I believe what you found is fake because if this were true it would be on multiple news links including Yahoo finance , so I think this is bogus...
GOOD WILL EXPLAINED WHAT MEANS FOR AURORA... In this video explains Goodwill in regards to Aurora and what it means if Aurora can grow its revenue and the assets acquired remains valuable , and increase their revenue and value there will need be no need for a write down.. The negative regard for Goodwill is if company (A) aquires Company (B) and Company (B) is no longer valuable and is no longer creating Revenue then it must be wrote down.... As explained in this video the Cannabis industry is one of the most rapid growing industry and hot sector so there is light in the tunnel but it's question of how quick sales and policy change in Canada and around the world happen... because the main thing to avoid a negative Goodwill writedown is increased sales revenue of the company..
Myself I just add... Warren Buffett if it's a good company the stock price will soon follow.... Also dropping your average is a good thing.. Buying at multiple prices is also good.. But my personal opinion nothing wrong with buying in the 2s and if by some miracle it drops below 2 in 2020.. Have a little money sitting there to load up.. This industry is still in its infancy and I'll tell you what if something crazy happens next year like the United States just goes ahead legalizes cannabis buckle up.... but far as buying at these prices absolutely it's called building a position...
Aurora Cannabis Inc. will make gummies under its Drift and San Rafael brands available for sale in flavours such as pineapple and blue raspberry and packaged with five pieces at two milligrams of THC each. It will also sell caramel and chocolate squares, chocolate truffles, mints, cookies and vapes, all with various amounts of THC.... https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/pot-firms-expected-to-start-low-and-go-slow-with-cannabis-2-0-products-1.1362352

The longer you invest in stocks and look at blogs and analysis articles you'll see they really don't mean anything.. Because they'll write three positives four negative ones some will have done research some have absolutely no idea what they're talkin about.. Some they've done no research they don't know anything about the company and just spew out an opinion or clickbait if you will the author gets paid for every click.. So basically like many things in life read it take it with a grain of salt.. If you find it useful use it , if not treat it like the trash and throw it out.... I find it rather amusing myself stock analysts and bloggers it's like they're bipolar when things are good they'll bash the crap out of stock clear manipulation.. When things are bad it'll be a mixed bag they'll post some positive , they'll post some negative or if they're just completely trying to destroy the stock everything you read will be bad , and then they'll be some major event a huge partnership or news release and they're all change their tune all simultaneously it really is disgusting to watch but the manipulation is as plain as day...
It's called stock manipulation that's why Aurora has been in huge demand institutions have been loading up shares at these bottom-feeding prices....Even the FDA got in on the act they put out research that showed organ damage only if you were using massive doses of CBD they didn't do testing on CBD using the appropriate dose... You think they didn't know what they were doing course they did cause the market to drop quite extensive... The powers-that-be say that's good enough that's cheap enough we'll go ahead load up..

AURORA DETAILS ON GERMANY.. During his presentation at the Las Vegas conference, Battley was asked by an audience member to elaborate on the “proprietary step.”
Battley explained that it is a process to ensure the quality of the products, specifically microbial levels.
“We realized we needed a permit,” Battley said, adding that “obviously, we’re a little red faced on that. Nobody likes an operational hiccup.”
He was referencing the special permit that’s required to distribute irradiated medical cannabis products in Germany.
Aurora’s spokesperson said products for the German market are sourced from a European Union Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-certified facility and “undergo a proprietary sterilization process, called e-beam, which does not affect the efficacy or quality of the product.”
The spokesperson also confirmed that all the Alberta company’s product sales have been “temporarily paused” in Germany, including extracts.
At his Investor Intelligence appearance, Battley estimated “it’s going to take about four weeks” for Aurora to get the required permit. He also expressed confidence the company will “win” the German market after resolving the permit issue.
The spokesperson said Aurora anticipates restarting sales “in the very near future. ”https://mjbizdaily.com/aurora-details-why-it-was-forced-to-temporarily-stop-medical-cannabis-sales-in-germany/
Keep me posted... Lol...
Equals what point for you....
It's quite hilarious when the price was at 9 and $10 people we're complaining... Some were wanting cheaper prices and asking where the bottom is.. Now that the prices has fell quite significantly and shares are extremely cheap people are worried that it's going to continue to declined they're talkin about Panic selling.. Makes absolutely no sense.. Many bought above $8 and they wouldn't sell because they were greedy and thought the price is going higher and now that the price has dropped significantly they want to sell for a loss instead of adding to their position and waiting for value to increase... Experienced Traders investors know when things are absolutely awful and many are posting negativity vigorously daily and things look very Grim that's when you buy!!!! Cuz odds are that's the bottom.... Warren Buffett buy when others are fearful!!!l Things look pretty scary around here.... Load up even if it drops below 2 buy some more the reversal is coming and we will see $10 again..Shares bought in the $2 range look good at 10 and all it takes to put the stock there is Major news release of a partnership or huge Revenue being filed.. Want it be a pity for those who sold.. When a Major partnership with a u.s. corporation is released and they sold all their shares won't that be terrible...Lol.. it's coming..

(LINK) FDA research is flawed damage only occurs when CBD is taken in mass doses that's the way it was tested. Also taken in regular doses CBD is no more harmful than a cup of coffee.. Quote from the Article: When the FDA calls out liver injury and male reproductive toxicity risks of consumption, it fails to note that these risks only appear at dose concentrations equivalent to 1,400-3,500 milligrams of CBD,” Singer said, pointing out that the average labeled CBD serving size in many sold supplements is around 20 milligrams. “That’s like saying ‘drinking coffee is dangerous,’ when the data actually indicate drinking 70 cups of coffee is dangerous. Investor Danny Moses the man who inspired the film The Big Short is long on cannabis... Moses gained fame thanks to the 2015 release of the Oscar-nominated film “The Big Short,” based on Michael Lewis’ book, which depicted the role Moses and his colleagues played in predicting – and capitalizing on – the collapse of the U.S housing market and the credit bubble in 2007-08.
Now, Moses is largely focused on cannabis investing, which he sees as a “Big Long” play. https://mjbizdaily.com/big-short-film-subject-danny-moses-offers-marijuana-investing-insights/

Thank you Chessmachine your input as always is appreciated and your post. You are an asset to the board and a straight shooter.. thank you sir..
A over view of the Aurora cannabis situation... Aurora had a very impressive Qtr filing of 98 million but Aurora did miss Guidance by 1.1 which was very negative for the stock and not delivering on guidance that Aurora management stated.. Then the following quarter Aurora earnings were catastrophic showing a major Decline in sales.. Any individual that has run a company or small business knows that everything is not perfect all the time.. Problems do arise mistakes are made and as time goes on Aurora will continue to sell cannabis as it's doing in Canada the issue in Germany is temporary it has terrible timing of course.. But if you look at Aurora's track record this it's not very bad from the course of time that they've been operating... Future positive for the company eventually Aurora is going to release the news of its u.s. entry and the details of that.. The Edibles are going to be sold in the near future which will create more Revenue with more products available bringing more money to the table and more money will be able to remedy debts and cost which is positive.. Also you have to remember marijuana has only been legal in Canada for a little over a year think about how long that alcohol has been sold in the United States.. Think about how many years tobacco has been sold in the United States and cannabis is a product that definitely compete with both alcohol and big tobacco.. Today and the current situation does not define the future of the Cannabis Market or Aurora as a company... As time goes on governments globally will change cannabis policy this will be an international product.. and all the rhetoric and short-sightedness of sum will equal losses because you will be convinced to sell by people that don't care about anything but themselves... Lawsuits great companies have dealt with litigation and live to see a brighter day.. Aphria was attacked by short-sellers causing litigation and lawsuits that dragged the stock down tremendously only to see the company recover to be one of the top companies.. GW Pharmaceuticals was one of the biggest cannabis cocompanies in it's day I seen it go from $9 to a 130 and it had lawsuits and litigations only to see greater highs and better days.. Microsoft Bill Gates everybody knows his great company went through litigation lawsuit even by the government look where it's at today.. Don't let short-sightedness ruin a possible good opportunity for yourself and your family... Something to remember Aurora is one if not the number one largest cannabis producer in the world that's not to be said lightly.. Here are some links of the great companies that I mentioned and the lawsuits that they endured and now are still in business today.. https://beta.windsorstar.com/news/local-news/aphria-appoints-review-committee-amidst-allegations-it-is-a-massive-shell-game/wcm/a81db6e3-1676-437b-b7dc-4d961f54c5bc/amp/ https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2016/01/21/803838/0/en/Pomerantz-Law-Firm-Announces-the-Filing-of-a-Class-Action-Against-GW-Pharmaceuticals-plc-and-Certain-Officers-GWPH.html https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/08/microsoft-antitrust.asp
How many shares do iinstitutions own of Aurora cannabis 12%.. Video by Departures capital..
Institutions own 12% of Aurora and Retail investors own 84% of Aurora cannabis.. Aurora Cannabis already has institutions on the share registry. Indeed, they own 12% of the company. This suggests some credibility amongst professional investors... The general public, mostly retail investors, hold a substantial 84% stake in ACB, suggesting it is a fairly popular stock. With this size of ownership, retail investors can collectively play a role in decisions that affect shareholder returns, such as dividend policies and the appointment of directors. They can also exercise the power to decline an acquisition or merger that may not improve profitability... https://simplywall.st/stocks/ca/pharmaceuticals-biotech/tsx-acb/aurora-cannabis-shares/news/how-many-aurora-cannabis-inc-tseacb-shares-do-institutions-own/
No problem...
At what price...I was thinking that it was a million Canadian dollars value... when I read the proceeds was close to million Canadian... don't get me wrong I've been here a long time and I've been long on Aurora but Cam cashing in a million Canadian dollars worth of shares that piss me off.. I can understand that in light of the house fire... but still if it was a hundred thousand sold at eight or nine that's a good chunk of change just to weather a house fire... not to mention what the homeowners insurance paid him..I mean yeah you have a house fire cash in shares worth a million Canadian dollars that's real good way to treat you investors cam still douchebag..
