QPRC Settlement win against the company that owns Men's Wearhouse and Joseph A Banks!
About Tailored Brands.
8K yesterday was a bit confusing so I want to share my understanding of it.
It looks like ETFM president, Vik Grover gave ETFM 210 million shares of PTOP and he got in return 400,000 restricted Preferred shares of ETFM. This is a good thing for ETFM as they get the proceeds from the PTOP shares but the shares of ETFM are restricted. I expect for a year due to rule 144.
This is from the agreement
They are talking about the proceeds from selling the PTOP shares
The Claimant in the document is Sahara Energy Resources Ltd. So again how does that relate to GEECF which is Sahara Petroleum Exploration Corp??
Yes GEECF is Sahara Petroleum Exploration.
The company you are talking about is Sahara Group which is not the same company. What make you think they are related?
I don't see any connection between the GEECF subsidiary, Sahara Petroleum Exploration Corp. and the company you are talking about in this post, Sahara group.
Can you explain the connection?
Also, the lawsuit judgement was for $277K not $4 million.
This is from when he took over ETST back in 2013. I'm sure he has added more to his resume since then.
Looks like the new RGLG President is the former president of ETST. This is from an ETST 10Q.

You'd think but I try to overestimate. So many things going on with QPRC it's hard to keep track!
I'll post this public for everyone. I'm always glad to see people wanting to learn!
If you have a large position in a stock putting the whole position up in one block on the ask can stall a run. That can scare people into selling and then your sell doesn't go through and the price goes down and you end up selling lower. If you break that sell up into smaller blocks and put them on the ask at different prices then it is much more likely to get filled at the higher prices. You will have a couple extra trading fees but those are covered easily by the extra money you make from selling at higher prices.
Who is it that keeps putting up large asks on QPRC? I'm being serious when I say that I would love to have them reach out to me so I could explain to them how to exit a position.
New 52 week highs and the Major news has not even started yet!
Thank you for the kind words! QPRC just keeps getting better. People are starting to realize what is going on here.
QPRC just uplisted to OTCQB!

QPRC lawsuit against sharp Claims construction started. This is prep for the Markman hearing. This seems early for claim construction but I'll take it.
Congrats to whoever grabbed shares when some idiot decided to market sell. I checked the courts no reason for a sell. So many major catalysts to come for QPRC
Great to see QPRC already filing lawsuits with the new subsidiary M-Red. These 2 lawsuits against Acer and MediaTek are only using 3 of the 68 patents in the portfolio.
Definitely more to come. Just keeps getting better!
It has said that since 2016
QPRC just tweeted great news about the JC Penney case! I've never seen them mention a defendant in a tweet. Maybe they are going to be putting out more detailed info when they can.
$QPRC subsidiary CXT Systems v J.C. Penny - motion to dismiss is DENIED.

Obviously, things are going pretty well if they felt they were in a good enough position to buy their biggest patent portfolio yet. 68 new patents
Maybe they will be buying more patents. I can't wait to see what companies the new subsidiary M-Red will be suing for infringement. They acquired the patents on March 15 so they've already had a month to prepare lawsuits.
Markman hearing dates are all listed in the 10K that came you yesterday afternoon.

Good example. It is a very common time for settlements to happen. Again, every case is different but with all the lawsuits and so many Markman hearings coming up I like our chances or seeing new settlements.
That one was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Semcon hasn't refiled in a new jurisdiction yet so I left that one off for now.
I'm thinking it will need updating again very soon with lawsuits filed by the new subsidiary and their 68 Patents.
Often these cases settle before or shortly after a Markman hearing. Of course it is not a definite thing and Amazon may be tougher than some of the rest but regardless, the Markman hearings if not settled before, give us a very good look into the case and how the judge is leaning.
