I already bought. Not bashing the stock at all, would be counter productive to my position. I am entered at these great price levels and am investing rather than trading. I just wanted to point out the disclaimer to not so seasoned traders.

I always wondered the reason they didn't PR this patent.
Now I question why they wouldn't give a short interview to the person writing this article.
CWEB is a great company just think they could be more aggressive in their public relations. It's all a part of brand awareness.
That's a healthy gap down.
I realize this. I'm in it for the long haul. I'm just pointing out how the street will react. Though Q1 we added thousands of retail locations. CBD is a rapidly growing business. We went flat on revs and burned a lot of cash. That is all the street will look at: cash burn and Q over Q gains. Not bashing, I fully support CWEB. Just pointing out the mindset of the street.
3 Qs in a row in mid 20mill for revs. Not sure the street is gonna like the relatively flat Q over Q.
Piper Jaffray initiates overweight
Let's relook at this label issue people bring up. CBD is an approved drug by GW through the FDA. Now say the FDA sets guidelines that you can't claim to sell CBD because you haven't gone through the clinical trials like GW. Where do we got then? Most companies claim the CBD front and center. What happens when they have to pull their product for this labeling? CW is the only one left in the shelf. They are ahead of the game in all aspects. Unless these companies can prove they have the same strain as and potency as GW, they are claiming an approved FDA drug as their own without FDA approval. CW...... Forward thinking.
P.S. I did have a liquid lunch with some colleges at work.
Actually they have a .02 share loss, not profitable. They show gross profits from their CBD sales but that gets demolished when they make payroll.
To talk about this stock, just like you. You said everyone that is buying CW is buying this so I had to come check it out and give my opinion of the stock. You invited me essentially. So you can thank yourself for me being here. Thank the management for the Q tho.
Already stated why I'm here. Someone states facts found in the Q and they are "riding high"? If anything I stated makes you upset you should take that up with management for putting it in the Q. To me you sound a little butt hurt that someone commented negatively on your stock and it messed up your unicorn and rainbow approach to investing.
Actually CW IPO'd making a profit. So yes they are in the same sector but fundamentally they are not the same.
Agree. And the possibility of losing a customer because they tried some junk CBD that did nothing for them. A crap product that produces zero effect may make up the mind of a future customer to never try CBD again.
On a lighter note. My wife has a grandma that is strict as all hell with liquor and drug consumption. She won't even let you bring your beer inside when at her cabin. She recently broke her hip and I was talking to her about CBD this weekend and she agreed to try it to my amazement. I bought her 2 30ml bottles of the orange blossom 17mg. Would have bought her the big bottle but apparently a couple flavors they only offer in the smaller bottles. If it works for her.... Which it will... Watch out, her word of mouth will boost Minnesota sales big time.
Depends on the context. And the context he was using was straight pumping.
Not a day trader and wouldn't touch this stock with your money.
Read the Q. They don't lease any farms. The only thing listed as being leased is the office in Florida.
Have you read the Q?
On ihub when you mention another stock on any other board it's pumping. That's what you did. Now you get the red flags pointed out.
Great marketing guys you have.... Never heard of them before you pumped them...
You can thank your board pumper for pumping this on other boards. I looked into it and saw many red flags so I thought I would point them out.
4000 retail locations and they only plant 140 acres? Hmmmm
Good luck
Lol. Ok. Have you read the latest Q and how much they have in warrants (at a very cheap price) and notes; along with only about 100k cash?
Guess your definition of solid and mine are two different things. If course I've been in this game over 20 years, what do I know.
Good luck, you'll need it, trust me
Hmmm. Good luck.
Are you concerned with the warrant conversions and notes hanging over head of this stock?
Also I only see that they have 140 acres of hemp. Is this enough to maintain supply to national chains? CW planted over 900 acres this year to handle national chains.
Between notes, warrants, limited supply of hemp (relatively speaking) and need for cash raise, I would be cautious.
Don't tell me she's gonna gap up about a buck. Must be short squeeze
Must be some ugly news coming that someone got inside wind of.
Figure prelims have to be coming soon. Interested to get a sense of how they're going to fall compared to projections.
Throwing up fake support to get bites on their ask. Too many note conversion shares to allow price to go parabolic.
I think she's gonna channel in 16-18 range till next Friday. Will close around 17.76 next Friday before it races north the following Monday.
Congrats to those, including myself, that didn't bite on the flush and used the opportunity to get more shares on the cheap. I was able to knock $6.00 of my average.
Watch your own bobber. You invest your way, I'll invest my way. If you have time to concern yourself with how I trade/invest, that's time you can spend on DD. I'm comfortably set. I don't live paycheck to paycheck. Why? Because I invest and trade smartly. Do they all work, no. As long as most most of them work out... It's all good.
I have no doubt. I bought from 18 to 22 then from 17s to 11s on the way down. I have no worries about my investment. I'm not trading, I'm buying and sitting on it.
Alex I would like "a more ambiguous post that I can claim a win on" for $500 please.
They are two different ballparks. But the investing community has yet to draw that distinction. MMJ and CBD don't trade as individual commodities at this point. They are both lumped together blanketed under the marijuana trade. As the market gains more knowledge they will decouple. But just like Bitcoin steers the direction of all crypto, there are major tickers in the MMJ sector that unfortunately have effects on CBD as well be it good or bad.
That's what I'm hoping but pure CBD plays haven't decoupled from mmj yet IMO
Looks like canopy earnings are going to drag the sector down
*passing
Lol, Congress is paying a law to have FDA crack down on unregulated CBD market. This ticker is screwed. Junk CBD won't be allowed... Next
That's where we lose all the pretenders and the real self regulated companies prevail. Great news for CWEB
Since I've been using CBD I don't get headaches any more, but if I had the option I would use willow bark if it has the same results and were available. Can you overdose on willow bark? You can on aspirin.
Look at the synthetic THC Insys developed and the safety profile that comes with; also the side effects of Marinol. Most anything synthetic has side effects that dwarf natural.
Also more of a regional market, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. Stores in MN,OH,IL,NE,PA,IA,WI,IN,KY,MO
LMAO, synthetic? So it is your belief that the people who are looking to nature for health benefits are going to supplant that product with a human engineered alternative? The health benefits of natural CBD are what draws people to it. It is allowing people to get the health benefits naturally vs the lab grown cocktails with horrendous side effects. Synthetic will never disrupt the natural CBD.
Good to see you back DY
Makes complete sense.
