These "trivial valuations"?!?
1. Let's see, you drop $1000 here at .001. 1000 shares, stay long and it hits $10 per share.
2. The massive dilution fest ceases (convertibles coming due now until 2018 currently), pps continues to slide upward, eventually hitting $10.
3. They never throw the switch on the pre approved reverse split, let's say 1 for 200. You now have all your shares way above any amount you ever imagined @ $10 PS.
4. The equity houses, whose restricted shares were NOT sliced by 200 like some prognosticated, convert at huge gains too.
Your original investment of $1000 is now worth a million $. Keep holding and buy if it dives lower.
"Trivial valuations" my foot brother. No wool over this market ram's eyes IMO. (sheep are just...sheep).
Coates is a buy at these prices but caution to all IMO.
I feel your 6 points are realistic BUT...
Exclusive the way the Chinese (or any bright group) mean to use the word, is total control and application. That means diesels, petrol, lawnmowers, the actual pump in an air compressor, outboards, aircraft engines and heaven knows what else.
That is not worth just millions or even billions.... that is literally trillions of dollars and whole national economies.
Few seem to grasp the absolute enormity of the CSRV valve system.
GC realizes this and in no way would he capitulate by pulling a Harlan Sanders move (sold his name and KFC for about $3 million.... ugh!!).
NFW. I am also sure that he has significant succession planning that will keep the potential suitors outside the gates for a long time and keep updating his patents toward currency.
This is not just business but more like a war, at least untill battery and electric motive power replace the internal combustion engine.
This will take time and huge amounts of guts and GC is not too old either. IMO
The 'exclusive' license will, in my opinion, never ever be permitted by GC.
This position put forward by the Chinese delegation is the start point of a Panmunjom (Korea) style set of negotiations. On the 38th parallel, months were burnt during negotiations just for the color of the tablecloth and the size of the table before any substantive talks were pursued.
Running out patience and the clock are part of the Chinese scheme while GC will try to make the license 'non-exclusive' world wide but with huge areas of exclusive license for certain Chinese interests. He will need a negotiator to play one Chinese interest against another to weave an acceptable web of mutual support in China for his idea of licensing.
This is a craft to be practiced and he has some very talented folks to do the bidding.
It will take months but is very doable.
I would never sell at this point, instead buy more shares as the stocks backslides for a while. A GREAT BUY OPPORTUNITY>>>> IMO
Which university?
Thanks
Even with the TV, cable and print media exposure with Zika, the mention of Cerus specifically seems to be purposely omitted. Conspiracy or not.... that sucks!!!
I have found only one article in Newsmax Health that (halfway down and buried in text) cites Cerus as a true boon to transfusion using blood pathogen inactivation, thus negating testing. I quote.....
"The agency (FDA) has also approved a pathogen inactivation technology made by Cerus Corp that kills the virus in blood platelets and plasma. The company is conducting clinical trials to show it can also kill pathogens in red blood cells."
I will enclose the link in a subsequent post here because I am afraid if I include the link, the IH folks may delete the this whole post. GLTA
Please furnish proof that the R and D is a farce.
Your words seem inaccurate. As proof of my opinion.....
Please explain in mechanical terms how the CSRV engines are a "farce".
If you cannot prove it, then the videos will continue to stand.
Many of those that post here HAVE seen and witnessed the engines running well.
Also, not only have I witnessed them running but I have the education, practical experience and business acumen to make a well informed decision that the engines are NOT a farce.
It is a FACT to my first hand knowledge, that they exist and function well. IMO
Call me an optimist (owned since March, 2009), I have a sneaky feeling that this could be over $11 on the 5th of August.
Glad you did not buy high & sell low.
You have a longer time horizon and remain solvent, as a LONG. IMO.
GC, it appears has bought $160,000 of COTE stock because it was so cheap. His comment is classic.....
“The true value of this Company and its CSRV green engine technology and intellectual property has not been realized yet, but we believe it will be soon.”
I know the man, the technology and the market.
Buy COTE and stay long.
Down to .0001
The idea of a quick Goliath PR is a nice dream.
The Chinese will milk this into mid 2017 and that time frame is because they ARE in a hurry.
Customarily the date would be out in 2020.
No Goliath, just incremental milestones folks. It will all mount up to major profit for the LONGS.
In the mean time SHIMANOMAN will be racing his short bicycle from one up, to another down, making incremental dollar bills for the IRS to scoff up on his trades.
In the meantime, be assured that the world needs the CSRV as a retrofit and a new build engine.... at least for the next 10 to 20 years, while a suitable battery is accepted by consumers.
I await the price per share dipping towards that .0001, I am in no hurry and like the the whole story that GC controls.
Smile, you know that I am correct.
Stay long, buy more and get rich (later) IMO.
A few moments ago just hit $6.52.
My question is.... Is this truly the awaited long ramp up?
This is such a pleasure to watch.
2783.... as a result of the Cel0Sci LEAPs year.
Hee Hee.
Not sure.... my GUESS is a really good chance that GC has gotten in with a company like Kohler engines USA. If so, I cannot blame GC for keeping the wraps on this for now. Absolutely no PR until after the ink was dry!!!
If this is real, it is big.
I am not saying it is Kohler. It would be similar to what I think GC would be pursuing.
Here is a link to some Kohler/Lombardini info.... I suggest read it, just to get an idea of complexity.
Just about all the major gen companies have petrol, diesel and gas engines & sets made in China.... nothing new in that statement.
http://www.powertechengines.com/Lombardini.html
Stay long COTE and buy IMO.
Might want to get a bigger dipper before consolidation at $6.
$180 million from USA Government plus $2 million raised from Swiss grant for Red Blood Cells (whole blood) pathogen inactivation in Africa.
All in about a week and CERS now has over $182 million dollars of non-dilutive assets allocated toward speeding up the process of global approval.
Pray that this is the start of a great relationship between investors and saving lives throughout the world.
My, my, my, this has been a long nap hasn't it?
Getting over $7 is akin to a "Moms" Mabley humor quote.....
(Cerus) is like pushing an old car up a steep hill...... with a rope!
Well put SL.
If COTE tanked it would be a wonderful tax write off for me.
That is why it is so much fun personally.
Technically it is a low cost major improvement to the internal combustion engine (ICE). CSRV reduces the engines cost.
It actually lends itself to production in lower tech countries because of the lack of valves, springs & cams. Each of those items require special machines. GC can ship the carbon seals alone for profit.
The rest is round stock (lathe/grind) and common casting techniques. Oh, & patent/license $.
Accepting GC's invention by elite engine manufactures would underscore the simplicity to make the engine and encourage smaller shops to jump into the market.
That idea alone gives major engine manufactures nightmares to accept GC's patents, they would underwrite their own demise AND the battery today is not up to saving their collective A$$ using the electric motor as a 1:1 replacement,,,, yet.
GC is not blind to the above facts. As Indonesia, India, China, Russia, South America and others get into the CSRV idea, the leverage of time is frustrated as an advantage to Cummins and others.
GC is sitting on this while the clock ticks, wide spread emission cheating is exposed, electrics fail to materialize, sanctions are levied on diesel ships and off road machines and third world companies flood the elite engine market with nearly as reliable IC engines.
It only takes one engine company in India (Mahindra?) to make a CSRV 40 hp diesel and the world will cave in on the elite manufactures.
War torn Japan's Honda started with a moped cycle, technical innovation and took the auto world by storm. Just one man in a twice nuked country. Facts such as that are awesome and repeatable.
Buy COTE and stay long IMO
Of course Angkor, you're right.
GC is doing exactly what he said. The LONG holders will make money.
To GC though, the more important part is that he and his invention will be vindicated to growth in the fine manure laid down by those that crumbled at the gate of prosperity.
Similar to John Paul Jones... I have not yet begun to fight (invest more).
I am having more fun with this than I could ever imagine and shall enjoy those of lack luster, repeal their hold.
Buy more COTE and stay long IMO.
When close to no bids, might buy more.
Well done. Definitely not a rookie now.
Just hang long on your purchase and you will make money.
Buy COTE and stay long!!!
Well done Mr. Stay Long when you said....
"When stating stock shares George receives are anti-dilution shares, you are correct only in reference to the SEC Form 4 issues to him and other insiders. Once he receives those shares and the SP goes down, the value of those shares as well as all other shares he has paid for also go down in value. Why not tell the whole story... unless you have an agenda?"
Absolutely concise IMO
GC was comfortably wealthy long before he ever had an inkling to delve into improvements into internal combustion engines.
It is precisely that reserve which allows him to (rightfully so) not care about me as an investor.
Therefore, without any hesitation, he can eschew the world and pursue without distraction, the goals he has set.
Cummins, John Deere and countless others have absolutely no way to cajole GC into a corner that would usually result in a cheap buyout, with a result of shelving of his patents for the next 50 years.
His invention stands to expose the engineering status quo, to the chagrin of engine manufactures everywhere.
Lastly, his invention is a black eye especially to auto and truck company executives who have no sway in GC's efforts.
I am long, totally understand his invention, back his every move and celebrate the fact he is brilliant on the drawing board, shop floor and the use of his shares.
Keep up the good work George and never give in. Buy COTE and stay long.
Sorry I am not buying in on that offer. I will wait for $1,000 yielding 10,000,000 shares (.0001).
Then await the up tick. This has been the ultimate penny stock.
GC is very smart and will definitely catch a gaggle of people with their Johnson in the teeth of their zipper.
Go COTE
GC needs independently verifiable tests for the credibility of the CSRV engines.
Bureau Veritas, Intertek and other big test labs are expensive and most often intrusive.
I might recommend someone putting a bug in GC's ear similar to HARC in Texas. Their test unit says.....
"Diesel Engine Testing Facility"
"Advanced engine control strategies and after-treatment control strategies are being developed to meet stringent emissions regulations for large diesel engines. HARC's heavy duty diesel testing lab is used to evaluate the best emissions control technologies for diesel engines used in transportation and stationary applications. Other activities for this lab include engine retrofits and in-field testing of emissions from diesel and natural gas engines."
"The Diesel Engine Testing Facility is managed by Dr. Yiqun Huang, Senior Research Scientist and Program Director of Engine and Emissions Control. The lab is capable of providing services to industry as well as other interested organizations."
http://www.harcresearch.org/work/Diesel_Engine_Testing_Facility
These folks might gladly jump all over the CSRV and help find grants that would secure testing providing real credibility.
Enough said. Buy COTE
Right ON!! StayLong.
Your facts are so right, they can't dispute that the facts are right and that IS a FACT.
Stay long and buy COTE. IMO
I am patiently waiting.
If it goes down that low, I buy.
If it goes up I hold long term.
You sure did read it and proved you were correct in your facts.
Let us see if there are really any continuous ,0003 shares coming due.
Good work Angkor.
Stay long and buy COTE. IMO

No answer why.
I just have the 'feeling' from the silence, that this time next week, will be a very positive day for COTE and all the longs.
If GC&GC have the nat-gas generator set running correctly, there will be joy enough for all. If not running correctly, a real bust.
This is exactly the period of development in which I want complete silence, no PRs and no information passed to any entity. This is critical, perilous and fraught with bugs and glitches that demand narrowly focused and undivided attention to detail.
The trials through which they are now trudging would flatten the tenacity of 99.9 percent of people.
This next week is the definition of 'indefatigable'.
Go for it GCs.
Stay long.

SOOooo... when the Cummins technician comes to Coates to set the timing, I am very sure that he/she will be in very close dialog with the Cummins Engine Development Group. In fact I am of the belief that there will be a technician and a Cummins engineer at least. Rather than just setting timing I am also sure they will have a data logger to corporate, Skype too I will throw in.
A 350 hour run and continuation onto a 500 hour run would put the wrap up about thirty days after the technician arrives. About June 10, 2016 should be news of the results. Good news IMO.
Scoffers be warned. Stay long and buy more COTE.
You nailed it!
ONCE AGAIN StayLong......
You are so very right. In my post last night I said you would get a reply but not an answer of substance, merely obfuscation and malarkey. IMO
A constant regurgitation of past incidents that have been parsed in such a way as to be offered up as negatives by the same complainers is a Fact.
Keep the good questions, that deserve good answers, coming. Well done Stay Long!!! In My Opinion

Cummins Developing Class 6 Plug-in Hybrid that Reduces Fuel Use by 50%

Cummins Inc. has been awarded a $4.5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to develop a Class 6 commercial plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) that can reduce fuel consumption by at least 50% over conventional Class 6 vehicles.
When fully loaded, Class 6 vehicles weigh between approximately 19,000 pounds and 26,000 pounds. Typical examples include school buses or single-axle work trucks.
Cummins researchers will optimize the powertrain by selecting the engine with the best architecture to use as an electric commercial vehicle range extender and by using the engine to manage the charge level of the all-electric-drive battery pack. The range extender will be integrated, using advanced vehicle controls, with the electrified powertrain and other applicable technologies. The system is similar to the drivetrain of other PHEVs, such as the Chevy Volt.
Researchers aim to demonstrate improved fuel consumption, driveability and performance, regardless of environmental conditions.
Cummins is partnering with PACCAR on the project, and the full team includes representatives from The Ohio State University, National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory.
“The close integration and control of the electrified powertrain with an appropriately selected engine is critically important to developing a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle system,” says Wayne Eckerle, vice president of research and technology at Cummins. “We believe that through the team’s efforts, we can soon make these innovations commercially available, which has the potential to translate into substantial savings annually per vehicle, helping our customers and the environment.”
The reduction of fuel consumption will be met or exceeded during a wide-range of drive cycles designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of commercial fleet operators. The fuel reduction goals will be achieved through the use of an electrified vehicle powertrain, optimization of the internal combustion engine operation and other technologies, including intelligent transportation systems and electronic braking.

No scam PICTURED here by Coates
http://www.coatesengine.com/media.html
but there are folks that simply lost a ton of money and bet the store they own, on personal bad investing methods. I feel sorry for them, it is indeed troubling.
On a brighter note I saw the following points of interest that show incredible positive direction of the natural gas, spark ignited engine using CSRV....
1. New hemispherical 6 pistons to replace flat top pistons for better compression and heat control.
2. New intake casting for the water pump at the front of the engine.
3. New belt tension idler added at the engine front.
4. New large casting to support the chain drive from the camshaft rotation to the CSRV head sprocket.
5. New head castings completely machined.
6. Previous oil galleys in Cummins head plugged (not needed).... no oil in head, period.
7. New fan support bracket for future upgrade.
8. Custom water cooling circulation scheme for new heads.
There is actually much more in the pictures not described here, their work is flawless
The setup to the date of the last picture shows that the top of the heads, the valve cover, has yet to be shown as added. That would only be after the CSRV valve shafts have been laid into place.
Doubters can say what they want but GC and son have proof of their work... doubters only have misquoted fact and conjecture. To them, reality sucks. IMO
Whoops!
The pictures I mentioned are not of a diesel but instead are pictures of a natural gas (probably spark ignited) engine.
Although rare, full domed pistons were used on natural gas engines by Onan and Cummins and a few others.
The Coates CSRV setup allows not only the replacement of the old poppet valves but should allow some very good changes that the domed piston might not have allowed with the poppet valve.
Interesting to see what GC & GC can, could, will do with that design.
Stay long.
You nailed that idea!
I am looking real hard at the .0016 area to break down a bit.
Did not quite make that number a few months (?) back.
As news and PRs dribble out and confusion fills the voids, the stock price will inevitably and regrettably fall.
Just for kicks and giggles I noticed a few Coates technicalities in the current pictures under Media on the seventh row of the Photo Gallery (beneath the truck pictures). There are three pictures of the diesel CSRV engine with two of the pistons (#1 & #6) up in the top dead center position.
If one of those 3 pictures is magnified a few times, you can impress your engine geek friends by showing them a fully hemispherical/dome piston with no valve reliefs milled into the surface. It may take them a few looks to figure out the oddity. The really smart folks will get a bit chatty. Try it out and let me know how it goes.
For those not of the mechanical mind set. A pure hemispherical/dome piston is very rare without valve reliefs. Without the reliefs the poppet valves would have interference, getting crunched by the piston, stopping the engine..... definitely not good.
Stay long and buy at these low prices IMO.
For all those not acquainted with exactly what and how the CSRV (Coates Spherical Rotary Valve) is and works, here is a bit of video I cobbled together from several sources. My video is about 1.5 minutes and credits the two original video posters/creators.
Good to see you back Floored.
This is historically significant and a good laugh too.

The wrap-up of the court
..........
The judge entered an order on September 26, 2006, which required plaintiffs to produce certain documents and materials by October 4, 2006. The judge entered another order on September 26, 2006, which required plaintiffs to return the Ford Mustang to CIL by October 15, 2006. This order also provided that, in the event plaintiffs wanted to test the Mercedes-Benz, they were to advise defendants and the court by October 4, 2006 "whether or not [plaintiff's expert] is able to test the vehicle and what specific mechanical devices he needs to complete testing of the vehicle." Thereafter, plaintiffs did not inform the court or defendants that they wanted to conduct further tests of the Mercedes-Benz.
The judge entered an order on September 29, 2006, which required, among other things, that Neff be deposed by October 16, 2006 and Sommer be deposed by October 31, 2006. Plaintiffs were ordered to return the Mercedes-Benz to CIL within fifteen days. Plaintiffs also were ordered to furnish their expert reports by October 30, 2006. In addition, defendants were required to provide their expert reports by December 15, 2006, and the depositions of all experts were to be completed by January 15, 2007. The order designated February 15, 2007 as the new discovery end date.
On October 31, 2006, Coates and CL moved pursuant to Rule 4:23-2 to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint and suppress Sommer's answer and defenses to the third-party complaint with prejudice. In a certification submitted in support of the motion, Mr. Wolf stated that he had attempted to schedule depositions for Neff and Sommer on various dates in October 2006 but counsel for Neff and Sommer did not respond, and Neff and Sommer did not appear for their depositions. In addition, Mr. Wolf asserted that the court had ordered plaintiffs to produce certain documents by October 4, 2004, and plaintiffs had not done so. Mr. Wolf also stated that CIL's automobiles and engines had not been returned by October 15, 2006, as required by the court's order.
The judge heard argument on the motion on January 19, 2007, and filed a letter opinion dated January 22, 2007, in which he noted that Mr. Wolf's assertions were uncontroverted. The judge stated that plaintiffs and Sommer had not explained why they did not comply with the court's orders. ........

Interesting reading indeed Hulk! Another example of CSRVtesting that could not find anything wrong with the CSRV technology. In fact, they did not even return the CSRVMustang and CSRVMerc engines to CIL/Coates by the court-ordered date.
Wow. They spent all that money trying to prove the CSRV tech was bunk, had the tech in their hands to test for prolonged periods, and basically could not disprove the tech. Case closed.
lol Now if THAT is not independent testing of CSRV tech, I don't know what is. It is in fact, prejudiced testing, the worst kind, stacked against Coates, and it fell flat on its face.
Patience is a virtue. Bringing this tech to market takes time. That is, like it or not, the simplest explanation (Occam's Razor).
YEP, PARTS ARE IN.

We are now putting plans in place with back-up suppliers so that when production ramps up, we will not be dependent on one source. Parts and supply agreements will have late delivery penalties included. The company is making good progress with its business plans. Over the next couple of months, we expect major progress will be achieved which will enhance the Company’s market value.”
Stay long, buy more COTE and try not to gloat in May. IMO
Big day March 8, 2016, see if CERS brings any current quarter earnings into their report.
