Klug cannot give you non-public information.
Of course he'd have a positive outlook. Of course he's going to tell you big things are in store. No CEO wants their company to fail. Calling someone who cannot divulge information is not the be all and end all of research.
Old 10-K filings?
This just came out 3 weeks ago. That's not old. That's current.
Latest revenue: $225.00
Current Debt: $1,210,000.00
Some snippets tell you far more than "IDNG All Day"
Regurgitated Tripe.
Same story, different day. Slap the ask til the 10-k... slap the ask for 15 more days... slap the ask until June 30th... If you don't invest here, you might as well burn money... Put the pieces together, it's all laid out for you... Klug is a savior...
It's amazing how educated people can become sheep, simply repeating the same junk, ignoring the real issues, overlooking all the negatives from things like the 10-k, and never actually answering a real question.
The name change... nothing. Naming someone to the company... nothing. Neither of those generate revenue. Do they have a plan to generate revenue? OF COURSE! All companies do. I can't wait to see what's next. But be realistic.
But when the company is telling you they're in debt and don't have the cash to proceed, well then you usually will ask questions and not blindly put your faith in someone based on past experience.
You can put lipstick on a pig and at the end of the day, what you've got is simply a pig.
Don't be so naive as to not ask questions. Be a leader, not a follower. Try to make sense of this. Use your own brains.
Do you really think this can go from a $2.5M company to a $250M company in 6 to 12 months? Selling what?!?!?! No matter what someone is buying and selling, no one is making that type of profit in that short of a time period. AND THEY'RE IN DEBT.
Don't forget about the dilution which could possibly occur. They're not going to risk money earned elsewhere on a company with no potential returns. That's not how accounting for businesses works. Be smart.
Don't be a sheep.
Bingo. "The foreseeable future" has nothing to do with the past.
(PS - love the messages, but can't reply.)
Risks Related to Our Overall Business Operations
From the 10-k...
So you're saying in 6 to 12 months, this company with a current market cap of about $2.5 Million will increase in size 100 fold to be a $250 Million company?
Seriously?
They sell thermometers.
What is the 15 days based on?
The great buying opportunity was before the 10k was released, so you told us. Nothing happened. What makes the next 15 days special?
Technicals?
I don't buy it. Nothing except events/news will move this stock.
A trade of ~$3,000 dropped the price 67%?
Come on.... Let's get real for a moment...
So will Crowley be issued shares?
Is this potentially another source of dilution?
I'm sure there was a similar announcement when Rotelli was hired.
When is the 8k coming out?
Dear Larry,
Amen.
Signed,
The Congregation.
You speculating again, Larry? Ha!
Man that question made me laugh. Finally, some may be seeing the forest, not just a tree.
How can someone who is not the CEO be in control?
Rotelli was done being the CEO 3/31/14.
Yes. Rotelli out as CEO 3/31/14.
Who was the CEO (or who was making the decisions) as of 4/1?
What was done during that time (4/1 through 12/31)?
Rotelli was out in April.
What happened May through December?
By reading all the posts here...
... you'd think Klug was omnipotent and omniscient. Walking on water is child's play.
Then again, there are millionaires here helping others in their apparently abundant free time who know how Klug's mind works. So who knows who is the truly all-knowing, all-powerful Oz here.
There's gold somewhere up in these hills. Supposedly. All day?
Per Google Maps, It's a House.
It's a house in a residential neighborhood.
Per the 10-k, the address of principal executive offices is:
219 Chemin Metairie Road, Youngsville, LA 70592
https://www.google.com/maps/place/219+Chemin+Metairie+Rd,+Youngsville,+LA+70592/@30.138767,-92.01609,3a,52.5y,86h,90t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sZX_cn7PMkzR_TT0tHbTqnQ!2e0!4m2!3m1!1s0x8623629c9177aa4f:0xd9fab10020a6c167!6m1!1e1
I'm doing my DD and putting the pieces together.
And besides riding Klug's past-endeavor coattails, there's nothing doing here.
And by that I mean - all supposed information has been gleaned by speculation and past history and guesses. In reality, nothing has happened. And the stock price is reflecting that.
Remember the hype about how amazing the 10-k was going to be and how the stock was going to skyrocket and slap the ask and we're all a team?
Remember how the 10-k was beyond sub-par and the entire year's woes were blamed on someone who was tossed out only 4 months into the year?
Remember how we now arbitrarily have a date of 6/30 when the stock price is going to go to the moon?
Remember how if you're not investing in IDNG, you might as well "burn your money"?
Hype, Hype, Hype...
All fluff. No substance.
Let's look at facts...
- IDNG has virtually no revenue per the 10-k.
- The 10-k was a flop. Some blamed this on Rotelli, but he left in April. There were 8 more months to do something.
- Redhawk bought Xxtreme for $66M and sold it for $66M after putting in time and effort and there is zero record of any benefits or continued payoffs beyond the sale. All Texas holdings were sold. A profit of $0.
- There is no concrete evidence of additional products or purchases which will be fore sale. IDNG sells thermometers.
- A smart businessman will not take his money and put it into a publicly traded company expecting nothing in return. That oftentimes is done in the form of stock issuance which equals dilution. There's no way around it.
- Per the 10-k, the company currently doesn't have enough cash to sustain operations.
- The "warehouse" that Klug owns where all the supposed medical devices for sale will be packaged and shipped from is in fact his home. It's not a warehouse or a building. It's a house.
Any other facts out there?
...For an infomercial....
but wait... there's more! Invest all your money here and you'll get a set of steak knives at no additional cost! You only have to pay shipping and handling and wait a month. Then another month. Then...
That's a serious post?
You're really touting this as a better AND SAFER alternative than a 401K and it has GUARANTEED astronomical returns?
There's a point where all credibility is lost. And I think someone just high-stepped over that line.
Now a new date.
First the 10-k was going to sent it to penny land.... Now June 30 and it'll be soaring...
Yawn.
Everyone is home putting the pieces together.
It takes a lot of time. Basically all day.
New Website Update 06/02/15
At least you speculation has slightly more merit, as its been mentioned by Grant before. Yours is merely wild hypotheticals.
The vortex can be used to make a wide variety of things (chocolate, candles, soaps, soups, etc.) so if marketed well, it could reach a much wider audience than you're giving it credit for.
Supposedly over 10 components of the vortex were being patented.
What about the Vortex?
LOUD NOISES AND FLUFF.
IDNG hasn't done anything recently. Whatever Redhawk did in the past is not applicable. As of now, there is no supporting information that the company will do well. As of now, all we know is that the company may be investing in new endeavors IF they have enough cash to proceed. All day etc. sounds great. Add it up. Put the pieces together. It's all there for you. Yup. Sounds great. Not facts. And annoyingly repetitive.
The level of fact based data is nearly non-existent. The level of responses to questions about facts is non-existent.
In penny land, that usually means something... P&D.
More false promises...
Financials being completed... Letter to shareholders being finalized the week of 4/21... New marketing plan on 5/27... Did I mention financials being completed, because that's been said numerous times...
Come on Grant... there are still people behind you here and supporting you. Cut the BS and follow through.
Agreed completely.
People should state it as such then. Facts are facts. Opinions are opinions. There's a big difference.
Still not a fact. Just because something hasn't happened in the past does not mean it won't happen in the future.
Hope is far different than fact.
You cannot say there will be no dilution here. You do not know that. It is not a fact. It is speculation.
Speculation again.
Which Wednesday?
But LarryBear....
They have no debits [sic]. The pieces are all there, just put them together.
