Indeed Bull, even better to own millions!
As I said before, we are in a holding pattern here awaiting the big unveiling of a sealed deal from the private label manufacturer, Kroger, QVC, or ConAgra or ALL of them!
I can't wait to see the whiplash of the stock price with any 1 of those announcements with a locked up float! Very soon NHMD will be going up per day by the amount that the PPS is currently undervalued at.
Go NHMD!! bd
Well then illustrate the entire picture not just a pixel. What is the buy to sell rate when NHMD went from .0012 to now?
NHMD is holding around these levels for a while awaiting news. Sellers will get impatient and sell to willing buyers here.
It's not at .0001. Check the quotes.
Can't have a sell without a buy.
Did not say that.
Looks like Nate has run out of sellers awaiting news. There is flip side to every coin. Besides, Summer trading is always slow. Too nice a weather for most to be stuck at a computer all day watching stocks.

Go time very soon indeed. Just calculating potential revenue numbers from the private label deal alone based on the formulas Stervc put together I get higher numbers than even he put together
Nice Bull, thanks for sharing. I averaged down as well. Especially with the ridiculously cheap prices that the convertible shares caused. I'm well over 100% green for my total investment.
Online sales and debt retirement got us to this level. The private label deal along with the Kroger, QVC, & ConAgra deal announcements will put NHMD on a whole other level. Even better than back when it went to almost $.19.
The events about to come to light here are going to make the previous highs look like a drop in the bucket!
Go NHMD!! bd
How is that possible!?!? I've heard from several sources here that there have been massive dilutions of millions of shares because NHMD did not file their 10Q on time.
They said that's the reason why they were late so they could hide the fact by not filing. Now that they filed, you are telling me that was a false statement? Moreover, that they delayed the filing to negotiate and eliminate debt?
Though, speaking of the 10Q, it was curious to me that a start up company has mostly costs and little to no revenue. That seems a little suspicious to me. I don't understand how they couldn't just start making money right away, cause you know, that's why you start a business.
It's not like gigantic corporations like Kroger and ConAgra will not just start selling anybody's stuff, have you seen the supermarket? There is name brands from a lot of different companies so it should be easy just to jump right in there to the front of the line, wouldn't you think?
Maybe NHMD starting up a name brand and growing it to a successful business is harder than it seems. I don't know, you think they would have taught me about things like that in Business Administration when they gave me my Doctorate, boy, do I feel foolish.
Go NHMD!! bd
You scared them, haha. They actually showed the last NHMD trade at .0165 that time.
Go NHMD!! bd
Maybe because it hasn't changed in 2 months? I know that's just crazy talk but since their website is live and ongoing with sales starting last week, wouldn't you consider that up to date?
The new shares that were coming out were from the toxic notes converting per the 8k's, which Nate has put a stop to by paying them off. 1 to go, granted, that is still in negotiation.
I don't see the argument that we don't know what the share structure is when Nate has been updating it. Last update 04/28/16 with no new conversions from toxic notes that are being either negotiated or paid in full is good enough for me to see that the share structure posted on their site is up to date.

You said it wasn't free shipping. I'm saying it is because I ordered and paid $0.00 for shipping. I also ordered last year when it wasn't free shipping so I know its factored into the cost per unit when you order now.
Eliminating the viscosity of the batter and using water as an example and 8 pack of Nates will have 64 fluid ounces at 8 fluid ounces per can. Equating to 4.17 lbs. using the weight of fluid ounces of water.
Estimating the can itself weighs 1/2 pound it self you have 4 added pounds. Rounding up for the box, ice packs and shipping material lets use 10 pounds as the estimate.
Going to the USPS site one can obviously see that a flat rate box is $18.75, or (the point of all the math up there) if they are using their own packaging it would cost $38.60 from California to Maryland (where I am).
So once again, the shipping is free and it would absolutely factor into the price of the cans when you order. Which is indeed 6.25 per can when you order a 4 pack and $5.00 per can when you order an 8 pack.
Since this is a perishable product they have to send it 2-3 day priority with ice packs which was also established during the trial runs and it was through the USPS. Which again is $18.75 for a large flat rate box and $13.45 for a medium flat rate box.
So:
$18.75 / 8 = $2.34 per can = $2.65 actual can cost (@$5.00 / Can)
$13.45 / 4 = $3.36 per can = $2.88 actual can cost (@$6.25 / Can)
Which is why the cost per can has a greater value with the 8 pack than the 4.
Now of course, you can call that speculation, however, it seems pretty logical to me.

Uhhh, yeah, it's free shipping. You can either say it's free shipping or your can agree that the price of the cans is not the full price amount, but not both.
Yes, per can, not per pancake as you have been stating. Also, it's with free shipping which was a big improvement from the trial runs a year ago or so, which were quite costly, and the figures being used for approximately how much the shipping is are accurate.
The cost of the cans, even at a lower size, is also an improvement. Sure it cost that much per can at the lowest value pack, but you can't ignore the fact that shipping is absolutely factored into the price of the cans.

So was a penny in the not too distant past with, as I recall, the exact same statement being placed on it. Seemed to make it here alright.
.0012 Only because of the convertible debt that has just had half of it retired and just 8k'd that the others will be retired soon as well.
Combating the dilution and further price per share drops that those convertible debts would have caused is very good news. It's allowing the recent gains to hold steady in these highs right around these levels recently.
When any deal is announced, it will blow these levels away. When not if. No stock goes straight up, it always goes up in legs. Here we are now on this leg. The next leg will be just as impressive as this last one was.
Go NHMD!! bd
Even if the information on where the money to pay for the notes came from was disseminated for public knowledge (which I'm sure it will be in time), the bears would find something about it to try and discredit or spin.
Did it ever occur to you that some of the convertible debt would have already hit the O/S if NHMD filed that report on time? It may not have, although it has been mentioned on here several times.
So just so it's clear, the filing was most likely delayed to get rid of that debt before they could convert those shares into the open market while they were being negotiated.
Seems like Nate was protecting the investors exactly to me.

Which was established during the trial runs NHMD did last year that is was 2 - 3 day shipping with the ice packs.
Again, part of the reason for trial runs last year and why there were limited amounts available (which sold out in minutes) that you always love to mention.
Free shipping to Maryland, I think it's to everywhere in the US.
Order Number: #12545 on it's way!

Even if it's just $1 per can, that evaluation comes to over $.60 using the current numbers. Seeing that it's just royalties and little to no overhead, you have to figure the net income percentage would also be higher.
So mathematically, the $1.57 valuation, using the numbers that were put together here, could actually be low if you consider the profit margin percentage to be low.
For Example, if we change a few things below:
Key NHMD Variables
** 2,000,000 Cans Per Month x $1.00 per can = $2,000,000 Revenues Per Month
** $2,000,000 Revenues Per Month x 12 Months = $24,000,000 Revenues Per Year
** Presume 60% Net Profit Margin (based on just royalties and accounting for overhead costs)
** $24,000,000 Revenues Per Year x .60 Net Profit Margin = $14,400,000 Net Income
** Outstanding Shares (OS) per NHMD Website = 249,106,891 Shares
** P/E Ratio for the Processed & Packaged Goods Industry = 32.90
https://biz.yahoo.com/p/342conameu.html
(P/E Ratios are confirmed from Yahoo link above as of 27 May 2016.)
Net Income ÷ OS = EPS
EPS X P/E Ratio = Share Price Valuation
$14,400,000 ÷ 249,106,891 Shares (OS) = .0578 EPS
.0578 EPS x 32.90 P/E Ratio = $1.90 Per Share Price Valuation
Appreciate Stervc for putting that together. Just trying a different look at it. Admittedly, pure speculation at this point.

Yes, and please everyone note that sales begin at 10am Pacific time.
So don't worry or buy the bears hype when it's 10am Eastern time and you still can't buy. Buy at 1pm Eastern time.

Indeed. Only a few lucky ones were able to get some of the test run. I happened to be one of those lucky few as well.
I'm excited to get some more! So easy and so delicious!
Any one of those prospects waiting in the wings that comes to fruition will set off the 2nd stage to this rocket.

An update from less than 20 days ago is a company going dark? Please elaborate on how that's even remotely true in comparison to other OTCs out there, thanks.
Someone also raked all 2 million shares of NHMD in. Can't have an offload without an on load. So, in my eyes, they just went from a weak investor to a strong one.
Go NHMD!! bd
Indeed. Just need 1 of those to come to fruition and there will be no looking back. The private label deal is huge! More so than many here realize. Pure royalties, no costs, pure profit!
As Fink has speculated, this type of deal in place is what generates interest for a buyout. It is as big as getting a syndication deal in television. The work is already done and you still get paid for doing nothing more! This alone is a very attractive quality that big companies look for in an acquisition.
The sky is literally the limit now for NHMD!
By the way, I signed the chart today with a big "V", haha.
I'm sure someone will call the $22 bid whack on NHMD that just happened "the dump."
Too many things in the works to keep NHMD down. Just need 1 catalyst and we are flying like the first stage of a 3 stage rocket.
Go NHMD!! bd
False. Already explained.
To counter a few things I've read today:
A company's valuation is based on their annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, compensation, expenses and amortization, i.e. their revenue...not their profit.
A potential deal like what was announced today in the 8-k would add to their revenue and in turn increase the companies valuation which in turn will increase the PPS. Regardless of how much their profit is. If they can really crank out 2 million per month, the NHMD valuation would be worth well over $100m.
Also, what was announced today had nothing to do with the online store starting in June. They already have a fully running production line at ABCO. The private label manufacturer would begin production within 120 days of contract execution, not ABCO. That is already running.
We will still see the opening of the online store in June as they reported. Can't wait to get my Nate's!

I know I'm certainly looking forward to getting Nate's back in my fridge, as well as friend's and family. Delicious and easy!

Then your allegations of dilution of NHMD are unfounded?
No sales is false. Provide a link of proof for your allegations. Proven sales occurred last year.
Provide a link to the alleged dilution.
Indeed. I don't even really eat pancakes, but with the convenience of Nate's, I went through my cans last year very fast indeed. They are delicious and easy to make.
Moreover, everyone I gave sample cans to loved them as well and said pretty much the same things I did. That in itself was enough to convince me to go long in NHMD.
It's taken a while to get everything in order, but now the stage is set. The curtain is about to go up, so just grab your popcorn and enjoy the show!

To quote one of my favorite movies "The Whole Nine Yards" (sort of), "Why do you keep focusing on the inconsequential? There is no Wade, For the purposes of this discussion, Wade does not exist..."
Of course I substituted Wade for Dave, but still...
Wade is out of operations and decisions. End. Of. Story.

People called Pop Tarts a gimmick as well at one point. Thanks for reminding us the true potential of Nate's!

Hahahahaha. Can't stop laughing at that claim of failure. The runs from last year sold out in MINUTES. There were dozens of people on this board who showed up 5 minutes after the run started and they were already sold out.
I was literally refreshing the screen every few seconds during the second run to be sure I got my Nate's. By the time I was done filling in my information and ordered I came back to the store to check and they were sold out already.
Not sure how it is concluded that Nate's Online shop was a failure. They only stopped because their production facility was not set up yet and those were limited runs to test their processing capability.
Now that they are fully set up, they can support the level of volume that is going to flood them from the people who have been waiting for the cans. I know I'll be in line.
Go NHMD!! bd
That's a solid bet, in my opinion.
