I have had shares since this was SRPX. I haven't been able to trade shares for over 3 years. Still can't trade the JPEX shares I was given. These people can't be trusted.
Here is my last attempted email to them over 2 years ago! I eliminated my name and email for obvious reasons.

One, there would not be shares of any company or any transfer of shares if I HAD NOT DONE THE HONORABLE THING.. Make no mistake .. I was not legally bound to bring you all over .. I did so because it was the right thing to do .. People / shareholders/ partners put their trust and monies to the company getting done !!!!
Two, finra and SEC dictate how the transfer was to be done .. My attorney did as he was instructed or did so by law ..
Third , mistakes have been done by third parties .. However , I take full responsibility for their choices and actions done.. Thus me fixing them .. But know that I HAVE AT LEAST 20 times plus of my own money in this than anyone ..and 30,000 plus more man hours ..

Subject: JPEX Restricted shares
Joe,
I have held SRPX for a number of years waiting for the JPX Global deal to be completed. As a retail investor in your company I was shocked to see the shares I am receiving from JPEX are restricted for 6 months.
Can you please help me understand why this is the case? I would also be interested to know if ALL the stocks transferred in this exchange were restricted. If not, please explain.
I would also like know the expense for a legal opinion to have these shares released.
I am also wondering why I have not received any notification or information in writing from your company(s) regarding this share exchange. I look forward to you addressing these concerns.
Regards,
XXXX
