Oh she’s waking up. HDII
I hope you meant .015
Maybe this ticker was a shell not very long ago.
That’s not their address. BYOC
This was in Jan remember, lots happening behind the scenes.
Geordan Pursglove, Beyond Commerce's Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We are extremely excited to be adding another well-positioned and growing provider of customer experience business solutions to combine with our already strong business of Service800. We look forward to having Shannon work closely with our Service800 team in an effort to accelerate its growth. Our new credit facility funding partner shares in our enthusiasm for our Service800 business, its organic growth potential and the opportunity to complete additional acquisitions in a fragmented but growing industry. Our pipeline of additional synergistic customer experience acquisition opportunities is robust and we look forward to continuing with our acquisition strategy."

With SaaS companies it’s all about year over year revenue growth. Their market caps are 5-15x revenue depending on y/yr revenue growth. Look up how the SaaS valuations are determined.
Ya can’t believe people let go of shares down there. We are going to break the 52 week high pretty darn soon. Need the churn to send it tho so it’s all good. BYOC
Looking crazy thin, time to level up. BYOC
When BYOC uplists revenue multiples will matter. Checkout the yearly revenue vs market cap with SaaS companies.

Yes they are, I have an email confirming. The shares were illegally issued by the shells past owner and can’t be traded anyway. BYOC
Read the filings, your google searches are misleading you. Lots about to be revealed.
Another 500M traded today, very impressive. BYOC
It tells me that there is a lot happening in the background that’s for sure. Looking forward to the big roll out and uplist.
Holy crap, that wasn’t even PRd.
I was looking at that partnership months ago amazing. Look at all the partners CCS Delivered brought with them. Unreal.
Lol look at the volume dude, big money is here now. We want .05-.06 back again. BYOC
Great stuff Gumzsa! BYOC looking very healthy.
Premarket trades went through at .002 NO GAP
Nice web page, shows he died at 72 lol
Can’t make this up.
In 2016, Mr. Gurley joined Boustead Securities, an investment banking firm that provides global capital markets services to top tier, high growth companies, where he currently serves as a managing director.
You know very well the accumulated deficit when they took over the shell was already 40mil, it’s just a record of losses on the ticker not current debt, it’s a positive for future tax benefits which I also know you understand. They actually talk about this as a positive for the company in the 8k that shows the 700mil shares in the process of being retired.
Yes absolutely correct, I’m just pointing out this business is about to grow like crazy. BYOC
BYOC acquired Service800 who has been doing surveys for 30yrs with Fortune 500 clients, they are about to turn it into a global SaaS company that specializes in CX. Their products and services will integrate with Salesforce. https://www.service800.com/service-800-salesforce-integration
Here’s what they are planning on rolling out.
Content Services
We plan to facilitate content services with an integrated set of technologies to allow customers to manage information throughout the content services lifecycle and improve business productivity, all while mitigating the risk and controlling the costs of growing volumes of data. We intend to make our content services solutions available via on-premise, SaaS and increasingly cloud-based solutions, which will include next-generation SaaS platform for content services. The proposed SaaS platform will be comprised of a set of consumer-grade, end-user productivity applications that enable users to access, share, create and collaborate on content, across any device.
Business Process Management (BPM)
We believe our planned BPM solution will provide software capabilities for analyzing, automating, monitoring and optimizing structured business processes that typically fall outside the scope of existing enterprise systems. We believe our envisioned BPM solutions will help empower employees, customers and partners.
Our proposed BPM solutions will include 260 Process Suite and 260 Process Suite Solutions.
?260 Process Suite will place businesses in direct control of its processes and fosters alignment between business and Information Technology (IT), resulting in tangible benefits for both. Our Process Suite will provide a single platform that can be accessed simply through a web browser and is built from the ground up to be truly multi-tenant and support all of the deployment models required for on-premise, private or public clouds.
?260 Process Suite Solutions will be packaged applications built on the Process Suite and address specific business problems. For some of these solutions, we plan to include several applications, including Contract Management, Cloud Brokerage Services, Digital Media Supply Chain, and the Enterprise App Store.
Customer Feedback Management (CFM)
We believe our planned CFM solutions will generate improved time-to-market by giving customers, employees, and channel partners personalized and engaging experiences.
We intend our proposed CFM solutions will include:
5
Table of Contents
?Web Content Management, which we believe will provide software for authoring, maintaining, and administering websites designed to offer a “visitor experience” that integrates content from internal and external sources.
?Digital Asset Management, which we believe will provide a set of content management services for browsing, searching, viewing, assembling, and delivering rich media content such as images, audio and video.
?Customer Communications Management Software, which we believe will make it possible for organizations to process and deliver highly personalized documents in paper or electronic format rather than a “one message fits all” approach.
?Social Software, which we believe will help companies “socialize” their web presence by adding blogs, wikis, ratings and reviews, and build communities for public websites and employee intranets.
?Portal, which we believe will enable organizations to aggregate, integrate and personalize corporate information and applications and provide a central, contextualized, and personalized view of information for executives, departments, partners, and customers.
Customer Experience (“CX”)
We believe our planned CX solutions will help customers organize and visualize all relevant content to enable business users to quickly locate information in order to make better-informed decisions based on timely, contextualized information.
Our proposed CX solutions shall include:
?Search, which we plan to address information security and productivity requirements by securely indexing all information for fast retrieval and real-time monitoring.
?Smart Navigation, which we plan to help improve the end-user experience of websites by enabling intuitive visual exploration of site content through contextual navigation.
?Auto-Classification, which we plan to help improve the quality of information governance through intelligent metadata extraction and accurate classification of information.
?CX Silos, which we believe will make it possible for organizations to deal with the issue of so-called “information silos” resulting from, for instance, numerous disconnected information sources across the enterprise. Using a framework of adapters, an information access platform allows organizations to consolidate, decommission, archive and migrate content from virtually any system or information repository.
Business Network (BN)
Our proposed BN solution will be a set of offerings that facilitate efficient, secure, and compliant exchange of information inside and outside the enterprise.
Our proposed BN solutions will include:
?Business-to-Business (B2B) Integration services that help optimize the reliability, reach, and cost efficiency of an enterprise's electronic supply chain while reducing costs, infrastructure and overhead.
?Secure Messaging helps to share and synchronize files across an organization, across teams and with business partners, while leveraging the latest smartphones and tablets to provide information on the go without sacrificing information governance or security.
BYOC Analytics
6
Table of Contents
We believe our proposed BYOC Analytics solutions in which we plan to develop will help organizations gain insight from their structured and unstructured data, make predictions, visualize and report on business processes, customer interactions and a myriad of other sources of information. This analytical data can then be used to refine business processes or content utilization, make predictions, identify trends, improve customer service or be applied in a multitude of different scenarios.
Our planned BYOC Analytics solutions include:
?Embedded Reporting and Visualization which will be used to embed reports and visualizations of data in an array of applications, including the BYOC EIM Suites and many third-party data sources.
?Big Data Analysis is the analysis of large sets of information from databases, files, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and a variety of other sources. Our planned modeling and predictive algorithms may be applied to this data using BYOC solutions to extract meaningful insight or predictive models to solve customer problems or help with operational insight.
That’s not correct, soon tho.
Exactly, do you think service800 had any of this before PathUx came along? This is what Service800 is about to rollout, the 5mil rev/yr was only doing surveys IMO.

Did I stutter?
“PathUX for the team of programmers and intellectual property, I believe they will sell the company after integration is complete, PathUX also owns idriveyourcar.com which doesn’t fit the business model but I believe they were interested in the platform for expanding Service800 products and services which should roll out this year. https://www.pathux.co “
They have acquired 3 companies so far.
Service800 which is the meat and potatoes of the business, they were purchased for the Fortune 500 clients with 80% recurring revenue, they have been operating for 30yrs.

They announced intent to acquire Issues and Answers but haven’t heard anything about it in a while.

The other companies you listed are from old business dealings and are no longer involved. You have to remember BYOC was just a shell 2 yrs ago.
80% recurring revenue is unbelievable with SaaS companies. You should do a little research on SaaS revenue valuation multiples.
Well I can assure you I am part of the “team” on this one, let’s send it!
Oh baby, really liking what I see. Looking forward to having you on board this summer that’s for sure.
Yes that’s a carry over from when they were a shell thanks for pointing that out. There are huge tax breaks and it’s actually a positive going forward as they have mentioned. BYOC
Who’s going to tell him there isn’t a gap?
There is a group of longs here with hundreds of millions of shares on lock, we want to see this reach last year numbers at minimum. Have you read the products they are going to roll out this year to their Fortune 500 clients in the last 10k?
Also Service800s CX products are Salesforce integrated.
Last year they met and applied with Nasdaq to get the ball rolling and a clear picture of what was required for uplist.
They pulled the application and took the year to clean up the balance sheet, pay the debt off, secure a traditional 5mil LOC and line up future acquisitions, now it looks like they are getting their ducks in a row to roll out their plan.
There are 300mil shares that I know of that are locked by long term shareholders waiting for the uplist as well. Don’t forget they have a 5mil LOC and acquisition targets in the pipeline as well.
Look at the note located at the bottom right corner of “company overview”. 8K from 1 yr ago... https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13488946&guid=ZBdFUW-Ketfgi3h
MACD positive today for the first time since the run up to .005. BYOC
700 million are blocked for trade and are in the process of being retired.
FYI, we don’t know the float, hasn’t been updated.
They have acquired a 5mil/yr SaaS CX company that has been operating for 30yrs. They have recurring revenue from Fortune 500 clients. They have a 5mil LOC available and have already mentioned they have acquisitions lined up. Anything can happen when the note is settled.
Nah they won’t split until they need to for uplist, they have 700M shares that can’t trade and in the process of being retired as well. They want to clear the note before uplist, looks like the end of it may be close here especially with the new board of directors member today.
