Yes, I agree with whatever it is you were trying to say??????
ther it goes again with vol went across my screen about 21 ties then again about 10 and ye we show only 3 mil called scottrade again to find out but then they started the day over again on charts at 0932 prrm what is going on its the only stock doing this with scotrade
That would be great if the spin-off was priced at $1.00, BUT:
Let's round-off and say there is 200M shares outstanding of EZTO at Friday's close of .02 (actually .0211). So the market cap is $4,000,000. The spin-off would be 100M shares, and at $1.00 that would be a market cap of $100,000,000, a $96,000,000 increase on that part of the investment alone. Even if ALL of the value of the company was in the spin-off, it would trade around the .04 level, not $1.00. Let's keep our prediction's realistic and maybe other investors will think that this is a SERIOUS company.
PS: Daytraders ignore this post. Anything can happen over the very short term.
3) spin off EZ2date at $1.00 per share. Remember we get 1 for every 2 owned here
Another interesting thing, is why is there a "SEARCH" button in the green bar when the searches are right below it. Somebody missed some details there.
I blew up the picture. The date is Aug 26, 2005. I can't read the time, but it looks like 15:38:47.
As you can see, everything above the line with the date and searches has been replaced with the header from the auctionmills site. The new "angled" picture, replaces a little more of the top part, but it looks like the same screen shot.
You're right, they changed the picture. It was straight on and you could read all of the PR's listed on the right. It was all of the ones from ez2auction. Also, the original picture is still available at
http://www.auctionmills.com/images/deals/AuctionMillsAuctionsEZ2.jpg
Note the ez2 in the name. And look at all the ez2 PR's down the right side.
Are you blind? Does the software come with built-in PR's saying "PROMOTE YOUR AUCTION" and "WIN AN iPod".
This clearly is the ez2auction.com site. Either there is some kind of partnership or there is some sharing (permitted or not) going on.
I believe it says "current auctions" just like it is on the center part of the page.
Did you note the name of the picture at the AuctionMills site?
It is http://www.auctionmills.com/images/deals/AuctionMillsAuctionsEZ2.jpg
Also, if the follow the links to their EBay store, it says the store has been closed.
This concept in already here. It's called the futures market. Buy today, sell tomorrow. Same risks as the stock market.
I should have traded some future options.
Not sure what is more pathetic; the stock price or the postings on this board?
Just so some of you don't wear out your calculators, there are 5558 items on the auction site, 4642 by EZDISTRIBUTING. 26 items with a bid from 7 different bidders.
Oops, I was responding to blukky about the number of auctions on ez2auction, not the numbers you were citing.
I use an atual tool. Keyword selector tool. I work for an internet advertising company, I know this stuff.
The real number is 5602 right now. Please get this correct. Many items are listed in two categories that does not mean 2 auctions. Just click the search button and see how many pages of 20 auctions there are. That's a lot easier than adding up all the categories and coming up with an inflated number.
Only 3679 items, monkeybiz
got 26 out of 30
dbleagl,
Where is that?
I put in an order to get rid of this a few days ago. Finally sold at .0002 this morning for 100% gain. Is that a good move or bad, since it is at .0004 now, with a high of .0005
I guess a gain is a gain.
Actually it is 2288 auctions now.
EZ2auction up to over 5100 auctions now.
No, that is not right. Right now there are 2,901 auctions. Just click the search button on the main page. That finds every auction. Look at the bottom of the screen where it shows 146 pages (with 20 auctions per page). To get exact, check the last page because it may not have all 20 auctions. Right now the last page had 1 auction. So there are 145 pages of 20 auctions (2900) plus the 1 on the 146th page. Some auctions are listed in multiple categories so adding those inflates the number of auctions.
I disagree. I use Win98 on my home computer. I bought it back in 1999. Never had to reinstall windows. I keep Anti-Virus and anti-Spyware updated and regularly run the system maintenance problems.
Of course, here is what I find on my friends computers when they ask me to see what is wrong with it:
Anti-virus definitions that are over a year old
No anti-Spyware
30-40 programs that auto-start on boot.
10's of megs of temporary internet files.
Temp files have never been cleaned
What is DEFRAG?
Scandisk finds all sorts of lost files.
Your computer is like a car. You have to maintain it if you want it to run properly and last a long time.
Of course, neglect it and it does make good business for the computer stores!
He always said if Windows had not been reformatted and reinstalled in over 30 days it was overdue.
NOT GOOD
"(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? ¨ Yes x No "
Is anybody home?
Can you hear me now?
We need some development here!
I wonder how many of the auctions are actually generating income. They gave away a lot of life-time no-fees ever deals when the site started.
Here's an easier way to see how many auctions are listed right now. Go to www.ez2auction.com
Click on search, with no criteria these brings up ALL of the auctions, displaying 20 per page. Look at the bottom of the page to see how many pages there are.
A few minutes ago there were 128 pages. 128 times 20 equals 2560 auctions. If you want to be exact, the last page has only 15 auctions, not 20, so the real number is 2555 auctions.
No, Brian just gets extra entries in the contest.
But the bidders on the auction, also get extra entries. So they bid on an iPod to get a chance to win an iPod.
We have to feel for the guy that's selling and gets partial fills of 100 shares at the end of the day.
But if I remember right, you don't get the $30 discount on an exisiting account. So if you had a gainkeeper account already, you get nothing. You could open a new account, but you lose all the historical data.
This is just a guess, but could it be that the national advertising campaign is about to take off and EZTO wants a large number of items available to bid on so they started the free iPod contest????
OK, numbers have been changed. It was 125000 and 140000 (or 14000 is one spot). Now they are changed. So my post would now read:
Looks like we are at item #111384, started at item 100001, so we have had 11,383 items put up for bid. Seller of item #112500 gets 100 entries to IPod contest, only 1,116 left to go and the contest ends in 1 month and 114000, that is possible, too.
And did you notice the typo in the contest information???
Not sure what you meant, but I stick by my numbers.
Hope the auction site isn't an omen of EZTO stock. "No Bids"
Looks like we are at item #111384, started at item 100001, so we have had 11,383 items put up for bid. Seller of item #125000 gets 100 entries to IPod contest, only 13,617 left to go and the contest ends in 1 month. Pretty ambitious numbers and 140000!! wow, now that's a leap.
And did you notice the typo in the contest information???
About 800 items at auction site, quite a jump.
OT-
CSJJ (originally a pharmaceutical company in Israel) was a spin-off (on 4/9/04 OR 5/19/04, take your pick) of CDVJ (airport developer) that reversed split to become BTXI (botanical extracts of China) after 1-250 reverse split on 4/15/05. The CEO, Andrea Cortellazzi, is quite the character. You can play the stock, but realize you ARE playing with fire.
Wow, CSJJ is developing land in Paris now! They must have learned a lot of French during there failed airport development in Montreal.
How are you going to buy it without bidding? Are you offering him so much that he is willing to break his contract with Ebay and face the consequences?
a race to the tape and the .057 WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!
maninfla, were you actually able to sell? or does it just show in your account?
That didn't work
Someone really is trying hard to make the last sale look as high as possible. Every time some bid-wacker drops the last price, someone comes along and drops about $12.00 for 200 shares on the ask to raise the last price back up.
