent and no overhead...
Did anyone think to look at Google Maps and see that it's not a factory?
There's a reason it's a no rent space... it's not a factory or a warehouse. It's a house. Just a house. Nothing more.

THANK YOU!!!
Man, the amount of regurgitated tidbits here is amazing. Being told that this is low risk? Incredible. I'm pretty sure Klug can walk on water at this point. I think knee pad sales went up as a result of this board.
I'm all for facts. Speculation is fine... but how much can you speculate on the same topics? As of now, they're selling thermometers. The end. How this becomes a $1-$2 stock this week is beyond me.
I hold 500,000 shares and I will continue to hold them. But sheesh... Flava Flav has a lot to learn from the hype men here.
