Of course! Thanks.
Excuse my ignorance; what does NDA stand for?
The disclaimer about viability appears on virtually all financials issued by penny stocks. With TEWI I see a real company with a real market, making a real effort to build the business.
The 10k is out
Wow, 12 touts on this morning's campaign. Maybe something will happen.
They're always 'investigating' or 'planning' or 'seeing opportunity'. I wish they would actually do something instead of just talking about it.
I think CHLO know exactly how penny stocks work!
If my memory serves me, the multi-tout pump early 2013 lasted at least 2 days. There are 6 touts on today's campaign so I'm guessing it's going to last the week.
PR usually precedes a pump campaign. I'm hanging on for the next pump, but going by what happened in October last year, I don't expect miracles.
Because there was a massive pump campaign going on!
They filed the 10Q to prolong insiders' money making potential. They know investors are still hanging on in there and that some are gullible enough to 'average down' and keep buying, even when there's no sight of financials.
This is dire. I've held CHLO throughout 2013 but my optimism is now gone. Even a pump campaign didn't move the PPS late last year so I don't know what will now. This is just too far gone; even if the grossly late 10Q for quarter 3 is filed, it would have to be stupendously good to move the price. Think I'm bailing very soon.
That's what they said earlier this year. They sure do pick dodgy auditors.
I think you have to accept these situations when you trade in the OTC. Late/non filings come with the territory. We all stay invested for the upside…when/if it comes.
I'd like to see CHLO do something with the cash they have on hand. Earlier this year they announced that they were looking into building their own warehouse facility; it would be good to hear some more about this project and if the economic data out of China continues to improve, maybe we will.
So I'm still hanging on in there.
Agreed. It's just procrastination, for what purpose we can only guess.
Strange that it's been a month since those figures were reported though; why would it take that long for the PPS to slide? I think the fall is simply down to lack of attention and $$$$'s being diverted towards more high profile stocks. I'll wait until final year reports before considering a sale.
I think that 8k is sending the message that the 10Q is going to be delayed.Again.
Didn't think CHLO could get any murkier. They're full of surprises aren't they; changing auditors again? Even if they do put out PR, why believe anything they say?
Why? Justify your comment please!
MHCI and AWE according to the site.
My mistake; I looked on pumps&dumps.com.
Who is the promoter then?
I guess APS lost a lot of believers after XUII
Maybe that accounts for CHLO's slow performance today?
This is interesting. CHLO isn't behaving how most APS promos behave, but I for one prefer a slow climb to crazy rocketing. I am puzzled by the promo starting on Friday though.
Can anybody who received the promo email tell me if this is a compensated pump?
The usual pre-quarter games, don't you think?
Depressing. We can only hope that the dilution is the run up to a pump.
I'd like to think it's because they're still planning the warehouse project, but more likely because it financially suits the insiders not to. They don't make financial decisions for our benefit.
Interesting to note that the recent pre-10Q rise of 60%+ also happened in March for the same reason - the anticipation of positive financials. I'm holding on the basis that I might get a 60% rise again in September...but I'm not banking on it.
Couldn't have put it better myself.
I have been in and out of CHLO all year; made some, lost some. There's only so much $ to go around though, so without attention from market makers and yes, the pumpers, even relatively sound stocks like CHLO don't move much. The skill is to buy low and wait for the next round of attention to focus on CHLO imo. It will happen. Just not sure when!
I'm also holding TEWI with the same outlook.
That was during the pump promo in January 2013
I hope you're right DRspin. CHLO can be extremely uncommunicative but I've made some money with them in the past so I'm looking to get back in this week below 0.01. Interestingly, there has been much activity with CNCT recently and in the past, this has often presaged movement on CHLO.
I think we were always aware of the debt issue? It's good that TEWI are handling the situation and steadily increasing revenues. Yesterday's dip was likely caused by sellers who had been hoping for a rise on the back of positive financials, and maybe a promo campaign. But I still see value in this stock as I was never in it for the short term, and I would much rather have steady growth than wild spikes.
The run to 0.17 in February was due to a 2/3 day promo, as I recall. I think it was a Darth Trader promo, but there were probably a few newsletters on it at the time.
Because it's still in the ground...
TRLR pumped again by Global MM? Is that the third time this year now?
Plenty of shares to go round though...$395 million!
Get in and out fast IMO
Sorry for your loss guys. Looks like this was a P&D par excellence. Who was doing the pumping?
It did?
That surprises me since I owned CHLO at that time and I would definitely have sold at 0.10.
The last successful pump was January to my recollection, when the PPS peaked at 0.16.
Pennyland has moved on to pastures new. And economic data out of China is disappointing. CHLO needs stupendous news or another pump to draw attention and move the share price again. That might happen if the 2nd Q is promising, but on recent experience, that won't be until July/August as CHLO are habitual late filers. JMO.
Volume but no movement. What gives?
Thank you Mike! Keep banging that drum for TEWI!
Looks like late reported disposals made in March by CDII. Old news.
Exactly. That's how to play these pennies; most run for 1 day, some for 2, very few for more than 2. Get out when you're holding a profit at the EOD. You might end up kicking yourself but more often than not you'll be glad you did.
