If things were rotten at PC Holdings would Brian have sold $75K worth of common to a business contact, friend or the like? No l don't think they would have moved on it without some assurances. I think we see the 10K Monday or so. This appears like a positive. Or he was desperate and gave away the farm, or he wanted a 25K parachute for him and Michelle?

These shares were sold to 1 equity investor and not on the open market. This was not a broker transaction ,but to a private party, maybe even a friend of the CEO?

Without real revenue to date PC holdings would have gone belly up very soon.
Selling company shares for operating cash was needed, predictable, and not a bad thing.
If they sold a reasonable amount of shares without giving the company away, this at least give the company some short term breathing room.
How many and at what cost help set a value on the company and it's prospects....Their overdue 10K will shine a light on this issue, and the Market will react accordingly.

Not CEOs shares sold, that would be a different filing, a #3 or #4.

They already sold the shares.....

They have working capital now. And someone had confidence in them. Good news. Where is the 10K? It's due....

Make that "PC holdings"...

If PR holdings came out with $meaningful$ news that meant present or future revenue's, the teens would be easy. What the pump houses say is worthless in terms of real research or sustainability. Obviously nice to see the PPS go up, but best to do your own DD and tune out the chatter....

He spoke with a little to much certainty about big and positive news forthcoming, this seems a little reckless...Not selling anytime soon, but I know this is far from a sure thing, does Trev?

The over due 10k reflecting only one month of new management will most probably be uneventful in real substance, and maybe even negative? So ease up on the high expectations, and personal credit for the PPS surge.
I have a ton (362K) at .0074 cost average, and love the move, but the BS is getting to the top of my rubber boots....

I also buy BIG positions, so if it does move up for whatever reason, I make good dollars from the get go. Nice being able to bail with a profit early if the story changes...You can lose it all on some of these companies, but you can get a lotta bang for your buck for a few grand, and who knows?

$1 Is possible, but I'll stay here on earth for a while. A fun daydream no doubt! I had my best trade every a few years ago with VASO. Held a ton from 5 cents to around 60 to 70 cents but that took years. Just dont want people to sell because they got inpatient from being unrealistic...

Actually the grace period is 15 days after filing for 10K annual reports. 10Qs are 5 days...

According to the filing, 10K annual reports are due 15 days after filing today's disclosure. 5 days applies to 10Q quarterlies...Would not want anyone to panic needlessly on day 6.

Certainly MDM is using Biz APPS services. This could the start of something, or an indication that MDM has nothing propriatary or of substance itself? Biz APPS has a reseller program that MDM may be a part of. Any revenues that keep them growing and moving forward are posiyive... An association with a real player like Biz APPS is a win win.
