Ii'm sure the company is going bankrumpt over there just like they did over is United States especially when you have the same people ruining it that wad ruining it over here when hours start getting cut like tech suppourt and studio hours that should tell you something when they tell you everything is okay and not to worryyhey are losing these are all the things we heard over here I was a high volume studio they cut my hours from 72 to 56 then 44 then 38 then 32 then 28 hours per week over a 3 month period they told us it was temporary but it wasn't I got a call at home at about 9pm telling me the company was bankrumpt and not to go to work the next day thank God I paid off my house and car
About the pictures customers can view their pictures its okay till they relize they are cheaper on line then in the studio do it will start to hurt your sells then they will start emailing. Customers free stuff. Free 16x20 free10x13 etc. If your hours start getting cut and lots of studio closes start wording my life is much better now I've gone back to school I have about7 more months of school before I graduate nh life is not as stressful as it was when I was working and I'm in college full time. My husbands wording of things is good enough they will never come again my husband is a security gard we have plenty of friends that are cops trust me they know I use to get approached onmy days off if I was in walmarts or somewheres else shopping and some would ask if there picturecare in I would say I don't know I'm. If your do your surf on Sunday you are suppose to get it on Wednesday I try to do mine every Sunday but I usually have to call on Monday and have them put it in manually I'm usually on hold anywheres from 45 minutes up to 2 1/2 hours does anyone else have this much trouble

I started filing partial unemployment whennmy studio went from 60 hours a week to28 that why I was already getting mine

I quit answering my home phone and answering the door it only took once of caling my husband answering phone and only once coming to my house my husband was home they never came back and sent someone elsecto pick up pictures from studio my husband is the type my off time is my off time and you don't call me at home about work if your a customer and you don't come to oh house my husband not a mean person but he does get his point accross and makes the others wishing they hadn't called if it was an associate he was fine with that but not customers on my time

I have already started getting my unemployment chechs also we still have dental insurance I two app. tomorrow with my dentist because I have to get three filings one onleft. I just wanted to let you know I read about you having a disabled child and not being able to get any help I'm gonna tell you some things to try I was a single parent of 3 children. If your not marriedto your child's father go to your local child support enforcement office if they start sueing for child support you will get 15% of his income plus he will have to put your child on his insurance threw the company he works for if his company does not offer insurance then your child should be able to get a state medical card and it will.pay for his visits can take up to 45days to get appproved but sometimes they will go back and pay medical bills for the last 90 days also if your child is disable have you tried going to the social security office and getting a check for his disability and they will also give him/her either Medicaid or Medicare to pay for is doctor appt. and prescriptions. If you are with the child's father because you have no income or insurance right know you should be able to get one of those cards for your child. I hope this information helps you I know waiting 45days seems like a long time but if you get the help and the medical bills paidthen its worth it. And if you apply for Food Stamps then they will probably try to help you to get Medicaid or Medicare or in some States its called LaChip. I hope this information can help you. And there is the possibility that you child can stay on this till they turn 21 as long as they are in school or c. ollege. I'm not trying to get in you business or tell you what to do but when I was a single parent I didn't start receiving child support till my youngest was 8years old i had to carry him to court in those 6 years I had received about $50.00 but when I took himto court she was able to get a medical card she is 18 and still has her card she is going straight to college in our town after graduation in a few weeks as well as myself. As parent's we have to try to help each other with any information we can no matter how great or small it may seem

I just called my walmarts we can not go in there and deliver there pictures or burn them a Cd it is called tresspassing and stealing my walmart told me they would not let me do it you can lose your chance for unemployment benefits trust me I was going to go and burn a Cd for all of my customers so they would have something. I am so pissed and upset I know most of my customers on a personal basis and now I no I will hear I never got my pictures but I did try to get everyone of then to get the Cd only about 4did not the pictures are not going to sears because sears is closing dozen also the only division that is staying open is canadain sears

No one really knows the way it breaks your heart when you know that today is your last day and then there is your last session I thought that if the company went bankrupt I would be able yo handle it and it would be okay it not how you would image it to be and others that are closing that I am friends with feel the same way we have been lied to we should have been given more then 2days notice that we were closing I'm. This is for oaps we hive everything ad haven to this company we work Easter Mothers day fathers day fourth of July halllween Christmas eve. New years eve new years day most. Companies are closed on these days so there employees Can spend that time with there family we are open on those days and sm are expected to work those days it doesn't matter to the company that as parents we are missing out on a lot of our own children milestones I don't see RD DM or even board members saying. We are going to let you have this day off I will work your studio for you go be with your family and you will get your HOLIDAY pay for it as well or how about how corporate office is closed on these days so we do work our buffs off and take a lot of crap from customers who get upset about whatever to corporate Lying to us. The lying to us seem to be a regular thing now but they constantly say we will tell you the truth about everything. Were was the truth when they shut down these studio 2days notice please even people who get evicted get more then2days notice. I am not happy that my studio is closed but I am happy that this is the first Easter that I will have off in 5 years I'm going make the best.

Today was my last day also it was very sad lots of customers wanting last minute pictures it was very depressing knowing that today was my last day other than cleaning and packing up a few days next week I probably will not be on here as much now that I will be unemployed and going to school I have read everyday but did not start posting till last nite this board has been helpful to me and let me know that my store was going to be closing before I was actually told by our DM's. walmarts new before. My temp rm said they were going to close a lot more pumps and Cpi talked them out of closing so many at one time that leaves me to believe there is a second closing coming plus they haven't paid the lease in about seven months may June November and December 2012 January February and march 2013 there is no one who is going to let you stay somewheres and not pay your debt you don't pay hour phone bill they cut it off you don't pay your light bill they cut it off you don't pay your rent for your house or apartment you get an eviction notice that what we got a notmal eviction notice I think you have like 15 days to pay or move we didn't even get a weeks notice if they don't come up with the lease fees all studio will be closed that just common sense I not saying anyone is stupid I'm. think about this tgey closed 110 studios in January. Now march and its 383 or about that many and I think in Canada it was 600. Not many studio left to pay off $98 million debt and Cpi asked for some studio not to be closed because of all the chorus that it would cause to do so many at one time so in about a month or so there will be some more closing and I really hats that for the ones that are left. My studio is in Louisiana. And it is also closing while the sears is staying open and is in worse shape than my studio ever was they give away way to much stuff free its like the welfare.
