You know very well the accumulated deficit when they took over the shell was already 40mil, it’s just a record of losses on the ticker not current debt, it’s a positive for future tax benefits which I also know you understand. They actually talk about this as a positive for the company in the 8k that shows the 700mil shares in the process of being retired.
